First I want to thank my husband @philgood50 for believing in me the min I told him I wanted to compete and to show just how much he believed in me, he did every single workout with me in the gym 6 days a week and stuck to my diet plan. His support is unmatched and I’m thankful he enables me to shine bright in any and everything I choose to do. To the absolute best trainers ever, @workoutkingspro thank you for pushing me through those rough days and and never allowing me to give anything less than 100%. @mignoncyrelle I want to thank you for lighting a fire in me to go after something I thought I could never do and introducing me to the , my coach @ryanhinton . Thanks coach for taking on a “newby” (don’t call me that ever again ). When this guy says “Trust the process”… just do it and shut up! And to my posing coach @jazzyfresh.ifbbpro thanks for working the awkwardness out of me lol! Shout out to my bff @charliemonroeg for the food prep and for keeping my life together in so many ways.
