As Bobbi Kristina Brown remains in hospice care, the person who allegedly snapped and shopped a deathbed photo of the ailing star has been caught. As a result of shamelessly taking a Bobbi Kristina Brown deathbed photo , the Brown family has been banned from hospice, according to new reports. The still unidentified family member reportedly offered to sell the picture of Bobbi Kristina in hospice to various media outlets for upwards of $100,000. The media outlets passed, but the National Enquirer was among the magazines that saw the images and ran stories recreating it … with a model. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up. Images depicting her violent relationship with Nick Gordon, including the time he allegedly dragged her up the stairs by her hair , were also recreated. Since the family member attempted to exploit Bobbi, who has been in a coma since January 31, the hospice facility has been in “lock down” mode . “The security team at the hospice informed Whitney Houston’s family there was evidence incriminating a Brown family member,” says an insider. According to sources, security at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Georgia has been increased to ensure that no such breach will occur again. Bobbi’s estate, currently controlled by Bobby Brown and Pat Houston, has banned the entire Brown family from visiting Bobbi Kristina in hospice. The Brown family ban obviously excludes her father, Bobby, who is co-guardian of his only daughter with Whitney Houston, but no one else. Bobby and Pat reportedly know who the deathbed photo culprit is stating, but no “unseemly” names have been shared … at least not yet. Speaking of unseemly characters, Nick Gordon is being sued for $40 million by the estate and may be investigated for murder as well.

Conan O'Brien did not take to the sky in order to arrive at Comic-Con in San Diego on Wednesday. He took to the road. Fury Road, to be exact. Dressed as The Doof Warrior, the comedian hitched a ride on Mad Max's War Rig (driven by Andy Richter) in a TBS-sponsored video that featured these friends making their way to the annual pop culture festival to spend a week hosting shows from the convention. But the trip didn’t go as smoothly as originally planned, as a wrong turn was made somewhere. Fortunately, the group righted their ship and made it to San Diego… where the welcome sign was engulfed in flames. You'll understand a lot better, and laugh a lot harder, once you watch this footage.

Perhaps we should’ve seen this coming. For months, Kylie Jenner has been transforming into Kim Kardashian , so maybe it was only a matter of time before the student would become the master, and the usurper would attempt to knock the Kween off her double-wide throne. Or maybe OK! magazine is just full of it. Either way, the rumors about a Kylie Jenner sex tape have officially begun. The latest issue of the tabloid teases a conflict between 17-year-old Kylie and 34-year-old Kim, which has reportedly prompted Kylizzle to declare that she’s “prettier,” which in turn led Kim to hilariously call Kylie a “loser.” It’s all pretty funny, and a little hard to believe, but one aspect of the report could sadly prove to be all too accurate. The magazine claims that Kylie’s attempt to single-white-female her successful older sis doesn’t stop with her looks. Apparently, Kylie wants Kim’s career, and she knows just how to go about getting it. Kylie may have been too young to appreciate the cultural phenomenon that was the Kim Kardashian sex tape , but she knows a smart career move when she sees one. As such, Kylie has reportedly hatched a plan. Once she turns 18 in August, Kylie and Tyga will go public as a couple . Shortly thereafter, they’ll “leak” a sex tape online. Sources say Kylie believes that because of her age and her already-sizable fanbase (Kim was a virtual unknown when her tape leaked), her tape will shatter the records set by Kim’s and go on to become the most successful celeb sex tape of all time.’ The sad thing is, she’s probably right. We’d say we hope her parents will intervene, but momager Kris is probably already spending the commission check from Vivid.

John Travolta is gearing up to face off against his former employee – and alleged male lover – Doug Gotterba in court, according to reports. Claiming that Gotterba violated a confidentiality agreement, Travolta is looking to quash the alleged intimate details that Doug has spilled. Travolta filed suit against Doug Gotterba when the pilot, who formerly worked for the actor, and says he had an affair with him in the ’70s. Rumors that John Travolta is gay are as old as time, but rarely have they involved a real, named person who says he boned the movie star. “John was gentle, passionate sexual being ,” Doug says. “The next day, he told me, with a big smile on his face, ‘I really enjoyed last night.'” “And I told him, ‘So did I.’” The two reportedly carried with each other over a six-year period, during which “I’d stay in the room next to John in hotels,” said Gotterba. “Sometimes he’d bring women along as his beards. But he would ask me to join him in his suite and we’d spend the nights together.” “It was our little secret.” After Gotterba’s revelations to various tabloids, Travolta sued his ex-employee, who left his position at Travolta’s aircraft company in 1987. Travolta cited a signed confidentiality agreement ; Gotterba presented a copy that had no confidentiality claim and filed a counter suit. “Mr. Gotterba has not created a triable matter of fact simply by disagreeing with the defendant,” says Travolta’s attorney Martin Singer. Judge Donna Geck disagrees, at least for now. She has ruled that the case will not be dismissed, as requested by Travolta’s camp. A court date has been set for August 7, at which point this classic case of he-said, he-said, he-signed, he-didn’t-sign will continue.

So serious, in fact, that sources say Kylie has set up a playroom for Tyga’s son in her new house, complete with a lavish throne-and-vanity set so that little King can sit on solid gold while he gets his hair done. Needless to say, Kylie has doubled-down, and she’s committing to this thing for the long haul. (Always a smart decision for a 17-year-old.) So it’s no surprise that she’s been quick to dismiss the many rumors that Tyga is cheating on her, but now, according to Radar Online, recent events have forced Kylie to reconsider her family’s suspicions. Insiders tell the website that Tyga was spotted with a mystery blonde while out and about in LA recently. Kylie’s mother and sisters reportedly caught wind of the accusations and convinced Kylie to do some digging: “Kylie’s been in denial about Tyga’s extracurricular activities and everyone’s really struggled to convince her he’s not the perfect guy she thinks he is,” says one source. “She now wants to find out the truth for herself and has taken up Kris’s offer to have him followed. She wants to know where he goes, who he’s with and for how long when he’s not with her. It’s tearing her up inside and she’s terrified about what she’s going to find out.” We think she’s just being paranoid. After all, it’s not like he’s the kid of sketchy loser who would leave the mother of his child for a teenager…oh, wait.
