The American Idol judge and the 24-year backup dancer spent the weekend in Miami Beach, according to People , starting the party on Thursday night at nightclub Amnesia. “They were very sexy with each other, dancing and bouncing around and making out,” a witness says , adding that the pair hung out until 3 a.m. “They couldn’t help but attract attention, although Jennifer was trying to lie low from onlookers.” Marc Anthony is reportedly steamed over J. Lo’s romance with Smart, even threatening to take away custody of her children , but another source says Lopez looked “very happy” at the hot spot. She and Smart are hotter than ever, in fact, as insiders confirm they went out on a yacht Friday afternoon, while J. Lo went shopping with her daughter on Saturday afternoon. While her sister Beyonce was revealing her pregnancy , Solange Knowles made headlines for less positive reasons in Miami, Fla., on Sunday night. According to reports, Solange and her crew were rejected from a club because they had a balloon, which they decided to cross the street to pop. Yes, this happened … and resulted in a run-in with the cops. There they encountered two off duty police officers, and a conversation ensued, which was “casual and light-hearted” at first. Then it went bad. Apparently, the authorities were not enthralled about Solange being there, or about the balloon, which they brandished a weapon to destroy. Police say Solange was “armed” with a “five-foot inflatable banana.” We’re serious. According to Solange’s rep, these events followed : One officer pulled out a switchblade and threatened to pop the balloon. They felt it was inappropriate, but the turning point happened when he then took out the switchblade a second time with the blade open and said to them, ‘I don’t find the humor in this, anymore.’ The blade was less than a couple feet away from Solange and her friends. The officer proceeded to “forcefully” ask them to move, gesturing that they cross the street though there was oncoming traffic. Solange then asked the officer what was it that they did wrong, and he forcefully responded again to move. When a taxi pulled up, they got in and headed home. Solange made a series of calls to report the incident and was told to be prepared to be arrested when she came in to report the incident if her story was false. Solange simply wanted to report that the officer pulled out a weapon, when she had done nothing illegal, disruptive or belligerent. Solange is filing a report and has not yet decided on further legal action . The Miami Beach police said in rebuttal that Solange became unruly, loudly complaining of being rejected from the club for racial reasons. Solange inisists she never once raised her voice, although even if she did, cops whipping out a switchblade may not have been necessary. Beyonce’s sis has also gone on to state her sincerest disappointment with the Miami Beach Police and how they have handled this matter. No word if the matter will be pursued any further. Poor Solange , she almost got roughed up for a little monkeying around! It turns out that weapon that Miami one-time pulled on Tee Tee Solo was actually a knife, not a gun. According to TMZ reports : Cops say Beyonce’s younger sis tried entering Club Cameo in Miami Beach and was denied because she was holding a 5-foot tall, inflatable banana. According to cops, Solange began complaining that she was turned away for racial reasons. Cops say Knowles became unruly with off-duty officers, who took her across the street to try and calm her down. Solange claims that’s when cops pulled a “weapon” on her — we’re told she claimed it was a knife — and threatened to deflate the banana. Miami Beach PD Internal Affairs must investigate all such complaints, so they’re getting in touch with her. SMH… Fizzuck the police! We’re just glad Solo and her banana were unharmed.

Rapper Flo Rida hit a real “Low” point this morning when he was busted for DUI – in the state spelled the same way as his name, only without the space. Probably not a coincidence. Flo got popped in Miami Beach in a red and black Bugatti – a ride worth $1.7 MILLION – after he was swerving in his lane. During the traffic stop around 3:30 a.m., the police detected the odor of alcohol, and Flo was given a field sobriety test, which he performed poorly on. Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to a station where he joined our celebrity mug shots gallery. Sources say Flo’s blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit . The police report notes that large crowd gathered around Flo after cops pulled him over, and that several bystanders were “trying to get officers to let [Flo Rida] go.” “Some individuals were offering to drive [Flo] home.” Always nice to see an outpouring of support from the community.
