Adam Levine and Anne Vyalitsyna: Nude in Russian Vogue!

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine is rarely opposed to getting naked. His girlfriend, Anne Vyalitsyna, can more than likely attest to that. This is a new one for both of them, though: Together, Adam and Anne bare all in the new issue of Russian Vogue , photographed in a passionate, nude embrace … Anne Vyalitsyna has been dating Levine since Spring 2010 . Vyalitsyna, a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, previously appeared in a few of Maroon 5’s music videos, for “Misery” and “Never Gonna Leave This Bed.” We have absolutely no idea what the article is about (language barrier and all), but does it matter? Check out more hot, nude pics of Adam and Anne here: [Photos: Vogue Russia]

Dr. Conrad Murray to Serve House Arrest if Convicted in Michael Jackson Manslaughter Case?

Perhaps it’s a little too early to start talking about what happens if Dr. Conrad Murray gets convicted of felony involuntary manslaughter – he has yet to present his defense – but it does not look good for the physician right now. Between the Michael Jackson autopsy photo , the 911 call and most of all, the various holes in his defense , he’ll have to pull off a miracle to be acquitted. So what happens when and if he gets convicted? As for how much time Murray would serve, officials tell TMZ that Murray would be jailed for half the actual sentence. So four years as opposed to two. Moreover, because of severe overcrowding, inmates are eligible for house arrest, based on their prior criminal history, and their risk to the community. Murray has a clean record and, as one law enforcement official put it, “it’s not like he’s going to walk around with a bottle of Propofol and kill people.” So if the jail is filled to the max, the Sheriff could quickly put him on house arrest – if not right away, shortly into his sentence – ankle monitor style. Again, this is all premature. The jury could still find him not guilty on all counts. But right now, we could bet heavily against that possibility occurring. [Photo: WENN.com]

ChitChatter: Rashida Jones Talks Busting SuperSoakers With Michael Jackson And Her Future In Politics With Playboy

Hollyweird banger and celebrity seed Rashida Jones did an interview with Playboy where she talks about being a nerd, making her famous parents proud and recounts some funny stories from kicking it with Michael Jackson and Frank Sinatra. Check out a few of our favorite moments from the interview below: Rashida talks being a nerd instead of Hollyweird royalty: Q1 PLAYBOY: You star on Parks and Recreation and have roles in three movies this year, including this season’s The Big Year. And didn’t you go to Harvard? We’re all slackers by comparison, you realize. JONES: It’s just who I am, I guess. I came out of the womb reading books and thinking about my next project. I’m a born nerd. There’s also this thing of wanting to make your parents proud. Q2 PLAYBOY: But with parents like Quincy Jones and actress Peggy Lipton, shouldn’t you be lounging around your pool all day? JONES: Look, I have parents who have accomplished so much. I have a father who came from nothing and conquered the world. The last thing I’m going to do is sit here and spend his money and try to look pretty. That’s not interesting to me at all. I’ve been acting professionally for 15 years, and I’ve had to prove myself. Someone may think, Oh, everything was handed to her, but it doesn’t really work that way. The nice thing about comedy in particular is that it’s a meritocracy. Funny people aren’t going to have you around because you know other people. You have to make people laugh. Q10 PLAYBOY: You seem so wholesome. Were you ever really bad? JONES: Well, in high school I never drank, I never smoked, I never smoked weed. I was president of the varsity club and was on the math team and then student government. I was in every activity. I saved all the bad stuff for college. Q11 PLAYBOY: Give us one image, please . JONES: Okay. Picture me with eight gay dudes, all of us wearing matching BVDs and sparkles on our faces, with glow sticks and pacifiers and backpacks and skater jeans, at an all-night rave, out of our minds somewhere in Rhode Island until eight a.m. Mostly, though, college was me trying to look cooler than I was. There were definitely some Carhartt jeans and backward Kangol caps in my repertoire. Carhartt’s and Kangols? And we thought Rashida was out of touch with her black side. We gotta give her props for doing her own thing and not living off Mom and Dad too. Keep reading for Rashida’s answers about her love life and thoughts on marriage.

Josh and Ebony Rendon, the 16 & Pregnant duo whose daughter was taken away after officials found their home covered in human waste, were reunited with her at last. The Department of Human Services in Arkansas took away 2-year-old daughter Jocelyn. Police then arrested them for child endangerment … as well as drug possession. Here are the mug shots of Josh Rendon and Ebony Jackson … The couple has since cleaned up their act … and the squalor they lived in . DHS has awarded them visitation twice a week – for two hours at a time, with supervision. Hey, that’s better than no visits and/or ones featuring human waste. Sources close to the married couple say that despite what happened, they are dead set on regaining full custody of their girl, and “will prove they mean business.” Josh and Ebony have already enrolled in parenting classes and therapy sessions. Let this be a lesson to you, Jordan Ward and Kianna Randall . Or maybe not. A November 10 court date has been set to see if they’ll get their kid back.

Kim Kardashian Asks: What Have I Done?!?

Kim Kardashian is reportedly miserable in her marriage. According to the latest issue of reputable supermarket tabloid Life & Style , the reality star – who will take on NYC again next month, as previewed HERE – believes she moved too quickly with Kris Humphries and recently said to a friend: “I didn’t know marriage was going to be so hard.” Speaking of hard, Ray J once videotaped himself and Kim… nevermind. Too easy. Another pal of Kim’s tells the magazine that Kim doesn’t think she’s “ready for the commitment” that comes with being a wife, which goes along with what THG readers have been saying for months. They don’t see this union lasting long, as evidenced by the following poll results. Vote now and make your voice heard: How long will the marriage between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries last?

Loser Brad Womack Keeps Calling Emily Maynard

Brad Womack really needs to get over it and move on. Emily Maynard, who’s dating Jeremy Shockey , clearly us. But the two-time Bachelor star refuses to let go. That’s the report from the new issue of Us Weekly , which says Brad “calls Emily every day and at all hours!” Unfortch for B-Dubs, “She just doesn’t pick up.” “They actually haven’t spoken for months.” Maynard, mom to six-year-old daughter Ricki, started dating NFL player Shockey this fall, and was previously linked to David Smith after splitting with Brad. Brad is apparently far from pleased with either choice. He’s continually “filled up her voicemail with messages of him crying, saying how upset he was that she was with someone else,” the source reveals. At the same time, the typically non-committal stiff isn’t sure he wants to be with her … he’s just jealous and pining for her because he can’t have her. As such, Emily “just feels like he is so messed up!” Ben Flajnik , you have some pathetic shoes to fill.

Dr. Conrad Murray to Ditch Part of Defense Theory?

Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyer announced that the physician is dropping the argument that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by ingesting Propofol orally. What they’re not doing is dropping the argument that he self-administered the anesthetic in general. In fact, the defense still will claim that MJ killed himself . Murray’s attorneys say they have concluded Jackson could not have chugged Propofol , however, and will now argue only that he injected it intravenously. According to TMZ, attorney Michael Flanagan said in court today that a new study by the defense showed swallowing Propofol would not produce fatal results. The Associated Press initially reported that Murray’s lawyers ditched the idea that MJ self-administered the fatal dose in any way, but that is not accurate. Lead lawyer Ed Chernoff can and very likely will argue that MJ injected a fatal dose after awakening and becoming frustrated with Murray out of the room. Of course, that’s still a claim they may struggle to sell a jury on, and medical experts say that even if it happened, Murray would be responsible regardless . Not looking good for the doc so far, but his defense has yet to present its case. They’re going to need to pull a legal rabbit out of their hat on this one. Expert on Dr. Conrad Murray Medical Decisions: Oye …

A leading cardiologist for the California Medical Board told a jury today that Dr. Conrad Murray was grossly negligent in his treatment of Michael Jackson. Dr. Alon Steinberg testified that Murray, who’s facing involuntary manslaughter charges in the June 2009 death of the pop icon, demonstrated an “extreme deviation” from standard practices in the medical care he provided. That, more than anything else, could lead to Murray’s conviction. The Michael Jackson autopsy photo displayed in court Tuesday and Murray’s recording of the delirious star are chilling, but don’t necessarily prove his guilt. Steinberg’s testimony is a different ballgame. We’re not on the jury, but it’s hard to imagine they won’t be influenced by some of this expert’s views. He reviewed Murray’s case relying solely on transcripts from his police interview because he wanted “to judge Dr. Murray on his very own words.” Dr. Steinberg made it clear that he is a cardiologist, not an anesthesiologist. That said, these are a few of his observations of Murray’s medical care: Murray did not take notes, typically standard for insurance and legal reasons, but most importantly for the patient … this caused confusion in the ER. Murray lacked basic medical equipment in case of an emergency; In addition, Murray didn’t have an assistant on hand in case of an emergency. There were six separate, distinct deviations of standard of medical care. Each example of Murray’s deviations amounts to “gross negligence.” Propofol is used for procedures in a hospital, never as a sleep aid. Murray’s biggest mistake was not making the 911 call immediately .

Michael Jackson Dead, Naked Photo Shown In Court

Image shown during Dr. Conrad Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial was taken moments after MJ was pronounced dead. By Gil Kaufman Conrad Murray Photo: Pool/ Getty Images The involuntary manslaughter trial of former Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray got under way again Tuesday (October 11), when the jury viewed photos from Jackson’s autopsy for the first time and heard more testimony from the lead police investigator in the case, the rest of a taped interview Murray gave to investigators two days after the singer’s death, and potentially damaging testimony from L.A. County medical examiner Dr. Christopher Rogers who pronounced Jackson’s death a homicide. Among the highlights of Tuesday’s testimony:
