It’s been nine months since Teresa Giudice went to prison for bankruptcy fraud. During that time, she’s managed to stay relevant (and cash in) by selling her prison photos , helping to broker a deal that allowed her husband and kids to land a Bravo special, and, of course, arranging for her return to the series that made her famous. Of course, like all prisoners, Teresa’s been mainly concerned with doing her time and getting out as soon as possible. Now, after a truly epic string of bad luck and worse decisions, things are finally starting to look up for Tre, as insiders say the controversial reality star will be home for the holidays . And with the exception of parole requirements (and the fact that Joe Giudice will begin a 41-month sentence soon after Teresa’s release), she’ll be permitted to return to everyday life as a mother of four: “Teresa won’t be required to go to a halfway house because that is typically for those that have been behind bars for a much longer term than the thirteen months Teresa will have served,” an insider tells Radar Online. “Individuals that go to a halfway house need assistance and to be monitored as they transition back into society. Teresa wasn’t sent away long enough for that to be an issue. “She is counting down the days until she will be reunited with the family for Christmas.” Of course, there will be one major change: Like other parolees, Teresa will be required to get a job. “Reality star” won’t cut it in this case, as the terms of her parole require that Teresa punch in and perform actual work every day, like the rest of us. Hilariously, her best option at this point seems to be the boutique that her sister-in-law/rival Melissa Gorga is opening in Monclair, New Jersey: “Teresa could absolutely work there,” the source says. “It would be a natural because both ladies will be filming for RHONJ. The show would get great footage of them working together.” Sounds like RHONJ is about to reclaim it’s place as the most drama-packed Housewives series.
Viral video star Andrew Caldwell alleges that he is a one-time homosexual lover of former NFL and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kordell Stewart. For years, Kordell Stewart gay rumors surfaced off and on, even (or especially) in the midst of his marriage to RHOA star Porsha Williams. Now Caldwell, who made headlines with a viral video in which he declared that he had been “delivered” from his homosexuality, says the two dated. “I don’t like mens no more,” Caldwell famously declared, adding that “I like women women women!” (Caldwell has since admitted that he’s still gay.) Now he’s making news with a different proclamation. “ I dated Kordell ,” he said in an interview with The ShakeUP Morning Show, adding that their affair was short-lived … but he made the most of it! “I had everything that Porsha got… I had bags, purses, cars. I’m in a Jaguar right now. Honey, did you see that Jaguar over there?” Caldwell explained how he and Kordell allegedly met. “We was at a bar,” he says of himself and presumably some of his friends. “We was at a restaurant and I was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s Kordell.’ “They was like, ‘Yeah, he’s a football player.’ I was like, ‘Mmm… I like football players… I dated other football players too, I dated some of the Rams.” Caldwell also admitted that he knew Kordell was married to Williams at the time, but isn’t all that sympathetic, adding: “I think she is a gold digger.” “Girl, you know your husband was gay.” Again, rumors that Porsha was Kordell’s beard were commonplace during their marriage, but seemed like nonsense tabloid fodder … until now. For a couple that’s currently in the process of getting divorced, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner spend an awful lot of time together. Just last weekend, Ben and Jen went to church and then took their kids to a nearby farmer’s market. Prior to that, Affleck and Garner attended a couples counseling session, which is obviously a very unusual thing for an estranged husband and wife to do. So what’s the deal? Is there any truth to those rumors that Ben and Jen are getting back together ? Not quite, says a source close to the couple. Apparently, Affleck and Garner are simply taking a very Gwyneth-esque approach to ending their marriage, and while they plan to proceed with the divorce, they’re also hoping to remain close with one another. “They are working hard and enjoying being friends,” a source tells E! News “Ben wants her to be happy and vice versa. “Just because they are getting divorced doesn’t mean they cannot be supportive friends. They will have their good and bad days like everyone else.” It may seem strange that these two are rushing right into post-divorce friendship (especially considering the many rumors that Affleck was caught cheating on Garner ), but insiders say they’re doing it for the kids, and we fully support that. As you’ve probably heard, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux got married last month. There was some controversy regarding who Aniston and Theoroux didn’t invite to the wedding , but to the surprise of absolutely no one Jen’s A-list ex, Brad Pitt, was not in attendance. Sources say Jen and Brad haven’t had any contact with one another in years, but Pitt still found out about the wedding somehow. In fact, he reportedly sent a heartfelt gift – that royally pissed off Jen’s new hubby. “Brad bought the newlyweds a big Baccarat Crystal vase filled with sunflowers, and sent it over with a note of congratulations,” says an insider. “But Justin is definitely no fan, so it’ll be surprising if the vase ever makes another appearance inside their home!” Different folks have different views on the appropriateness of exes sending wedding presents, but clearly we know where Justin stands on the issue. We guess it’s only natural to be a little insecure when your new wife’s first husband was Brad freakin’ Pitt. We’re sure Justin has nothing to worry about, but it’s easy to see how the fact that a dude whose name is synonymous with handsomeness is sending Jen flowers might get under his skin. Timbaland Ignores Divorce Filing, May Pay Millions By Default Timbaland’s estranged wife Monique Mosley may be done with their marriage of 7 years…but the music mogul certainly doesn’t seem interested in breaking things off just yet. Even though docs were officially filed against him earlier this year, Timb has decided to completely blow off the entire divorce proceeding in court. Now, a fed-up Monique has headed back to court demanding to be awarded the divorce she asked for — with or without his official legal response. If you’ll recall, Monique slapped Timbaland (Timothy Mosley) with divorce papers back in October 2013 after a 15 year relationship — five of which were spent as husband and wife. But nearly a year later, Monique quietly dismissed her petition for divorce , and it appeared that the couple had reconciled. Apparently their reconciliation didn’t last for long. Monique served Timbaland with a fresh set of divorce papers on July 28th 2015. Florida law states that the defendant has 30 days to respond to the divorce filing, however as of September 2nd, Timbaland had yet to file any response in the divorce at all. Monique headed back to court on September 3rd to ask the court to grant her a default divorce and award her all the support she requested in her original petition. Monique’s original filing asked that the music mogul cough up a sizable child support payment — not only for the eight-year-old daughter the two share together, but also for her thirteen-year-old child from a previous relationship. According to Monique’s logic, Timbaland should be held financially responsible for both children since he had publicly and privately claimed the older as his own as well. She also demanded compensation in the form of alimony — in permanent payments in addition to a lump sum paid out during divorce proceedings. In addition, Monique requested life insurance, private school costs, vacations, summer camp and other expenses. She also pleaded with the court to award her repayment of attorney fees as well, claiming she was personally so broke she had to borrow money from a friend to hire a divorce lawyer. The judge has yet to make a ruling on her motion for default against the music mogul. Time will tell if Timbaland’s silence will cost him many years of fat checks in the future…

Bearing witness to the implosion of their friendship nearly eight years ago on MTV’s The Hills , viewers were captivated by the young stars endless drama. The drama proved to good enough that people are still talking about it in 2015. The friends’ fallout still isn’t over. Well, they claim it is. But the fact they are still talking about it means they still want their drama to be relevant. In February, in a therapy session on the show Marriage Boot Camp, Heidi claimed that Lauren tried to ruin her life . And now, Lauren is chiming in with her two cents about the drama that just won’t die. Lauren said, “No … I’m not really involved in [“Hills” drama when Heidi Montag stated that Conrad was trying to ruin her life] that anymore.” Clearly, Lauren doesn’t understand that by continuing to talk about it, she is still involved in the drama. She added, “I don’t think it has anything to do with me. You just have to focus on the good people in your life. Focusing on what you lose is only going to make you sad.” “When I did television, scandal was always around me. And I think one of the best things [about that] for me is that your life becomes more big-picture.” Yes, so much of big picture that you are still talking about the same broken friendship from EIGHT. YEARS. AGO. “You have to develop a thick skin really quickly. It toughened me up, which is good,” the fashion designer and former reality star commented. “My husband told me [about Brody Jenner’s new sex advice show]. Time heals all wounds, except for Maryland sicko George Kephart who couldn’t let go of the fact that his wife cheated on him 50 years ago. Court documents claim the 78-year-old POS suspected his wife, who suffers from severe dementia, of stepping out on their marriage. When Kephart questioned his wife, she confessed about the 50-year-old dalliance. But rather than let the past remain the past, Kephart allegedly beat and strangled his and shoved a hot curling iron up her vagina. The poor woman didn’t get medical help until days later, when her caretaker noticed bruising all over her fragile body. ABC 7 News: Days later, a part-time home caretaker noticed significant bruising on Mrs. Kephart’s head, neck, back, arms and legs. She called her patient’s son who in turn notified police. Paramedics took Mrs. Kephart to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville where staff performed a sexual assault forensic exam, which revealed torn internal flesh. During a hospital room interview, Mrs. Kephart told detectives she is terribly afraid of her husband because he routinely hits and “burns her with fire.” She went on to confess that she “hates him”, charging documents state. Although his name is still listed on MCPS’ website, spokesman Dana Tofig said Kephart is currently on unpaid administrative leave, and consequently, will not be riding on any school busses when classes commence next week. He may be damn near 80 but they need to throw that azz under the jail!
Hey! Look who is set to enjoy The View once again! ABC has confirmed the full panel for Season 19 of this ever-changing talk show, with Joy Behar officially on board to return as a full-time host. The comedian will be joined at the table by returning stars Whoopi Goldberg, Michelle Collins and Raven-Symoné. Newcomers, meanwhile, will iclude Paula Faris of ABC News and Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure, who famously clashed with Raven-Symoné over gay wedding cakes earlier this summer. “As The View embarks on a remarkable 19th season, I am extremely proud to see the legacy of smart and diverse women engaging in entertaining and thought-provoking conversation continue,” Barbara Walters, creator and executive producer, said via statement. The program, of course, has undergone countless cast evolutions over recent years. Rosie O’Donnell was around for a year. Then, she left. Then, she returned. Then, she left again. Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy were shown the door last year and then Rosie Perez lasted for just a few months as a regular. In addition to the aforementioned full-time hosts, The View will feature a rotating team of contributors that includes Shepherd, Top Chef’s Padma Lakshmi, What Not to Wear veteran Stacy London, Ana Navarro and actress-model Molly Sims.
