Patti Stanger is facing some backlash this week for comments she made on Bethenny . The Millionaire Matchmaker sat down with Bethenny Frankel and answered a number of questions from people who believe she’s an expert on love and dating for some reason. One individual asked Stanger if she would ever marry a bisexual man, to which she responded with shock and disgust: “Uh, never!” Stanger said. “Never. Never. You can’t just accuse a man of giving you herpes and have no evidence. Kris Humphries Asks For Continuance In Herpes Lawsuit Kris, you got to be careful with these groupies bustin’ it open for a come up. According to Radar Online: Kris Humphries is formally asking a judge for a continuance in his upcoming sexual battery lawsuit trial after Kayla Goldberg recently admitted during a deposition that she had no proof the basketball star gave her herpes, RadarOnline.com is reporting. Goldberg claimed in the lawsuit that she was “free of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries,” but then “developed symptoms of herpes about or around four to five days after the first sexual encounter with Humphries.” Humphries has vehemently denied Goldberg’s accusation from the start. Earlier this year, he even submitted to a blood test in the hopes of derailing the lawsuit, as RadarOnline.com reported. According to court documents filed by Humphries’ lawyers, “Kayla Goldberg admitted (among other things) that she has no evidence (1) Kris Humphries even has the herpes virus; (2) that Defendant knew or had any reason to believe he was infected with herpes at the time of sexual contact; (3) that Defendant was the cause of her herpes infection (as opposed to any of her past sexual partners.” Team Humphries is asking a judge to grant a summary judgment motion in their favor, which would avoid a court trial, and believe they have the grounds to ask for it because of the lack of evidence he gave the one night stand STD. A continuance of the trial date is being sought by Humphries, which had been scheduled for Feb. 24, and Judge Rafael Ongeko will determine on Feb. 4 if a delay will be granted. A one night stand is causing him all this trouble. He’s lucky he didn’t get her pregnant.

Google pays tribute to celebrated author Zora Neale Hurston. Google Honors Iconic Author Zora Neale Hurston Bout time Google showed Ms. Hurston some respect. According to NY Daily News: Their eyes were watching Google. Google’s daily Doodle, the digital image that greets billions of visitors to the site each day, honored Harlem Renaissance author Zora Neale Hurston yesterday on what would have been her 123rd birthday. Decked out in a olive green feathered cap and framed by an idyllic Everglades scene, the author’s visage rested on Google’s home page throughout the day. Sophia Foster-Dimino, the San Francisco-based artist behind the Google Doodle, said she was inspired by the author’s legacy. “She brought an incredible wealth of witty, heartfelt prose to our literary history,” said Foster-Dimino. “We’re overjoyed to celebrate her life and accomplishments today.” Hurston, best known for her seminal novel, “Their Eyes Were Watching God,” was born in Florida on Jan. 7, 1891, but she moved to New York in 1925 with only $1.50 to her name. She soon became friends with Langston Hughes and Dorothy West. Carla Kaplan, a professor of American Literature at Northeastern University and author of “Zora Neale Hurston: A Life in Letters,” said the author and anthropologist would be “so tickled” to be praised in such a modern way. “She was a very private woman who loved publicity,” Kaplan said, adding that Hurston often found herself “wanting others to see that she had a glean or a shine.” Hurston’s life in Harlem was often stranger than fiction – the scribe once “borrowed” money from a homeless beggar for a subway fare, claiming she needed the money “worse than you today.” She died in poverty in a Florida welfare center in 1960. “She was always more interested in recognition than she was with money,” Kaplan said. This is huge for Google to celebrate Zora Neale Hurston in this way. Hopefully, this leads to the company paying tribute to more influential African Americans.

He said Harris-Perry’s apology “was clearly heartfelt, and we accept that.” The comments from the 2012 presidential nominee and former Massachusetts governor were his first about Harris-Perry’s emotional on-air apology and explanation on Saturday about the controversial segment. Ludacris Sued Over “Stolen” Song According to TMZ: Ludacris claims his 2010 song “Be With You” is an original composition, but the people behind a similar 70s song says calling it “original” is ludicrous … and that’s why they’re suing the rapper. A soul singer named Tyrone Davis recorded a 1979 song called, “Be With Me.” The music producer and publisher claim Luda flagrantly ripped them off with his 2010 tune. Truth be told … Luda’s not the main singer on “Be With You.” The song features David Banner and Marsha Ambrosius. Nonetheless, all 3 are being sued, plus many, many more. Chris stay gettin’ sued over jacked lyrics. In light of recent circumstances, he might want to protect his money a lil’ better, he’s about to be buying a LOT of Similac!
