Kanye West Released From Hospital After being taken in for exhaustion and erratic behavior , and missing Thanksgiving with the fam last week, Kanye West has finally been released from psych hold at UCLA Medical Center. If you’ll recall, Kanye voluntarily entered the hospital for psych evaluation after an incident at his trainer’s home just hours after announcing that the Saint Pablo Tour was a wrap . Even though ‘Ye is back home with the wifey and kiddies , he’s not exactly clear to go on with business as usual. Sources close to the situation say he’ll be needing ongoing psych and medical treatment to make sure he stays healthy and together. Glad to hear Kanye’s doing better! We don’t know that it’s the best idea for him to go running himself into the ground with designing, recording, and performing right now…but Kanye’s going to do whatever Kanye wants to do, obviously. Kanye West Will Remain At UCLA Medical Center For The Rest Of The Week While most of us are enjoying time with our families today, Kanye West will continue to be a patient at UCLA Medical Center at least until the end of the week according to a TMZ report. Yeezy’s family was hoping that he would released in time to enjoy the holiday at home, but it doesn’t appear that that’s going to happen. Kanye’s doctor says the temporary psychosis that he is suffering from is a result of sleep deprivation, extreme dehydration and deeper emotional issues that need to be sorted out. Whatever those issues are, a source close to Ye says that they are definitely covered under the insurance policy on his Saint Pablo Tour . Gotta suck to be dealing with this during the holiday, but doctors often say these are the hardest times of the year for a lot of people. Kim instantly jetted back to LA once she heard that Kanye was having an episode and needed to be hospitalized. Now, she’s by his side being a supportive spouse until he pulls through. Via E!online : “She is just holding things down like Kanye did for her when she needed support. Kim is doing much better and is strong. This shall pass, she believes.” “Kim is by his side now and will stand there till everything gets better. Their time together was just about support. Kanye will be ok. He has a good set of doctors and the main thing is he wants to get through this.” Apparently, Kim sensed that Kanye had taken on a bit too much between all his Adidas and Yeezy season work, the new album, a world tour, and becoming a father of two all within a few short months. Pair that with the fact that the most difficult time of year is upon him (the anniversary of his mother’s death) and it was a recipe for disaster for her husband. Jordan Belamire has been sexually assaulted three times in her life, she says. Twice in real life, specifically, and once in virtual reality. Belamire (an alias) says she was playing a game, QuiVr, on her brother-in-law’s HTC Vive VR system when she was sexually assaulted. She’s not saying she was assaulted in the room while playing the game, she’s claiming she was violated in the virtual world of the game. According to Belamire, she was shooting zombies with strangers in QuiVr’s multiplayer mode when another player began to rub her chest. Virtually, but she says it was just as bad as the “real” thing. “I’ve been groped in real life, once in a Starbucks in broad daylight. I know what it’s like to happen in person ,” Belamire, 30, told CNN. “The shock and disgust I felt was not too far off from that.” Another user, BigBro442, had caught on that she was a woman because her mic streamed her voice through to the virtual world. Belamire yelled “Stop!” as BigBro442 grabbed her. That only made the bad situation worse, she said, as “he chased me around, making grabbing and pinching motions near my chest.” “Emboldened, he even shoved his hand toward my virtual crotch and began rubbing,” she wrote in a post that has gone viral online. Not everyone is buying into her claim that this is assault. “Please explain how someone can be assaulted in any form in VR. This seems to be someone whining just to whine,” said one commenter. Belamire temporarily suspended her Twitter as a result. Saying she is “more disturbed by the backlash than the VR incident itself,” she says she rejects the idea that this is someone harmless.
