Mad Genius Builds SimCity Mecca (Video)

Filed under: Videos , Gaming While you were gunning down zombies on Mars, Vincent Ocasla, an architecture student living in the Philippines, constructed a city to support 6 million people in Sim City 3000 . In an interview with Vice , Vincent explains how he was inspired by Buddhism and the movie Koyaanisqatsi . But are his Sims happy? He doesn’t care!
