Megan Fox’s Transformers 3 Pressure Point

Megan Fox may not be saying much about her Transformers 3 departure, but Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is. “It’s one of those things that built to a pressure point,” the producer told Coming Soon at this weekend’s Salt junket. “I think she knew and we did, I think we all tried really hard to make it work together, it just wasn’t working.” Fortunately, executing a character name search-and-replace for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s new role is not that hard: “I wouldn’t say a tremendous number, but yeah, absolutely there were some [script] changes.” [ Coming Soon ]

First Look at Transformers 3 Set Introduces Odd New Character ‘Hydraulicon’

Michael Bay has officially started the Transformers 3 release-date countdown on his Web site — which, in the grand scheme of things, is not nearly as important as the reality of seeing just how un glamorous megabudget filmmaking can sometimes be. Take this video that began making the rounds over the holiday weekend, featuring some blue screen, some hydraulics, a pop and a scream. Watch 44 seconds of your summer sausage being made after the jump.

It almost defies parody: Michael Bay has decided to rejuvenate the Transformers franchise by replacing Megan Fox with Victoria’s Secret supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Little is known of the newcomer aside from the facts that she’s Jason Statham’s girlfriend, she looks fantastic in garters, and she has “no acting experience.” But is the latter really true, or even all that important? Movieline’s been able to dig up several videos of the up-and-coming ingenue that prove she’s got exactly what Michael Bay is looking for.

Megan Fox Is No Longer Appearing On Transformers’ Third Installment

Transformer ravisher Megan Fox, an American actress and model, is no longer appearing on the third installment of Transformer movie. The actress has confirmed rumors. “I chose to leave Transformers.” “Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3,” representative for the actress tells PEOPLE. “It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.” According to reports, studio and film director Michael Bay is intending to cast another actress as star Shia LaBeouf’s love interest to move the story in a different direction. The film is set off to be released on July 2011 across United States. Fox is prepping for the June 18 release of Jonah Hex, an action film she stars in opposite Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Will Arnett.
