Jesse James Issues Vague Non-Statement on Affair

Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James, has issued a vague public apology to his wife and children, following a woman’s claims that he had an affair with her. Michelle “Bombshell” McGee accuses James of hitting that repeatedly. In his “apology,” James never directly admits to having an affair, match, but says, “There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me.” Yeah. No $h!t. Who does this guy think he is, Tiger Woods?! Did Jesse James cheat on Sandra Bullock with Michelle McGee, a supposed tattoo model and mother of two? He hasn’t admitted it in so many words, but it looks like it. The Monster Garage star claims says a “vast majority” of the allegations made against him are “untrue and unfounded,” but goes on to say that, “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.” Seriously dude. Stop channeling Tiger. While dodging cheating allegations , Jesse concludes, “This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused.” “I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.” FYI, reportedly Sandra Bullock moved out already.

Should Elizabeth Edwards Kill Rielle Hunter?

She developed terminal cancer. Her husband used that to garner sympathy while running for U.S. president, all while cheating on her with Rielle Hunter. He then knocked Rielle up, lied about it many times, and may have even used political campaign funds to perpetuate a cover-up. Yet she stood by him. His former aide came across a John Edwards sex tape . Rielle posed like a total hoe in GQ magazine and basically said that the affair was all his wife’s fault. How long until Elizabeth Edwards takes this b!tch out?! The Rielle Hunter GQ pictures had to be the last straw. She ripped Elizabeth and says she and John Edwards were in love. Will this private hell even end? People magazine asks how much more Elizabeth can take, but read between the lines. What they’re really asking is: What’s she going to do about it? We think that the best defense is a good offense. We’re not suggesting Elizabeth actually kill Rielle Hunter , or insinuating it’s even crossed her mind, but come on. She’s got to get revenge somehow, some way. What better way to finish this soap opera, right? She can divorce John and take all his money, but that skank Rielle? She deserves something far, far worse. Okay, maybe not actual, physical violence. But at least having the fancy house she lives in (and John Edwards paid for) toilet papered to high heaven.

Miley Cyrus in Parade: Not a Fan of Hannah Montana, Country Music, Celebrity Gossip, Teenage Girls, Etc.

In the new issue of Parade, Miley Cyrus does not hold back. Yesterday, she talked about how hard the Internet sucks . Today, she talked about ditching Hannah Montana why she feels country music is contrived, and so on. Her interview isn’t all negative, though. Cyrus had praise for Liam Hemsworth, Lady Gaga and God too. Below are excerpts from Parade’s sit-down with Miles … On Liam Helmsworth : “[Liam has] become my best friend. I love him. He really respects me for who I am because coming from Australia, he really didn’t know me as the celebrity I am here. I got to tell him about myself on my own terms.” On Lady Gaga: “I really love her. She’s really smart. I used to be like, yeah, I guess she’s talented but how much is she really singing. But I’ve become a convert. She has to be smart to come up with all the stuff she comes up with. She gets it.” On her fan base: “I am screwed up in the mind a little bit because I’m not like other 16- or 17-year-old girls. I have no perspective of who exactly my fans are, to tell you the truth. Teenage girls in general are hard for me. I’m not a girl’s girl.” On country music: “It feels contrived on so many levels. Unless you’re wearing a cowboy hat and boots and singing and whining about your girlfriend or boyfriend leaving you it’s not going to sell. It makes me nervous, the politics of it all.” On the paparazzi: “You have to ask, ‘Why would any other 50-year-old man who was stalking a 17-year-old girl go to jail, but not these guys?’ I mean, they couldn’t sit outside of a high school but they can sit outside my recording studio. It’s creepy.” On her faith: “To me, faith is about having a clean slate and a clean start. The one thing I’m really strong about regarding my religious beliefs is that you should know a little bit about everything before you define your own beliefs.” On Twitter: “I believe God is the only one who can judge us. That’s the reason I deleted my Twitter, because I said I believed in gay marriage because everyone should have the right to love each other, and I got hate mail about being a bad person.” Hard to argue her reasoning on that point if nothing else. Is Mel Gibson Thinking About Retiring?

Mel Gibson says his new Viking epic starring Leonardo DiCaprio may be his last movie. Gibson, who won an Academy Award for directing Braveheart , says he has always wanted to make a movie about marauding maritime Vikings. “It was the first movie I ever thought about making, I saw it in my mind back when I was teenager. Seriously, it’s the first movie I wanted to make. And I think it will be the last film I direct. It’s the thing I have been going toward, in a way, since I was young, and I think when it’s done I may be finished.” With the millions of kids he has and all the mouths to feed, we doubt Mad Mel will be walking away from Hollywood anytime soon.

What Would Gerard Butler ‘Telephone’ Lady Gaga About?

The ‘Bounty Hunter’ star wants some fashion advice from Gaga. By Jocelyn Vena Gerard Butler Photo: MTV News In honor of Lady Gaga ‘s “Telephone” music video premiere on Thursday, MTV News got celebrities to weigh in on what they would ask Gaga about on a phone call, if they could ask about anything in the world. So this week, we’ve been rolling out their burning questions for the pop princess. And stay tuned to MTV News for more on the “Telephone” video. Celebrities certainly have a lot to ask Lady Gaga now that she’s premiered her video for “Telephone,” and “Bounty Hunter” star Gerard Butler wants to know how Gaga would dress him for some special occasions. “What I should wear,” Butler laughed to MTV News about his burning question for Gaga. “I think she’d probably say, ‘Get a life — it’s not happening!’ ” “My Life as Liz” star Liz Lee shared earlier this week that she wants to know just how Gaga thinks up all those crazy things, like the “Telephone” video. “What would I call her about? … I want to know what’s going on in her mind,” Lee told MTV News when she stopped by to chat about the season finale of her show. “Like, where does she come up with this stuff?” It seems that Kellan Lutz also wanted to know all about her wacky train of thought. “Her creativeness,” the “Twilight” star said. “I love to invent stuff, and she’s so inventive. She’s so creative, and I love people who think that way and are very just out-there and don’t care and do whatever.” But perhaps the most intriguing call of all might take place between “Gossip Girl” creator Josh Schwartz and the pop queen. He’s trying to get her on “Gossip Girl” again . “I’d call and ask her if she’d come back,” he said, adding he already had a plot twist in mind for the native New Yorker. “Maybe she can play, like, Lily’s sister, Aunt Carol … Serena’s aunt.” What would you call Lady Gaga about? Travis Barker, A-Trak Rock Hollywood Gig With Kid Cudi, Lil Jon

Duo played second-ever live show Wednesday night. By Kelly Marino Travis Barker and DJ A-Trak perform in Los Angeles on Wednesday Photo: MTV News/ Kelly Marino LOS ANGELES — On Wednesday night, Travis Barker and DJ A-Trak played their second-ever public show together — and although the set was quick, it did not disappoint, featuring guest spots from Lil Jon , Kid Cudi and Kid Sister . Travis Barker, DJ A-Trak Play Hollywood Performing in front of a sold-out crowd at Hollywood’s Roxy Theatre, the duo hit the ground running the minute they took to the stage. With a set that lasted a little under an hour, the duo treated fans to a medley of songs that included remixes by A-Trak (who also serves as Kanye West’s concert DJ), Barker’s own remixes and new material. Though there wasn’t any interaction with the fans, the crowd didn’t seem to mind. Instead they stood and watched in awe as Barker and A-Trak opened the show with Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” and continued to please the crowd with remixes of Nas’ “Made You Look,” Kanye’s “Stronger” and Snoop Dogg’s “I Wanna Rock.” And just as the energy was peaking, fans were treated to a guest appearance by Lil Jon, who took to the stage with his signature sunglasses halfway into the set, performing his song “Outta Your Mind.” But as just as quickly as he appeared on the stage he was gone, teasing fans and leaving them wanting more. As the night went on Travis Barker and A-Trak continued to perform an array of tunes, adding a little more of a rock feel to the show with Rage Against the Machine’s “Bulls on Parade,” Beastie Boys “Sabotage” and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ “Heads Will Roll.” Each song lasted for only a few short minutes before spilling into the next. The set then transitioned into more dance-oriented material, with songs like Prodigy’s “Smack My Bitch Up,” and Daft Punk’s “Robot Rock.” Not surprisingly, the set ended with a bang: opening act Kid Sister returned to the stage, with Barker playing drums and A Trak spinning behind her. Wearing ’80s-inspired attire, she pumped up the crowd with some booty-shaking moves while performing her hit “Pro Nails.” But when Kid Cudi took the stage, the crowd exploded. Performing “Pursuit of Happiness,” fans sang along at the top of their lungs while Cudi jumped around the entire stage, hi-five-ing fans lucky enough to be standing in front. The show ended just shy of midnight with DJ A Trak waving to the crowd thanking them and Travis Barker handing his drums sticks off to a screaming fan before walking off stage. As fans scattered to the exit doors, VIPs headed backstage — including Amber Rose sans Kanye West. Kate Gosselin Just Wants to Have Fun Dammit

Kate Gosselin is out for Dancing with the Stars glory. But regardless of whether she can shock the world and win, she’s determined to have a blast trying. “I really want to win. It’s just that the dancing part is getting in the way of winning,” she says. “In my mind, I’m winning. In my actions, not so much.” The spirit willing, the flesh weak. But Kate says that no matter how long she lasts on DWTS , the important thing is that she does her best and has fun. “If I last two weeks on the show, I’ve shown my kids that hard work and perseverance pays off,” says Gosselin, who’ll be partnered with Tony Dovolani. “And if I don’t win, then at the very least I’ve shown them that you don’t always have to come in first. You just have to do your best, keep on trying.” Can Kate Gosselin make a run at the Dancing title? As for her critics who say she can’t balance fame and raising the eight children she shares with former husband Jon Gosselin , Kate asks “why can’t a mom have fun?” Truly, a question for the ages. When people say that she’s a bad mom, apparently this “destroys” Kate. Somewhere, Jon is screaming “You’re a bad mom, you’re a bad mom, you’re a bad mom!” Just kidding. He said he wishes Kate luck on the program. Whether he means that is another story, but at least he’s putting on a good face publicly … this moment. In other news, dude’s package is supposedly really small .

Lupe Fiasco Used ‘Karate Magic’ To Climb Mount Kilimanjaro

‘Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro’ documentary airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on MTV. By James Montgomery Lupe Fiasco Photo: MTV News To make it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, climbers use high-altitude breathing techniques, a whole lot of rope and some seriously insulated parkas. But not Lupe Fiasco . When he climbed the peak, he did it with some lessons learned from none other than Daniel-san. “I guess it was one of them ‘Karate Kid’ moments, you know? I did martial arts for, like, 20 years. My father was a Grand Master for, like, 40 years before he passed. It’s just one of those lessons that we were taught,” he laughed at the New York premiere of “Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro.” “We used to run in the snow barefoot, jump over cars, hang out of trees and do all types of crazy stuff, and that was just part of the training, to understand that it’s you versus yourself. The terrain is always going to exist, it’s always going to be there, and it’s whether you are capable enough to go through it. … Just some little mysticism right there, a little bit of that karate magic to keep the mind going.” And Fiasco — who, along with Kenna, Santigold, Jessica Biel, Emile Hirsch and a team of scientists, United Nations ambassadors and experienced mountain guides, took on Kilimanjaro to raise awareness about the global clean-water crisis — most certainly made it to the peak, braving freezing temperatures, dizzying heights and crippling altitude sickness. Of course, while all of those things are what made the trip difficult for him, the toughest hurdle to overcome was mental. “It probably is the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. It wasn’t the altitude sickness; it was more so the battle of myself,” he explained. “Battling, getting the variables right, working the math out about how much water you’re going to drink, how hard you’re going to push yourself, how mad you’re going to get, how much you’re going to think about going home.” Oh, and there was also the lack of certain, uh, creature comforts too. “It was very, very wild when it came to the restroom situation,” he laughed. “There was lot of rationing going on up there.” And while making it to the highest peak in Africa was certainly an accomplishment, Fiasco said he’s most proud of something else both the film and the team managed to accomplish: They made thousands of people aware of the shortage of clean water available to people in the most impoverished nations on earth. And they did it together. “There’s strength in numbers. It’s about mass. You can have one person, and he looks cool holding up a sign, but it’s much better when you have 500 people holding up the same sign,” he said. “There was actually, like, 300 people involved in this climb, and that’s what it took to get everyone to the top. And that’s what it’s going to take to change this global water situation.” Don’t miss “Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro,” airing Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on MTV. The-Dream Says New Album May Be His Last

I really would like it to be the last one if I could,’ he says of upcoming album Love King. By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Shaheem Reid The-Dream Photo: MTV News Is he or isn’t he? The-Dream has been threatening to stop making albums after his next release, Love King , but the hitmaking songwriter admitted his declaration comes with a catch. “It’s the last album, period,” he told MTV News on Monday (March 8). “I really would like it to be the last one if I could — in a perfect world.” The Atlanta native already has two critically acclaimed albums under his belt, 2007’s Love Hate and 2008’s Love vs. Money. And he’s scored a number of chart-topping tracks as the pen behind “Umbrella” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).” His dedication to his craft as a hired songwriter is in part why he would like to finish his run of personal projects after the forthcoming Love King. However, he said, what he wants versus what may actually happen could very likely be two different things. “In the back of my mind, I’m thinking a fighter fights,” he explained. “You don’t retire on top. [Michael] Jordan didn’t retire on top. I’m not saying I’m the best [like him], but I’m the best at what I can do. And I can stop now and say, ‘This album is pretty good.’ ” For Love King, The-Dream said he plans to evolve as a performer. Because of his hectic schedule working with others, he previously didn’t have the chance to polish his skill set like he wanted. He joked about his weight, saying he works better for others when he’s eating red velvet cupcakes — but that diet clashes with his desire to be a slimmed-down performer. “Doing those things [for everyone else] prohibited me from being a certain individual or shedding 10 pounds when I wanted to,” he offered. At the end of last year, the singer hinted at impending retirement when he spoke about his next project. “The first two albums came out and it really was just about music,” he said. “This album, it has to be a lot more — whether that’s marketing, all of the things that the big guys get. We have to turn and put those things on me as an artist also. … Now we have to treat it like it means something to the building. I think everybody is there. We have an incredible staff at Def Jam, of course. Now we gotta buckle up for me and put them dollars up.” Who do you think about The-Dream’s retirement plans? Would you be happy if he stopped performing to focus on being a songwriter for other stars? Let us know in the comments below, or upload a video to Your.MTV.com ! Related Artists The-Dream

Playstation 3 Game God of War Erotic Ad of the Day

There was a time when I tried to get an ad from Rockstar Games for Grand Theft auto. I was like that game beats up hookers and is based on stealing and being bad and was a perfect fit for this site. They rejected me. In my mind it was going to be my big break, I was going to get the 100,000 dollars they pay all the other sites to advertise, and I was gonna be able to leave my wife, move to the islands and fuck locals while eating coconuts and shit, but instead they fucking rejected me. They told me they weren’t interested in being on my kind of site and that pretty much paved the fucking way for me to never land an ad deal, barely breaking even on the money I do make, cuz hosting the site costs a fucking fortune, not that you care…but I do…and when I see ads for videogames like this God of War bullshit, that is pretty much an animated lesbian orgy, something the virgin loser gamers with no game have already jerked off to a dozen times the last hour, cuz they have build up, I get pretty mad. It’s like Playstation can endorse this shit but not my shit….and the whole thing makes me pretty fucking angry, but since you’re probably a virgin loser gamer with no game, it’s my job to post this for you to fall in love with more inanimate things….cuz real girls are so complicated while computer generated girls are so open minded cuz they are all programmed by other virgin loser gamers with no game, so they know exactly what you want.
