Mama June: See Her Transformation Through the Years!

Can you believe that it's been five years since we were first introduced to Mama June and her wild and wacky family? It's true — all the way back in 2012, we saw a little girl called Honey Boo Boo on TLC's Toddlers and Tiaras. We met her family, including her mother, June, known for couponing and for her infamous “go-go juice.” (Just in case you missed this fascinating origin story, “go-go juice” is a mixture of Red Bull and Mountain Dew that June gave her kid to keep her energy up during beauty pageants.) They were so fascinating that they landed their own reality show, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, shortly after their Toddlers and Tiaras episode premiered. The show lasted for four seasons until it was abruptly canceled in 2014 after June reportedly began dating a convicted child molester . After that, the family left the spotlight for a bit, but not for too long — June and her partner, Sugar Bear, did a stint on Marriage Boot Camp. And of course she's had her new show, Mama June: From Hot to Not, in which she lost a ridiculous amount of weight and shrunk down to a size 4. It's a lot to take in, right? So let's just sit back, relax, and see Mama June go through all those changes right before our eyes … 1. The Introduction Here’s our very first glimpse of June on Toddlers and Tiaras. Seems like a lifetime, huh? 2. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo! Here’s June in the first episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo — not much has changed, since the show premiered just months after the Toddlers and Tiaras episode, but she definitely feels more comfortable with the cameras. 3. Oh, June … … She really is very comfortable, isn’t she? 4. Blonde Mama June! After the first season of the show, June went blonde, which is now her signature hair color. The transformation is happening! 5. Them Curls! And sometimes, when she’s feeling saucy, she does some tight, heavily styled curls! 6. Red Carpet Ready! This is June, all cleaned up. So. Patton Oswalt Pays Tribute to Wife One Year After Her Death

One year ago today, Michelle McNamara passed away in her sleep at the age of 46. McNamara was an accomplished true crime writer, but was probably best known to the general public as the wife of beloved comedian Patton Oswalt. Today, Oswalt marked the anniversary of his wife’s passing in simple, but profound fashion. Oswalt tweeted two photos of McNamara this morning. He captioned the images: “A beautiful friend … She opened up her heart and let me in…” In the months since McNamara’s death, Oswalt has been open the grieving process as well as the challenged of raising an 8-year-old daughter on his own. McNamara’s unexpected passing appears to have been the result of an accidental overdose caused by low doses of multiple medications that interacted and exacerbated a pre-existing condition. “We learned today the combination of drugs in Michelle’s system, along with a condition we were unaware of, proved lethal,” Oswalt said back in February. Medical examiners reported that McNamara had Xanax, Adderall and the potent prescription painkiller Fentanyl in her system at the time of her death. In a tragic coincidence, her death came on the same day that Prince suffered a fatal overdose on Fentanyl, a drug that’s responsible for much of America’s worsening opioid epidemic. In the months of her life, McNamara was hard at work on a book about a murderer she dubbed “the Golden State Killer.” McNamara’s unfinished work will serve as the basis for a 48 Hours special about the killer, set to air on Saturday night. “She had a mind for the details of true crime the way other people have for baseball or me for films,” Oswalt says, discussing his wife’s work for a segment the show. “She could recall the details of pretty much every late 20th and 21st century crime. It was just in her head.” After a several-month hiatus, Oswalt recently returned to acting and standup. He’s currently on tour and can also be seen in new episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000, available on Netflix. We’ve always been fans of Patton’s comedy, and now we’re in total admiration of his strength, as well. Our thoughts go out to Patton and his daughter on what must be an incredibly difficult day. Auntie Fee Dies: YouTube Star Was 59

Here’s some news that isn’t entirely unexpected but is still so very, very tragic. Auntie Fee, YouTube sensation, passed away last night after suffering a severe heart attack earlier this week. She was only 59 years old. Auntie Fee, whose real name was Felicia O’Dell, rose to fame in 2014 when she began posting videos on YouTube about cooking on a budget. Her videos like “Sweet Treats for the Kids,” “Dumb Good Mac and Cheese,” and, of course, “Good Ass Chicken” have all been viewed millions upon millions of times. She even has a tutorial about how to feed seven people with a budget of $3. The woman was doing great work. Fee was so popular that her YouTube videos eventually landed her a role in Barbershop 3. She made appearances on talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Steve Harvey Show, and she once cooked a meal with Sherri Shepherd. Her last video was posted on March 6th — it was a review for an L.A. restaurant called Art’s Wings and Things. She said that when she doesn’t cook her own chicken, she goes there. A solid endorsement if we’ve ever heard one. On March 12th, she wrote on Facebook that she was “not feeling too well,” and the on the 14th, which was Tuesday, she suffered a severe heart attack. Many outlets heard news that she died then, but the reports were false — she was placed on life support at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. On Thursday night, Fee’s family wrote on her Facebook account that “doctors are currently performing procedures in hopes of improving” her “current state,” but they were unable to save her. And last night, her son Tavis  shared the most heartbreaking announcement possible. “Thank you for all the prayers and hope,” he began. “It did all it can do and now god made the decision to take my mother home where its peace & joy and I’m okay with that.” “She can finally be happy. Rip Momma.” “I love you and you was my twin,” he continued. “When u was going through it I went through it, and now it’s time for you to relax and watch me do it baby.” Our condolences to Auntie Fee’s family, friends, and fans. Bill Paxton: Cause of Death Revealed

The official cause of Bill Paxton’s death has been revealed following the 61-year-old acting great’s tragic passing two weekends ago. Paxton died February 25 at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as confirmed by his family. Now we know the reasons why. According to the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, his death triggered by an aneurysm that required surgery which resulted in a stroke.  Paxton had just undergone valve replacement surgery to correct an aortic aneurysm problem, and complications arose from the operation. Eleven days later, he suffered the fatal stroke.  The death certificate states that Bill had the surgery on February 14  and died on February 25, which is consistent with his family’s statement. “It is with heavy hearts we share the news that Bill Paxton has passed away due to complications from surgery,” the family said then.  Having left this world far too soon, he leaves behind a legacy in film and TV that ranks him among the all-time greats in his profession. “Bill’s passion for the arts was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth and tireless energy were undeniable,” the statement continued. His passion for the arts was matched by fans’ passion for his work in them, as evidenced by his impressive, almost underrated resume. Tombstone, Apollo 13 , and A Simple Plan are just a few of Bill’s movie roles that have enjoyed immense popularity throughout the years. Paxton was also a highly regarded TV actor, especially within the last decade, when he starred on HBO’s polygamy drama Big Love . On top of five seasons headlining that series, Paxton was also nominated an Emmy Award for 2012’s The Hatfields and the McCoys . He was starring in CBS’ Training Day at the time of his death. The native Texan’s first brush with fame was entirely accidental; Bill witnessed the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. A photo of an eight-year-old Bill being lifted onto his dad’s shoulders still hangs in a museum commemorating the life and death of JFK. As an aspiring actor, he played a number of low-budget, bit film roles upon moving to Hollywood before landing his big break in a 1980s classic. Bill met a young director named James Cameron on the set of The Terminator , and a part in that film is what allowed his career to take off. Their relationship grew, and Paxton went on to star in some of Cameron’s best-known films, including the box office behemoth Titanic . No film had made nearly as much money as the 1997 love story – a classic two decades later and still among the highest-grossing ever. View Slideshow: Bill Paxton: Celebrities React to His Shocking Death In addition to his link to the JFK assassination, another little known piece of Paxton trivia can be attributed to his body of work as an actor: He is one of only two people to be confronted by a Terminator ( The Terminator ), a Xenomorph ( Aliens ), and a Predator ( Predator 2 ). That’s pretty awesome, and just part of the reason so many tributes to Paxton from family, friends, and fans began pouring upon his death. A testament to the impact of his life, he was mourned the world over, by those who knew him personally and those who knew his work. Paxton is survived by a wife and two children. Our condolences go out to them and to his family members, friends and fans the world over. R.I.P. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2017: In Memoriam

Here’s The REAL Reason Angela Kardashian Blac Chyna Chucked The Deuces To Rob And The Wedding

Blac Chyna Left Rob Kardashian Over His Mental Issues As you’ve surely heard by now, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have called it quits — for real for real — and cancelled all plans for their upcoming wedding. But the one thing that wasn’t detailed by those blabbermouth “sources” is the reason things went kaput. But as they’re now telling People …it was the obvious problem that eventually spelled the end for #BlacRob. Chyna has long known that Rob was an insecure recluse , spending his days wearing the same outfit inside his home and eating his feelings…but she eventually hit a wall and realized that there was nothing she could do to help him make a permanent change for the better. “Chyna is super fed up with Rob and thinks he is way too emotional and depressed. She thinks he has terrible issues. He is always battling his own insecurities and is unstable. It’s a major turn-off to her, and she thinks it’s incredibly unhealthy for the baby and their family.” Basically, Chyna realized she doesn’t have the medical degrees or intensive counseling training it’s actually going to take to fix Rob or even deal with his mountain of self-esteem and psych issues. In fact, not only does she feel his problems make him an unfit partner, but she’s grown concerned about his ability to be an effective father to their four-month-old daughter Dream. “They’re living separately and she’s keeping Rob at arm’s length, both from the baby and from her.” Well, damn. Do you think this is enough to get Rob to FINALLY seek some real help and address what’s wrong with him? Or will he keep up with the “My 600 Pound Life” routine that got him here? Splash
