The 18-year old became a viral sensation last week after she laughed in the face of a Miami-Dade judge prior to flipping him off , a gesture which earned Soto a month-long prison sentence. But Soto, who was initially arrested for possession of Xanax, shed tears in court yesterday when acknowledging her mistake and agreeing to treatment for drug addiction. Playing Miley’s biggest fan, the host joked about how much better of a singer Cyrus is than that Justin Bieber character, adding that he “heard [Bieber] got busted for smoking weed .” And? “He’s really sorry about it.
