LuAnn de Lesseps Confronts Fiancè for Cheating!

LuAnn de Lesseps is finally about to confront her cheating fiancè on The Real Housewives of New York City.  It's going to be one of the biggest showdowns in the history of The Real Housewives franchise and we couldn't be more excited for it.  Sure, it sucks for LuAnn to be cheated on, but it's best she knows exactly what Tom D'Agostino Jr. is up to behind her back.  In the video from the season finale of the Bravo hit, LuAnn calls Tom, with Bethenny in her presence.  She confronts him over the phone and it sure seems like he tries to wriggle his way out of it.  What was his excuse? He didn't remember. What a horrible way to admit to cheating. Right?! It's bad enough he cheated with a woman in a New York City hotel, but why did he not just admit to it? He knew the net was closing in, so he should have expected nothing less than the cheating being revealed in front of the cameras. LuAnn is understandably not impressed with Tom, but we already know he manages to sweet talk her.  The wedding is very much still on, but don't expect Bethenny to be in attendance.  Fans of the reality show were quick to point out that Bethenny shouldn't have revealed Tom's deceit to LuAnn while the cameras were rolling.  The thing fans seem to forget is that most of what happens on reality TV is manipulated in some way.  For all we know, the scene with LuAnn going at it with Tom on the phone could have been filmed after the real argument took place.  If you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online , you'll know Bethenny seemed to be using the evidence as a bargaining chip.  She tried to keep it from LuAnn for as long as possible and gave out very vague hints.  If you recall, she asked LuAnn if she was in an open relationship with Tom just a few weeks ago.  LuAnn was furious and noted that she knew Bethenny was up to something.  What do you think of the video? Matt Baier: I’m Not A Deadbeat Dad, I Just Wasn’t Around!

Following last night's dramatic season premiere, Matt Baier wants Teen Mom OG viewers to know that he's sick of the scrutiny. Now that the reality hit is back on MTV, Baier and his fiancee, Amber Portwood are doing damage control on his reputation. To which I speak for everyone when I say, “too little, too late.” Still, Portwood will fight for the man she loves. “I think one thing people are going to see is how a lot of the child support cases against him were dropped,” Portwood told Hollywood Life . “They’re going to take a step back and say, ‘Oh wow, maybe I was wrong,'” she said. “Matt doesn’t have that many kids and he was put out there as this horrible person that he isn’t. It completely shocked him.” “I had to try to stick with it and stay with him, and thank God I did or it would have been a mistake, Portwood added. As for the status of their relationship, Portwood says things are terrific, and that everything they've been through made them stronger. Is she trying too hard to convince herself of that? No so, she insists. Although they have delayed their October wedding , the Teen Mom tandem is looking forward to building a future together. “We’re doing great today,” Portwood said. “That’s not Matt today … that wasn’t even him a couple years ago. I don’t want people to think he’s this slimy guy when he’s so amazing.” “I want people to see what I see,” she added. What they see has not been all that impressive so far, but Amber is standing by her man through thick and thin, which does tell you something. The couple went on Dr. Drew's show last night to discuss the rumors that have plagued Baier for the better part of a year now. Namely, the small fact that Matt Baier has seven kids (or eight, or nine, depending on who you ask) that he sired and left behind. As well as his issues with addiction, which are well documented. Oh, and the fact that he tried to bang Farrah Abraham before meeting Amber – a topic that was broached last night on Teen Mom: OG . Guy has a lot of baggage, to say the least. “Yes, I have a lousy past. The proof is bad enough – why make stuff up?” Baier, 44, told Dr. Drew during yesterday's sit-down. Obviously, with a track record like his, there's both a lot of explaining to do, and not a lot of explaining he can do to change minds. He does want to stress one key point, however. “I wasn’t a deadbeat dad ,” he says, but rather, “I was an absentee dad back then, and I think there’s a big difference.” Is there, though? Or is it mere semantics? And even though he has five children – not seven, eight or nine, as some have alleged – he assured viewers that his hands are clean. “I owe zero dollars in child support.” Slow claps for the absentee dad.

Alleged Drug Trafficker Wears Old Man Disguise, Still Gets Arrested

We really try not to give props to probably drug traffickers at The Hollywood Gossip. It’s an unofficial company policy. HOWEVER: We must spend a few minutes talking about Shaun Miller. An alleged fugitive from justice, Miller was arrested on Thursday in Massachusetts … after he tried to disguise himself as an elderly man to evade police. The attempt was both hilarious and unsuccessful. “Officers ordered [31-year-old Shaun] Miller out of the residence and Miller, disguised as an elderly man, walked outside. “Upon further investigation, officers determined that the ‘elderly man’ was in fact Miller,” the Barnstable Police Department announced in a press release on Friday. You’ve gotta give Miller points for trying, right? You then need to take away a lot of points for the crimes he supposedly committed, of course. Numerous pictures released by the Barnstable Police Department feature Miller with and without the mask, while an additional image depicts the rubber mask after police asked Miller to take it off. See for yourself: Along with the mask, the authorities reportedly came across “two loaded weapons hidden in a laundry basket and nearly $30,000 in cash,” according to the release. So Miller isn’t a good dude, it seems. That’s important to remember. The arrest of Miller comes about four months after he was indicted for federal drug trafficking and was considered a fugitive, based on CNN reports. He was booked on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The Barnstable Police Department could not be reached for comment. Miller, meanwhile, is scheduled to appear in court on August 31 and it is not clear if he has retained an lawyer or how he has pled against his charges. Lindsay Lohan: BACK TOGETHER With Abusive Fiance?!

Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan accused her fiance, Egor Tarabasov, of cheating in a bizarre late-night social media rant in which she also hinted that she was carrying his baby. We now know that Lohan is not pregnant  – but the situation with Tarabasov is far worse than previously thought. Video that emerged on August 5 showed Lohan and Tarabasov engaged in a physical altercation in public. Lindsay Lohan & Egor Tarabasov: Physical FIGHT Caught on Video! WATCH! The clip seemed to suggest that Lohan was in, at best, a disturbingly unhealthy, unstable relationship. At worst, it appeared to reveal that she’s a victim of domestic abuse. In the midst of the public outcry that followed the video, Lohan announced that she had broken up with Tarabasov . Fans were relieved, as it seemed that after years of self-destructive behavior, the troubled actress was finally acting in her own best interest. Now, however, it seems that reports about Lohan lying about her breakup were accurate, and she is still planning to marry the Russian billionaire. Seemingly as a means of announcing that she and Tarabasov were back on, Lindsay posted this photo of herself wearing the lavish emerald engagement ring with which he proposed: She removed it shortly after the video leaked earlier this month. Lohan gave no explanation for the reconciliation, but several fans expressed concerns about the 30-year-old continuing her relationship with Tarabasov. She’s made no formal announcement, but at this time it seems that Lohan is planning to proceed with her plans to marry Tarabasov. Hopefully those closest to her are monitoring the situation closely.

Kardashians: Deceiving Fans With Illegal Instagrams?

The Kardashians are famous for being paid oodles of cash to promote a product, but are they playing by the rules (or rather, the law) when it comes to sponsored posts? According to Page Six , a letter from watchdog group Truth In Advertising reportedly sent a letter to momager Kris Jenner’s legal team, warning her that they “have found that members of the Kardashian/Jenner family are engaged in deceptive marketing campaigns .” The group has been meticulously following the Instagram accounts of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, as well as their younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and gathered 27 companies – incluing Puma, Calvin Klein, JetSmarter, Fit Tea, Estée Lauder and Karl Lagerfeld – they were working with. What the group found was “a plethora of posts that do not clearly or conspicuously disclose their relationships with the companies being promoted in the posts as is required by federal law.” The group has informed Jenner that if the issues aren’t “fully corrected” by Wednesday, the family will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. It’s no secret that the Kardashians have been hawking products since Keeping Up With The Kardashians became wildly popular in 2007, but federal law requires that a company and its participants clearly state that the post is sponsored.  “The law is clear and people are not following it, and it’s not being enforced very often,” TINA spokeswoman Bonnie Patten told Page Si x. Social media is becoming the new medium for advertising, and this law is making it even more difficult for a celebrity or person of influence to share a product with followers without being asked, “is this sponsored? Are you being paid to promote this?” The Fashion Law website broke it down for readers, clarifying what constitutes a sponsored post . “Is posting a photo an endorsement? The FTC says yes!” The Fashion Law explains. “A photo is enough to trigger the need to disclose: Simply posting a picture of a product on social media, such as on Pinterest or Instagram, or a video of you using it, could convey that you like and approve of the product. Nicki Minaj And Meek Mill Take The Next Step In Their Relationship Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj , as reported by E Online , are moving in together. This is great news for fans of the couple. It seems like both artists are in the news every other week regarding their relationship status. Meek recently used Instagram to tell folks to mind their business.   Their are-they, aren’t-they relationship status has drawn speculation for years, but it appears as if Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill have made a major step toward the former. A source tells E! News the couple has officially moved in together! According to TMZ, who was first to report the news, the hip-hop music stars will now call a sprawling 11,500-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills home. Nicki and Meek will have plenty of room in their new abode, which reportedly features nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a five-car garage. Photos shared by the outlet of the duo’s new digs also include massive closets and an expansive backyard (not to mention a pool) that overlooks Los Angeles. Not too shabby! And the Grammy-nominated rapper is seemingly enjoying sharing a space with her leading man, as a recent Instagram posted by Meek shows the two admiring what looks to be their manse from afar. “we good… WE GOOOD!” he captioned the photo. Good, indeed. Nick and Meek took their relationship public in 2015, after rumors swirled for months that a 15-carat diamond ring on that finger implied an engagement. The “Anaconda” songstress last spoke out about their relationship in April, telling Ellen DeGeneres that she considers herself “single.” “We’re still figuring each other out,” she clarified. “And in fact, I don’t even want to say that I’m in a relationship anymore, because I think when people hear that, they go to like the mean place and try to like [what, pick it apart?]” Congrats on the move, you two! Bill Cosby’s Legal Team Just Got One Black Woman Shorter Monique Pressley , the black woman a part of Bill Cosby’s legal team, has decided to call it quits. The Root reported that Pressley is the second attorney to leave the comic’s legal team since he’s been accused of sexually assaulting a number of women. As of now, the reason for her departure is unknown. A couple of months ago, high-powered attorney Monique Pressley helped Bill Cosby into a courtroom. But now it seems as though Pressley has had a change of heart when it comes to representing the man charged with drugging and sexually assaulting a Pennsylvania woman. Earlier this week, Pressley removed herself from Cosby’s legal team, making her the second attorney to do so over the last year. Pressley has not said why she’s dropped Cosby as a client, but needless to say, Cosby hasn’t had a good history when it comes to keeping his legal team intact. Cosby is currently facing criminal charges in Pennsylvania in the sexual assault of Andrea Constand in 2004. Pressley was a key member, often making public appearances to defend her client. Kailyn Lowry Reacts to Javi Marroquin’s New Relationship!

Last week, we reported that Javi Marroquin is in a new relationship . Granted, Javi and Kailyn Lowry split up several months ago, so it shouldn’t really be a big deal that he’s moved on, but there’s an added layer of complexity to their separation. Lowry and Marroquin agreed to part ways back in December but until earlier this month, Javi was in Qatar serving a tour of duty with the US Air Force. So Javi and Kailyn only recently set about the ugly business ending their marriage. In fact, Javi just moved out of Kailyn’s  house, so we would imagine that finding out that he’s already dating someone new would come as something of a shock to Lowry. But apparently we would be wrong. View Slideshow: Kailyn Lowry & Javi Marroquin Divorce: A Timeline of Destruction According to Radar Online, Kailyn is surprisingly cool with Javi dating again , as long as he’s careful about what kind of women he brings around their son: “Kail has no feelings about it,” a source close to Kailyn tells the site. “She wants him to move on and be happy, so if he wants to date she supports it 100 percent.” The insider adds: “She knows Javi always will make good decisions for Lincoln, as she does the same. “She knows Javi will know when the time is right and not bring him around every single girl that may come into his life.” It’s still unclear how Javi met someone so quickly, but in this day and age it’s possible that he was getting to know women in his hometown while he was still in Qatar. Then again, Kailyn slammed someone for cheating on Twitter earlier today, so maybe there was some overlap with Javi’s relationships. Javi Marroquin: Dating Someone New ALREADY?!

It’s been several months since Javi Marroquin and Kailyn Lowry separated , but since he only recently returned from an overseas deployment with the US Air Force, the couple is just now getting on with the messy business of ending their marriage. Javi recently gave his first interview since returning to the States to Radar Online, and the site has been publishing his remarks in a series of excerpts.  Marroquin threw major shade at Lowry in a portion of the conversation that went public this morning, and now he’s basically dealing out an emotional finishing move in a new snippet that just went live moments ago. To the astonishment of many (Kailyn among them, we’re sure) Javi revealed today that he has already re-entered the dating scene: “I actually went on a date this past weekend,” Marroquin told Radar. “But right now we are just friends taking it slow. We both have a lot going on.” He added that he loves “being in a relationship” and hopes to settle down again soon. “I love to love,” he said. “I love sharing experiences with one person.” Javi said that his first priority is his son, and he makes certain that any woman he gets romantically involved with is aware of that from the jump: “I make sure I tell them right off the bat my situation,” he explained. “Obviously my choice of girls is different because I do have a son. So that’s big for me.” As for when the time will be right for the new woman in his life to meet Lincoln, Javi says he’s playing it by ear – and it’s none of Kailyn’s business: “I don’t need to talk to Kail about that,” he said. “I’m Lincoln’s dad. I’ll know when the right time for him to meet a future partner will be. Same goes for Kail. I’ve made it a point to make sure both Isaac and Lincoln know what it’s like to be a man that provides for his family. I would hope she finds someone the same.” Thus far, Kailyn seems unconcerned about her ex’s remarks and the fact that he’s moving on. Her most recent tweet was directed at her Teen Mom 2 co-star Leah Messer, and read simply: “Miss you!!!! Hope you & the girls are well. See y’all soon!” Indeed she will.
