There was a time I would have at least considered live-tweeting the VMAs, not because I was ever into the VMAs but because you, the people are… But we live in an era of no cable, proven this past weekend when the overhyped Mayweather fight happened and at least 50 people I follow on instagram streamed it from wherever they were… It made for an almost inspirational moment where I realized that together we could really put all these big businesses out of business, I mean not facebook, but everyone else, if we just worked together…instead of hating each other…I mean we should all pay into one cable bill, 200 dollars divided by 350 million people per month, a fraction of a cent a year each…and just have one channel streaming at a time…you know working together for a utopia we don’t need to ever work or pay bills in… But instead we see assholes making 700 million dollars in some comedy act that they knew they were trolling….and people buy into it…like taxes…because people are morons… I realize I am ranting here, but the point of the story is that cable TV is useless, produced content useless, live events celebrating useless people in useless things, promoting uselessness, in what is just a mastabatory pile of shit, even just a promo tour to get idiots to buy into this bullshit entertainment industry they created to distract us…is just garbage I don’t like to participate in.
