Kris Humphries Opens Up About Kim Kardashian Split

‘I’m just moving forward,’ basketball player said Friday on ‘Good Morning America.’ By Jocelyn Vena Kris Humphries on “Good Morning America” Photo: ABC News Kris Humphries has remained relatively low-key since his split from Kim Kardashian , but the basketball player sat down with “Good Morning America” on Friday (December 9) to finally speak out about his divorce from the reality starlet. “For me, it’s just certain things happen in life and you’ve got to move forward,” he said. “Through everything I’m just focused on family and preparing for basketball. Basketball has always been something I’ve taken really serious and I continue to do that and I’m just moving forward.” While the couple, who had been married for 72 days before they confirmed their split in October, are no longer together, their relationship is playing out on the current season of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York.” “I can’t say for sure or not for sure [if the cameras hurt my marriage],” Humphries said on “GMA.” “It’s the only time I’ve been married. I’ve been in the NBA since I was 19 years old, but it’s a different level. “I’m focused on just what I can control. I don’t really play into all the gossip and things that take place, but that’s life,” continued the currently free agent, who also has a foundation dedicated to fighting childhood obesity. “I’ve been doing a lot of things with my foundation and spending time with my family and working on my game. Hopefully I’ll be on a team soon and get ready to go.” Humphries, who recently filed for annulment after Kim filed for divorce, also baked cookies on the show with his mom and kept most of his talk about Kim and the split focused on the here and now and not so much on the events that led to the split. “Really right now I’m focused on basketball and other things will take care of themselves. It’s a great day for the NBA and the fans,” he said. “The only things I watch on TV of myself is playing basketball. I’ve never really been one to watch the show on TV. We hope you are sitting down, readers. Because the following news is legitimately shocking. Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison have turned down a reality TV offer, actually declining an invitation from VH1 to appear on Relationship Rehab . No, seriously. They said no. “Though Doug and Courtney considered the offer, in the end they felt that this wasn’t a perfect fit for the kind of show they wanted to do,” an insider told Radar Online. Relationship Rehab will follow around various couples and provide them with therapists and counseling sessions, which is a significant reason – according to this source – why the pair chose not to appear. Their relationship is supposedly just fine. “There has been a lot of speculation about their marriage and a lot of people are just waiting for the inevitable train wreck to happen, but Doug and Courtney have an incredibly strong relationship and seem very happy together,” the source said. “So doing a show about going into ‘rehab’ just doesn’t make sense for them.” Guess that makes sense. They lost me at Housewives…..seriously, these bithes, as much as they try, look old, sloppy and like rich housewives everywhere….something I can’t stand looking at, it is almost like a circus performance, which is probably why they got their own TV show, but I pretend it doesn’t actually exist…. The only time I like fucking housewives is when they are bored trophy wives, barely 30, annoyed that they married a boring rich 50 year old dude, and seeking low key revenge, and I happen to be it cuz we randomly crossed paths when she was drunk and at her lowest point, and I only do it so she sees that sex can get worse than the sex with her husband….basically saving her marriage she happily goes back to with memories of the hell that was me easily forgotten a few weeks later…. These bitches aren’t hot….in any way….but I’ll post the dumpy mom in bathing suits anyway…cuz maybe there are some 80 year olds on the site thinking “Shit, look at that young babe”…but I doubt it.

The second, scripted episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York aired last night on E!, and was most notable for the return of Khloe Kardashian, sage relationship kounselor. It’s all relative, of course, and kompared to Kim’s BS marriage to Kris Humphries, and Kourt’s ongoing problems with that douche Scott Disick, Khloe comes off like roses. What advice did the visiting sister have for her siblings? THG breaks down last night’s drama plus-minus style as we look for more signs of Kim’s 72-day flame out: That didn’t take long. Upon learning that Kim and Kris haven’t even lived together, she tells her to go to Minnesota to visit him. Good advice, even if it was a lost cause. Plus 10 . Khloe tells Kourt to let Scott go if she doesn’t have feelings for him. Normally, a no-brainer, but she gets a lot of mileage out of him getting her pregnant every few years. Wash . Kourtney heads to Scott’s parents’ house in the Hamptons, not knowing if Scott is even gonna show up. We imagine the enormous camera crew following him knows. Minus 15 . Khloe has the nerve to wake Kim up when she’s, like, so tired! Oh, STFU Kim, no one cares. Tired from what, staging fake relationships, shilling for useless crap and being the human equivalent of watching paint dry on reality TV? Minus 90 . Kim calls Khloe “an ugly little troll” in a scathing email. BURN. Plus 3 . How bad to you want to punch Scott Disick ? Minus 6 because we can’t. Khloe offered to have the big sit-down with Scott on Kourtney’s behalf. Always a good sign of communication in a relationship – sending your rep/older sister. Minus 20 . Scott and Kourtney decide they’re gonna make it work! Aww! Plus 13 because we are happy for Mason’s sake, but Minus 25 because this was clearly all just filler. Mason. Such a cutie! Plus 7 . As we saw on the Season 2 premiere , Kim and Kris pretend to be lame husband and wife for most of the weekend, which goes alright, until their living situation comes up. Life, getting in the way of forced reality TV unions. Don’t you hate that? Plus 10 . He doesn’t want to move back to New York (?!) and walks away. Plus 23 . Kim accuses him of “only caring about basketball.” He’s an NBA player! Say what you will about pro athletes, they actually have to show up and play, rather than just put on makeup, read scripts or get tagged by Ray J for money. Minus 40 . “You don’t want me to resent you, do you?” Kris says. Too late. Plus 9 . “It’s tough to see my wife crying.” – Kris. “I need a husband.” – Kim. The story editors are pulling out all the pity party cliches this week, good to see. Plus 7 . When they show up in NYC, they have ASTONISHINGLY decided to crash with Kourtney and Scott again rather than get their own place! They’re multi-millionaires! It’s like they’re trying to make their marriage a total failure ASAP. Minus 50 . Kourtney: “The Hump is back.” Good nickname. Plus 18 . Meanwhile, after the troll email $h!t is tense. “I’m so annoyed with Khloe that I’d rather ignore her altogether,” Kim notes. Conflict resolution at its best. Minus 5 . EPISODE TOTAL: -151 . SEASON TOTAL: -210.

Bishop Eddie Long’s wife, Vanessa Long, has filed for divorce! Vanessa Long made the announcement today in the following statement: “After a great deal of deliberation and prayer, I have decided to terminate my marriage to Bishop Eddie L. Long. Accordingly, I authorized my attorneys to file for divorce on December 1, 2011. It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter.” The couple married in 1990 and have three children together, Edward, Jared and Taylor. As we previously reported, last fall four young men accused Eddie Long of sexual abuse. Although Long vowed to fight the charges, he later settled the matter out of court for an undisclosed sum of money. It was later revealed that a fifth man, Centino Kemp, also received settlement money. Kris Humphries has filed to annul his marriage to Kim Kardashian and a source close to the baller makes it very clear why: the NBA player feels played! Citing fraud as the basis for this rarely-used legal procedure, an insider tells TMZ Kris “was just slotted in the plot line of Kim Kardashian’s latest headline and newest business venture.” Seriously, we tried to warn the guy. Humphries believes Kardashian always planned to divorce him after her reality specials and shows were taped because, let’s face it, “she didn’t ned a groom anymore,” this source says. Kris would never have flown his childhood pastor in to officiate if he were in on the scam, this mole insists, while concluding that Humphries plans to use Kim’s own, absolutely idiotic words against her. In THIS STATEMENT , she all but admits that she went through with the wedding because she “got caught up in the hoopla and the filming of the TV show.” So…. what do you think? By Christina Garibaldi Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian Photo: Jerritt Clark/WireImage Nearly a month after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, the NBA star is firing back, seeking an annulment to erase his brief 72-day marriage to the reality star on the grounds of fraud. Under California law, an annulment will be granted only if the court finds that there was no validity to the marriage. In his Superior Court filing, Humphries checked the boxes marked “nullity of voidable marriage,” citing “fraud” as the basis for their split. If Humphries is denied an annulment, he is seeking legal separation, which means the former couple could avoid all divorce proceedings. Back in October, Humphries released a statement, saying he was committed to working on repairing his short-lived marriage. “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce,” he told People magazine at the time. “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.” On October 31, Kardashian filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision,” Kardashian said in a statement . “I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.” Court papers released online state that Kardashian requested the court uphold the prenuptial agreement the two signed before the wedding, which guarantees that the reality star will keep all money earned during their marriage. Kardashian and Humphries married on August 20 in a lavish $10 million affair that was captured by E! cameras and aired in a two-day television special. Their relationship is currently being played out on this season of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.” The news comes on the same day as Kim’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian, revealed that she is pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick. Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is taking taking him to court for sole custody of their two sons. Tameka has filed court papers asking for him to lose joint physical custody of their children. According to TMZ , Tameka filed court papers in Georgia, asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. She’s claiming that Usher has broken several agreements they have in place. A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that. She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened. Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’ According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’ She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him. A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow. Usher just can’t get this woman off his back! I’m hearing that the children are with him more than they are with Tameka!
