The same image, reposted by Miranda this week in honor of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2013 , with one difference: Her ridiculously, computer “enhanced” waist … Who knew a photo could lose weight over time? You learn something every day in this business. Maybe her split from Orlando Bloom was just that tough. Understandably, the Australian beauty is under fire, as many perceived it as an unnecessarily, bafflingly pathetic attempt to make herself look “better.” Considering she is one of the planet’s most gorgeous beings, it’s amazing that she would send this kind of message to the impressionable, Photoshop-weary public. Not to mention surprising she’d think no one would notice the obvious change. UPDATE : Miranda says she had “no idea” the image was doctored. Gasp! “Hi guys, here is the original VS image!” Kerr posted on Instagram. “When I re-posted the photo this week to support the girls I screen grabbed it off the Internet when I was working in Japan. “I had no idea it was photoshopped. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have been separated and will be getting a divorce after three years of marriage, the couple has surprisingly confirmed. “In a joint statement, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months,” his rep said. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr Split The British actor, 36, and Australian supermodel, 30, began dating in 2007 and quietly married in July 2010. But it’s over now and it looks like for good. The statement continued, “Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family.” “After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation.” The couple has one son, Flynn, born on January 6, 2011. They were last photographed together on October 8. Their last public appearance was at the opening of Romeo and Juliet on Broadway on September 19. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr looked every bit the happy family then, so we can imagine that they will carry on through the split with their usual privacy and class. Still sad, though, and quite unexpected.
