Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert may no longer be married, but Chris Young would like to make something very clear: He had nothing to do with this shocking split. A day after the Shelton-Lambert divorce news took the Internet by storm, insiders told TMZ that Blake filed the legal papers because he suspected his wife stepped out on him on at least two occasions. One was with an unidentified man unassociated with the country music business. And the other was allegedly with Young , with whom Lambert toured in 2012. Young and Lambert have been friends for about five years and were most recently seen together in February… but that doesn’t mean they ever boned! “I don’t normally address gossip but in this case I will,” Young wrote today on Facebook, adding: “My name has been mentioned as a contributing factor in Blake and Miranda’s divorce. That is totally FALSE. They are both my friends and I would not betray that friendship. “Just wanted to clear that up. Love you guys.” It is true that TMZ named Young as a possible Miranda Lambert lover, but the site did also claim his supposed affair with the superstar was not the catalyst for her divorce. Still. We can understand Young’s desire to distance himself entirely from all this chatter. “This is not the future we envisioned,” Shelton and Lambert said yesterday upon confirming their divorce. “And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately.” The stars were married for four years and do not have any children together. Miley Cyrus herself spoke out this week and said she ended up in a hospital for multiple days this month because she had been poisoning herself . The singer, though, is talking about an adverse reaction to doctor-prescribed medicine. The new issue of Life & Style, meanwhile, agrees that Cyrus has been putting poison into her body… in the form of illicit drugs! According to the tabloid, Miley’s recent hospitalization was the result of “months of over-the-top partying — including rampant pot smoking and a drug binge that ended in an overdose.” She supposedly took “massive hits” of weed and “could barely walk” before her friends rushed her to the hospital. This isn’t the first time a magazine has frightened Miley’s fans with talk of death surrounding her recent medial problems. While under doctor’s care a couple weeks ago, Cyrus told critics to shut the eff up with talk of hardcore drugs and heart defects, urging them to stop scaring people with these crazy tales. Miley was placed under doctor’s care on Tuesday due to what her rep has described as an allergic reaction to sinus infection medicine.
