The drawing for a $636 million Mega Millions jackpot took place last night and officials confirm that one ticket was sold at a gift shop San Jose and another in an Atlanta convenience store. The winners will split the jackpot. And they will also have a decision to make: Do they take their millions and millions and millions as one lump sum? Or have it divided up and paid out over 30 years? It’s a pretty good dillema to have, isn’t it? If no one steps forward to claim the huge prizes, the next Mega Millions jackpot will balloon to over $950 million.

Charlie Sheen has gone off regarding his custody case in epic fashion, weighing on the ruling that awarded custody of his two sons to Brooke Muller’s brother. Calling the judge in the case Mr. “Italian judge anus-brain,” the actor threatened him if his kids, twins Bob and Max, are hurt in the newest custody setup. Other classic outraged Sheen quotes in response to the ruling: “This pig circus overflowing with buffoons, sycophants and heretics cannot be trusted to safely raise a colony of ferrets.” “Brooke will fail and her brother [who lives by the beach] will be selling his ass under a pier and the evil nanny will die from ugly.” “When, not if, this psychotic and desperately irresponsible sham goes sideways, DCFS will burn to the ground, topped off with the smoldering robe of the judge.” The best part? In court a few days ago, the judge slapped him with a restraining order and gag order and threatening him with jail if he blabbed like this again. He joked to the actor not to mess with him, saying “I’m Italian,” which is why Charlie worked that into his rant. As for the gag order, Sheen does not care. At all. “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children,” Charlie Tweeted with an asterisk at the end of his tirade, “then go for it.” Your move, Mr. Italian judge.
The Duchess of Cambridge rode the bus and the tube this week in honor of London Poppy Day, but that wasn’t the only transportation-related news she made. Kate Middleton revealed that she has been taking flying lessons, making Prince William’s wife even more awesome than previously believed (if that’s possible). And where? The 31-year-old Duchess didn’t elaborate on either, but how cool is she for picking this up as a spare-time hobby? Naturally, this revelation has led to much hypothesizing as to what instructor is coaching her. William (who flies helicopters, not fixed-wing planes) is out. Not only is this not his area of aircraft expertise, but he would prohibited from being in a plane with Kate Middleton at the same time. So no chance there. This has led the Daily Mail and others to conjecture that Prince Harry (who took fixed-wing lessons himself) is teaching her . Not impossible … but darn close. Any Middleton detail is bound to take on a life of its own and spark rumors galore, but the Harry flying lesson one is pretty high up on the ridiculous scale. Although, the image of Harry blasting music in cockpit while an impeccably dressed Kate sits at his side rolling her eyes with a slight smile is pretty fantastic. Justin Bieber and marijuana are officially bound together for life. Sort of. The singer posted a photo to Instagram this morning of himself and a well-known celebrity weed dealer named Milk Tyson. In the image, Justin is pointing to four faces inked on Tyson’s right arm… one of which is of Bieber himself: Bieber quickly deleted the picture after it went live, perhaps because he realized that his reputation does not need to take any further hits. Over the past year or so, the 19-year old has been connected to this drug on numerous occasions… Photos of Bieber smoking pot surfaced in January. Marijuana was discovered on his tour bus in April. The question is why. “If you are asked for quotes or comments, please decline,” she asked friends regarding Vanity Fair, encouraging them never to deal with the publication. The Vanity Fair piece will run , however, and the latest rumor regarding why the actress is so upset is her friendship with Florida billionaire Jeff Soffer. Paltrow, 41, who has two children with her husband, the Coldplay singer Chris Martin, is said to have been close to Soffer, 43, in 2008, in Miami. Soffer married Elle Macpherson, 49, the supermodel, earlier this year. Her spokesman has denied the report, however, saying any suggestion of an affair is “one big lie” and that Soffer is nothing more than a long-term friend. A source for the New York Post says VF has been asking “Miami society sources” about Paltrow’s trip to Soffer’s Fontainebleau Hotel back in 2008: “ Vanity Fair is asking if Gwyneth had an affair in 2008 when he reopened the Fontainebleau … he flew her in for the party, and she stayed at his house.” “Soffer reportedly gave Paltrow a private tour of the hotel, whisking her away in his Bentley, and the following day, she joined him on his yacht with Kate Hudson.” Her rep is on record denying it, and it’s unclear if it will even be a factor in the article when it’s released. But it still could be why she fears the story.
