Maxwell was in the building to wish Ashanti a Happy 31st Birthday as she partied with friends and her manager at NYC nightspot Avenue. We are starting to get concerned about ol’ boy though. He used to be so fine and now every time we see him his eyes are all bloodshot. And wasn’t he at Avenue the last time he was looking all slizzed and ol’ girl had to help carry him out?
