According to USAToday , self-hating Sheriff David A. Clark Jr. turned in a letter of resignation today. “Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 17.01, this communication is submitted as the notice of my resignation as Sheriff of Milwaukee County commencing Aug. 31, 2017, at 11:59 p.m.,” stated Clarke’s resignation letter. He didn’t say WHY he was quitting his job, nor do we particularly care. He’s free to lick as many white people’s boots as his tongue will allow him. As long as he doesn’t get another job that gives him any type of authority to make life difficult for Black folks and minorities, we’re perfectly content. Police Officer Who Killed Sylville Smith Fired For Sex Assault Allegations Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown, the trigger-happy bacon boy who shot and killed Sylville Smith , no longer has a job. Not because he used questionable judgement when he killed a potentially unarmed black man, but because he is being accused of the sexual assault of a man. On August 15th, a victim reported to Milwaukee police he had been sexually assaulted by Heaggan-Brown while off-duty. An investigation, conducted by MPD’s Internal Affairs Division and Sensitive Crimes Division, resulted in the criminal complaint filed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. MPD’s investigation revealed additional allegations, resulting in added charges. The criminal complaint filed against Heaggan-Brown on October 20th indicates there were four victims in all. The incidents described in the complaint happened in December 2015, July 2016 and August 2016. In the most recent alleged crime, Heaggan-Brown apparently dropped an adult victim off at St. Joseph’s Hospital on August 15th. Heaggan-Brown told hospital workers the victim was “completely out, zonked out of his gourd.” While nurses were giving aid to the victim, the complaint indicates the victim “flipped out. ‘Help me, help me, he was touching me,’ exclaimed (the victim).” Upon investigation, police found that Heaggan-Brown had solicited male prostitutes over a dozen different times, one who had to be hospitalized over an alleged drugging. The officer will be arraigned November 4th for second degree sexual assault (two counts), prostitution (two counts), capture an intimate representation without consent. Teen Shot In Accident Retaliation Revealed As Toddler’s Brother Yesterday, we reported the Milwaukee man who was shot dead just moments after accidentally running over a 2-year-old boy who darted into the street, alongside a teenager who was on the scene. In an even more tragic turn of events, the young boy who was also shot at the scene by the unknown shooter, later dying during operation, was actually the toddler’s older brother — having run to the scene to check on the 2-year-old just moments after he was struck by the van. Via MailOnline : The 15-year-old Wisconsin boy who was gunned down along with the driver who accidentally ran over a 2-year-old with his van Sunday has now been identified as the dead toddler’s brother. Police say an unnamed gunman opened fire in Milwaukee Sunday after 40-year-old Archie Brown Jr struck and killed little Damani Terry when the toddler darted out of a house into the street. A person armed with a gun rushed to the scene of the crash and shot dead Brown, along with Damani Terry’s big brother, 15-year-old Rasheed Chiles, who ran outside to check on the toddler. Brown, a father of four, was struck in the head by a bullet and died at the scene near a park on Milwaukee’s near northwest side. Chiles was hit in the shoulder and was taken to a hospital, where he died during surgery. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed in a statement late Monday that Damani and Rasheed were brothers. A police statement said Brown was distraught about hitting the child and stopped right away, according to witnesses. The statement didn’t explain how and why Chiles was shot, but police said he and the 2-year-old were attending a cookout together at the house near the accident. Mayor Tom Barrett called the shooting of Brown an ‘assassination’ during an emotional press conference. “Someone got angry,” Barrett said. “Someone took a gun and basically assassinated this gentleman.” So this family lost not one, but two children in this tragic accident followed by what seemed to be an act of revenge. Steve Ballmer’s bid to purchase the team closed Tuesday after the entry of an order by a California court confirmed the authority of Shelly Sterling to sell the team on behalf of the Sterling Family Trust, the league announced. Ballmer, the former Microsoft CEO, bid $2 billion for the Clippers in May. The NBA Board of Governors interviewed Ballmer on July 15, then took a vote electronically last week to approve him, sources told ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne. Ballmer decided he would complete the sale as soon as the judges’ written order came in, at 11:30 a.m. ET Tuesday. Ballmer’s takeover of the Clippers follows weeks of legal tussling between Shelly and Donald Sterling, the 80-year-old billionaire whom the NBA banned earlier this year for making offensive remarks about blacks. Donald Sterling still is expected to appeal the sale, sources told Shelburne. Drafts of the Clippers’ sale bid book, given to bidders by Bank of America and obtained by ESPN.com, revealed that the $2 billion price paid would be 12.1 times the expected 2014 revenues of the team. The bid book noted that the highest previous sale was the record that Ballmer beat, the Milwaukee Bucks, who sold for $550 million this year and a then-record five times total revenue. Says Ballmer about the Clippers’ future: “I’ve got big dreams for the team,” he told the Times. “I’d love to win a championship. I’d love the Clippers to be the most dynamic, vibrant team and name in professional sports. “The only way any of this makes sense — my desire to spend time in Los Angeles, this team, its aspirations, this community, this purchase price, any of that — is to really live out the dream and make this kind of America’s team.” We just glad that this whole situation didn’t drag out into the next season.
