You jinglin’, baby New Jersey Official Admits He Stole $460,000 In Quarters From City Via HuffingtonPost The former public works inspector for a northern New Jersey town has admitted stealing $460,000 in quarters. The Record reports Thomas Rica pleaded guilty Wednesday to four counts of theft. In return, prosecutors will recommend that he receive five years’ probation and pay about $200,000 in restitution to Ridgewood. The 43-year-old Hawthorne resident lost his job with Ridgewood in January 2013, following his arrest for taking $500 in coins from its parking meter collection room. But investigators later determined that he stole $460,000 overall. Authorities said the thefts occurred over the course of 25 months. They say Rica was not authorized to be in the room but would enter it and fill his pockets with money. They say he deposited the money — more than 1.8 million quarters — in his bank account. The 32-year-old singer – who married Jay Z in a low-key ceremony in April 2008 – reportedly thinks it is ”tacky” the couple are planning to televise their nuptials on E! show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, but won’t boycott the ceremony completely. A source said: ”[She told Jay Z and Kanye] that under no circumstances will she be a part of any filming on the wedding day if it’s for Kim’s reality show. ”Jay and Beyoncé’s wedding was shrouded in secrecy and extreme lengths were made to make sure their wedding was an intimate affair for friends and family, only. This will be the complete opposite. She thinks it’s just tacky. ”Beyoncé’s motto has always been, less is more. Woman Arrested After She Called The Police On Her Own Drug Dealer She must have been super high when she made that call… According to The Tennessean: A Murfreesboro woman was arrested after she called police to report that she lost money on a drug deal, according to reports filed with the Police Department. Chrissie Ann Solis, 35, of Bradyville Pike, was arrested Thursday for filing a false report and criminal conspiracy by Officer Thomas B. Troutman. The arrest occurred after Solis called MPD to report a theft from her home. She said a friend visited her home and she had $140 sitting on her kitchen table, Troutman reported. “She stated she went to the bathroom and when she came out she noticed (the visitor) and her money were gone,” Troutman said. Solis told the officer where the visitor lives and Troutman made contact with the subject and his girlfriend. Troutman ran a routine warrants check and found the girlfriend, Tiffany Waller, 30, of Mercury Boulevard was wanted for several charges. She was placed under arrest. “Before she was transported, she gave me consent to look in her phone,” Troutman said. “In her texts, it showed where Ms. Solis asked Ms. Waller to get her 20 Loritab (pills) for $7 a piece, which turns out to be $140.” Waller told Troutman Solis gave her the money to get the pills, but then the dealer stole the money from her. She also said she fully intended to pay Solis back. Waller was also arrested and charged with criminal impersonation, robbery and violation of probation. SMH. Shutterstock

He and his fiancée sat down with “Fox & Friends” to talk about the moment he won. ‘I scratched that and it said ‘life’ and I just went ‘I’m a freaking winner!’ It’s like ‘yay, yay, I’m a winner!’ And the people in the store are like ‘what? What?’ And I go ‘I freaking won!” ‘I’ve always told people I’m going to win big on this game. Nikki Ferrell and Andi Dorfman competed against one another for Juan Pablo Galavis’ love (or whatever the Juan Pablo equivalent is) on The Bachelor this winter. Apparently there are no hard feelings, however. Their friendship may even be one of the more unlikely successful relationships to come out of the show: Andi dumped Juan Pablo in St. Lucia, but Nikki Ferrell , who ended up with Galavis in the finale, paid tribute to her bond with Dorfman in this Instagram collage. Hey, they each got what they wanted in the end, right? Backstreet Boys: Touring with Avril Lavigne!

Their In a World Like This Tour went so well (apparently) in 2013, the reunited Backstreet Boys have decided to extend it into this summer – with Avril Lavigne! The late ’90s live as the singer will join the group as opening act for a two-month foray into North American amphitheaters, according to reports. After a string of Canadian shows in early May, the tour will return to the U.S. for 23 concerts, beginning May 22 at the WaMu Theater in Seattle, Wash. “We really wanted to put together a great show and do our best to give everyone their money’s worth,” Backstreet’s Brian Littrell said in a press release. “Avril is an unbelievably talented artist who’s a perfect fit.” If only they could get her husband Chad Kroeger to join. After receiving the same distinction in 2011 , Swift earned more Benjamins than anyone else in the industry over the past 12 months, raking in $39,699,575.60 to claim the top spot over Justin Timberlake and Kenny Chesney. Is Miki Howard the real Billie Jean? The 53-year-old singer, actress and mother of Brandon Howard is rumored to be Michael Jackson’s secret baby mama. Organizers of a DNA test claimed on Thursday to have proven that Michael Jackson is the biological father of the younger Howard, a singer born in 1981. Howard has long been rumored to be the child Jackson referenced in the 1982 hit single “Billie Jean” with the famous line: “The kid is not my son.” Mother Miki Howard, was repped by Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson in the 1980s and appeared in the 1993 movie Poetic Justice with Janet Jackson. Brandon does not have a birth certificate, but the genetic mystery reached its bizarre apex on Thursday at a press conference in Beverly Hills. Organized by shipping heir Alki David and streamed live on his FilmOn (dot) com website, the alleged proof of the late King of Pop’s paternity was revealed. Brandon Howard wasn’t present for the hyped announcement but confirmed in a Facebook post that he gave a DNA sample for the test to be conducted. Dr. Joseph Goodman, a Beverly Hills dental surgeon, revealed the results, and claimed he obtained a sample of Michael Jackson’s DNA from a dental device. He purchased the device at auction, he said, and pulled a piece of paper from an envelope saying the test pegged a parental match at “99.9 percent.” “I think we have the proof,” Goodman declared … but is it, really? Brandon Howard DNA Test Reveal Despite Goodman’s claim, the paperwork did not include names of test subjects or the name of a lab, but he said such tests are typically done anonymously. Other information was redacted as a security safeguard, he said. “I’m sure that there will be doubters and there will be haters and there will be those who create, build a controversy, but it is what it is,” David said. Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman didn’t agree. “It sounds like a fraud to me,” Weitzman said later. Brandon Howard has admitted Michael is a big inspiration for his work, but he claimed Thursday he had nothing to do with David’s press conference. “I’ve never self-proclaimed to be Michael Jackson’s son,” he said in a Facebook video. “I’m definitely not suing the estate. I’m taken care of very well.” “And also, I make my own cash, OK?” Brandon Howard Speaks on DNA Test Stranger still, a source close to the famous family has professed that it was Joe Jackson, the King of Pop’s pop, who is the actual father of Miki’s baby. “I’ve been hearing for years that Brandon is Joe’s son,” the source said, adding that the family “just doesn’t buy” claims that Michael knocked her up. Confusing the issue more (if that’s possible)? Singer Augie Johnson has declared publicly that he’s B. Howard’s actual biological father, according to a report in the International Business Times . Augie, 65, was a backup singer on Michael Jackson’s 1979 album, Off The Wall , the first of his four monstrously successful solo albums post-Jackson Five. So, now you know … very little for sure.
