Britney Spears’ backup dancer Dawn Noel says she had her nose broken during the music video shoot for “Work Bitch,” only to be stiffed by the singer. According to Noel, an oblivious Britney didn’t even stop the rehearsal. Britney had “considerable difficulty” executing even basic moves, according to Dawn, who claims she was standing off to Britney’s side at a critical moment. Dawn says the impact was so brutal, everybody heard a cracking sound. Kayla Goldberg, Kris Humphries’ former one-night stand, insists he gave her herpes – and hasn’t been tested for the popular sexually transmitted disease. The claim that Humphries gave Goldberg herpes is not new. She’s alleged it for the better part of two years. But she’s taking it to the legal system now. Goldberg’s attorneys claim the NBA player and former Mr. Kim Kardashian has actually admitted he’s never been tested for the disease, or other STDs. As such, she wants him to prove he’s clean with a forced doctor’s visit. Goldberg has claimed that she was diagnosed with herpes shortly after hooking up with Humphries, court documents note, and he has denied he has it. However, “Humphries has admitted that he has never been tested for herpes simplex virus type 1″ and has “refused to submit to a test for sexually transmitted infections.” Somewhere, Myla Sinanaj is high-tailing over it to the free clinic. Goldberg has asked a judge to force the baller to get tested ASAP, noting in the documents that “Good cause for a physical examination of Mr. Humphries.” “In essence, Humphries wants Plaintiff and this Court to take him at his word that he is free of any herpes virus while refusing to submit to tests that prove that is so.” As such, Goldberg made an appointment for Kris Humphries on June 16, 2014, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., at 10 a.m. She wants a judge to ensure that the Boston Celtic actually shows up. Kris’ attorney calls this “an invasion of privacy, violating work-product and information that protects communications between a patent and his medical provider.” Radar claims Humphries has taken and passed a blood test proving he had no STDs, but the results of any such test have not been made publicly available. Peaches Geldof, the daughter of world-famous musician Bob Geldof, died Monday in Kent, England. She was only 25, and her father is at an utter loss. “We are beyond pain,” Bob Geldof said in a statement Monday. “She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.” It remains unclear how Peaches Geldof died , but it came as a shock. Medical personnel were first called to an address in a small town in Kent over “a report of concern for the welfare of a woman” on Monday afternoon. “A woman aged 25 was pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service,” Kent Police said later in a statement released to the media. “At this stage, the death is being treated as an unexplained sudden death . Police are working to establish the circumstances around the death.” A rep added that no further details would be disclosed on Monday. Peaches Geldof is best known for her contributions in the fashion and entertainment industries, where she’s worked as a columnist for Elle magazine. She wrote for UK newspapers the Telegraph and Guardian , and also worked as a TV presenter, hosting a series called OMG! with Peaches Geldof . This is not the first tragedy to have affected the Geldof family. Peaches lost her mother, Paula Yates, in September 2000 due to a drug overdose. Teen Dies Saving Girlfriend In California Train Accident This is so sad. The young man lost his life trying to save his girlfriend on their way to the Sadie Hawkins dance. According to SF Gate: A Northern California town was reeling Saturday after learning that a teenage boy was killed and a teenage girl was seriously injured after they were hit by a freight train while walking to a Sadie Hawkins Day dance. The accident Friday evening occurred near Marysville’s only high school and a little league park where a game was being played. Investigators told KCRA-TV the teens were walking southbound on the tracks — the same direction as the train. Relatives told the station the 16-year-old girl, Mickayla Friend, and her boyfriend had planned to take a short walk to the Dollar Tree store to buy some food before heading to the dance at their school. “It’s her first boyfriend, and her first love,” Alithya Friend said. “And she just got it taken away from her in an instant.” The boy died at the scene, and the girl was airlifted to Sutter Roseville Medical Center with traumatic injuries, CalFire Capt. Dennis Hunt said. Friend said her sister remained in critical condition Saturday. People who were at the game said they heard a long blowing of the train’s horn, and many raced to the scene as the train came to a stop. “The engineer was on the horn,” witness Sean Stark said. “Then finally, they both looked back at the same time.” He said the boy made a split second decision. “They would have both been underneath that train if he didn’t push her out of the way at the last second,” Stark said. But behind the brilliant smile was a life of torment and pain. According to police, Ghanson was burned by his mom with a lighter when he urinated on the floor. He was beaten with an aluminum broom handle when he soiled himself. He was hurled across a room and hit a table. The abuse went on until he could endure no more. He died Tuesday. The sordid details spilled out Wednesday through police reports and the testimony of a North Miami detective, a day after Ghanson’s mother, Fafane Caze, 21, was arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse and torture. The judge tacked on another charge of attempted felony murder, Wednesday, which kept her in jail with no bond. A murder charge is pending as the medical examiner’s office catalogs the toddler’s injuries. “If anybody deserves the additional charge she deserves it,” said North Miami Maj.
