Johnny Nunez/WireImage Rapper Craig Mack Has Passed Away Craig Mack, the rapper who hailed from Long Island and started the foundation of Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment, has died at age 46. The news was confirmers by his producer to Daily News . Mack’s major claim to hip-hop fame was his smash hit remix of “Flava in Ya Ear” in 1994. The rapper died of heart failure at a hospital near his home in Walterboro, South Carolina on Monday. Alvin Toney, who produced Mack’s debut album “Project: Funk Da World” said he saw his dear friend one last time last week while trying to film a documentary. He said that is when Mack told him that he had been ill for quite some time and that, “he was prepared for whatever comes, to go home to the Lord.” Mack is survived by a wife and two children, who are now both adults, according to Toney.
Appalachian State/North Carolina A&T Athletics Appalachian State Tennis Player Suspended Indefinitely After Being Put On Blast for Racist Behavior Sunday night John Wilson, senior class president at the historically black college North Carolina A&T took to Twitter to reveal that he had been the victim of racism during his tennis match against Spencer Brown, of Appalachian State. Wilson tweeted: “Hey #NCAT This is Spencer brown, a tennis player at Appalachian state. During our match today, along with other racist comments, Spencer told me, “At least I know my dad.” Their coach responded by saying, “.. we have a black guy on our team.” Black twitter, do ya thang.” Wilson’s tweet included a photo of Brown. It gets so bad that NeNe makes Porsha cry. You know Nene goes as low as possible, and of course, she brings up the Kandi incident again. Marlo whisks NeNe away and the other women, except for Sheree, follow. Sheree stays behind to comfort Porsha, who really has no other allies in the group at this point. It’s due to Kandi-gate, but also because the other women generally feel like Porsha never owns up to her ish. That point seems true when Porsha starts telling Sheree that she feels like they’re bullying her and that they’re coming at her “for being Porsha.” via GIPHY This isn’t going to get resolved anytime soon. The next day, the group got together to go on an excursion. Porsha shows up, but NeNe decides to channel Cardi B’s line, “If I see you and I don’t speak that mean I don’t f–k with you,” and keeps it moving. Kandi also keeps her distance, as usual. On the bus on the way to their excursion, Kenya gets sad because she’s reminded that she has to leave early to go bury her grandmother. Then Porsha gets emotional and walks away in tears. Porsha claims that she recently lost her uncle and is triggered by Kenya’s loss. She really wishes these group of women did actually support each other. Cynthia follows Porsha and offers some words of comfort. Basically, Cynthia and Sheree seem to think there’s hope that NeNe and Porsha can at least be cool again. The ladies split up and NeNe is with Kenya, Kandi, and Cynthia, spilling tea about Sheree’s #PrisonBae. According to NeNe, the man is a con artist. Not really a shocker given that he’s in jail. via GIPHY Meanwhile, Marlo, who is with Porsha and Sheree, gets the bright idea to set up a surprise wedding for Kenya to cheer her up. Fast forward to the wedding. The gang’s all here, except for Kenya, and they have a cardboard cutout of a man’s shadow, with a question mark on its face. Lordt. via GIPHY All of this sounds like it’s about to be a hot mess, but Kenya actually finds it funny and plays along. The episode winds down with the group at a wine vineyard with some frisky married man flirting with them like he has no sense. The group stomps some grapes and ends up at dinner. It starts off well, with a toast to Kandi for her Essence cover. Kenya has left by this point, so this is the perfect time for them to gossip about her. Basically, Kenya’s marriage situation bothers them because they haven’t met her husband yet. Marlo is the main offender making shady comments, and eventually wanting to play a game where they raise their hands if they really think Kenya is married. Cynthia gets so upset that she walks out because she’s not trying to hear it. NeNe goes to chat with Cynthia, who is off crying. Cynthia just wants them to leave Kenya alone and NeNe talks her off a ledge, and then in a twist of things, makes her realize that she actually also feels some type of way that Kenya is supposed to be her friend, but didn’t invite her to the wedding. So…looks like this season is going to be about everyone constantly harping on Kenya’s mystery man and the wedding they weren’t invited to. Cash … Kardash her ousside? … No, we can’t do it. Danielle Bregoli, still best known as the Cash Me Ousside (How Bow Dah?) girl , met another celebrity, and the two even posed for a photo. It’s always great when troubled young teenager meets a real role model. But sometimes they just meet Kim Kardashian, instead. Okay, so Kim Kardashian isn’t technically the worst role model. She’s a successful businesswoman. She’s a wife and mother. And, as it turns out, Kim doesn’t do coke after all ! Compared to Danielle Bregoli’s environment growing up, that basically makes Kim a saint. (Not to be confused with Kim’s son, Saint) But Danielle seems to be poised to continue to capitalize on her newfound fame — just as Kim Kardashian once did. Danielle is also set to have her own reality series , which sounds like a mess but possibly an irresistible one. So … Kim and Danielle might come from different worlds, but Danielle still has a few things in common with Kim’s younger self. The meeting, however, wasn’t to talk strategy or some sort of bizarre reality crossover event. Danielle Bregoli’s meeting with Kim Kardashian wasn’t a big deal , according to Danielle. “I was eating lunch. We have a mutual friend. I walked up and said hello, took a pic together, that was it.” So it wasn’t even really a meeting in that sense. They weren’t comparing notes, or strategizing. Hell, they weren’t even just hanging out and getting to know one another. They they just … literally met. And, unlike when Danielle Bregoli and David Spade slammed each other after meeting, it was pretty low-key. (Thank goodness — if they ever feuded, Kim would crush Danielle without batting an eye) Danielle has had some unkind things to say about Kylie Jenner and other members of the Kardashian family in the past, so you’d think that Kim wouldn’t have given her the time of day, right? As it turns out, Kim didn’t even know who Danielle was, and thought that she was just another fan. That sounds like a slight against Danielle. But actually it’s not a great sign for Kim. Who in the world doesn’t know about Cash Me Ousside? Even people who are so old that they watch Dr. Phil know about her. It’s impossible to ignore something like Cash Me Ousside within American Youth Culture, even if Danielle isn’t still lingering in everyone’s minds. (Danielle needs to come out with that show now or she’ll be forgotten before it airs) We’re not saying that this social blindspot heralds the end of Kim’s relevance. Far from it. But the next time that someone tries to point to Kim as someone who’s fully immersed in the culture, point to this. Ultimately, Danielle Bregoli could be famous for years. But if all that comes next is more legal troubles for her bad behavior, people will get bored. She needs to make some good headlines to keep treading water until her show airs, whenever it airs. In fact … that might be what this quick photo op was really all about.

Compton’s serve-crushing tennis baller is set to play in the 2017 Wimbledon finals after defeating Johanna Konta in the semis according to BBC Sports . Unlike some of Serena’s competitors (looking at you shady azz Maria Sharapova ), Johanna bowed down gracefully and kissed Venus’ ring for wearing that azz out on the court: “It was very difficult for me to get a good foothold in the match,” she said. “The few opportunities that I did get, she did incredibly well to take them away from me. “I don’t think I did too much wrong out there. I think it was all credit to her.” As we’ve reported, Venus was involved in a fatal car accident in Florida that resulted in an elderly man’s death. The police initially stated that the accident and subsequent fatality was Venus’ fault, but she was recently cleared of any wrongdoing. Something as traumatic as potentially causing a death could have EASILY thrown Venus off her game, but here she is, ready to take home victory with one more match. We’ll be tuned in, will you?
Picture this: Khloe Kardashian, except that she’s the mother of five or six children. Okay, now take some deep, relaxing breaths and calm down. No, we’re not ready for that future either. But it sounds like Tristan Thompson sure is. One of the subplots on this season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians was questions about Khloe’s fertility . Not just questions about whether or not she’s interested in having kids, but questions about whether or not she can . She’s only been dating basketball player Tristan Thompson since last September, so it seems a little premature for this kind of talk, right? But at the same time, some people want kids from relationships and some people don’t, and it’s good to know early on whether kids are even an option and who might be interested. Tristan seems to be more than just interested, but also … his idea of family planning is a little nuts. “Tristan and I definitely talk about starting a family,” Khloe told her sister Kim on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians season finale. “He wants to have five or six kids with me and that’s lovely. We could start at one and we could grow from there.” Whoa , there. Tristan already has a kid, but apparently he won’t be satisfied until he can populate a small island? Five is a huge number of children to have, even for a committed, long-term couple. Which they are not. But Khloe sounds like this could become reality sooner than any of us realize. “But now knowing I’m not on birth control is just like — it’s scary. It’s like a really big step.” Yeah, one child is a huge step. Children are adorable but a lot of work and the hugest responsibility. Six children is a step off a cliff into an infinite, chaotic abyss. We know that Kris Jenner had six kids, but it was over the course of a couple of decades. Also, like, you gotta love Kris, but she has zero chill about anything. But Kris Jenner is intensely maternal. She’s not just protective — she’s helpful and supportive. Even when she doesn’t necessarily agree. Remember when she probably straight-up bought a house for Rob after Blac Chyna got pregnant? It’s because she had the means to and because she was supportive. Khloe has a … different temperament. Honestly, and maybe it’s just because she’s on camera, but Khloe can sometimes come across as a little emotionally unbalanced . And you know how meddling and controlling Khloe can be towards her grown-up adult siblings? Imagine that but she’s a mother. So … it sounds like she has some things to work past, first. Khloe’s siblings haven’t really had the best luck in terms of romance. Sure, Kim’s happy now, but let’s not forget that Kanye isn’t her first husband. Kourtney and Scott were happily together for years, but we’ve all seen how that turned out. Rob and Blac Chyna’s highly publicized relationship fizzled and died before the world’s eyes. Kendall and Kylie are younger so they haven’t had any disasters on quite that scale — because they haven’t gotten married or had kids. Unless you count every moment of Kylie dating Tyga as a disaster, anyway. Looking at all of that, is Khloe really ready to even discuss having kids with a guy she hasn’t even been dating for a year? Ultimately, if Khloe had gotten pregnant right after that episode was filmed, we’d probably know it by now. Or soon, anyway. So maybe it was just talk to raise drama or to float the idea by her family and fans. And even if she and Tristan do have plans to give the Duggars a run for their money, it’ll probably just happen with one baby at a time. Considering how agonizing pregnancy can be for some people, especially for Kim, maybe one will be enough for Khloe. But … maybe not. We may all need to brace ourselves for that on the horizon. As far as we know, there’s no legitimacy to the recent slew of rumors about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry being secretly engaged . But that doesn’t mean the absurdly photogenic couple hasn’t already begun the process of planning a future together. It may not seem like a big deal to us in the States, where the word “polo” merely conjures images of overpriced Ralph Lauren men’s wear, but when Meghan watched Harry compete in the royal’s annual polo match over the weekend, it sent a clear message that these two are in it for the long haul. The horsey game marked Harry and Meghan’s first public appearance together, and served as a prelude to Pippa Middleton’s wedding , where the couple will arrive hand-in-hand, and neither of them will be wielding a mallet or sitting atop a 2,000 pound hooved beast. Basically, if anyone still doubted that Harry and Meghan were the real deal, she silently told them where to cram it on Saturday. Meghan won’t be in the UK for long (she’s due back on the set of the USA legal drama Suits on Wednesday), but her latest jaunt across the pond was enough to get the British tabloid media buzzing. Sources say Harry basically begged Meghan to attend the match, as he abhors doing public appearances on his own. Meghan was so eager to oblige that she skipped the baby shower of her friend Serena Williams in order to be on hand. “Harry was the one that encouraged her to come,” a source close to the prince tells E! News. “He hates doing these things by himself and it felt great to have someone he loves cheering him on. With Meghan, he feels like they’re a team. It gives him so much energy.” As for the Harry-Meghan engagement talk , the loved-up polo match has the rumor mill working overtime. Several outlets have pointed out the similarities between Harry and Meghan’s romance and Prince William’s courtship of Kate Middleton . Many have noted that in the past few weeks, Harry and Meghan’s publicly behavior has closely mirrored that of Will and Kate in the weeks before they announced their engagement. Of course, Will and Kate were engaged for about a month before they announced it to the peasants, a fact that has many wondering if Harry has surreptitiously put a ring on it already. Whatever the case, it seems certain that Meghan won’t be forced to wait quite as long as her famously patient predecessor.
