Source: The Washington Post / Getty Pablo Escobar’s Brother Is Trying To Impeach Donald Trump Pablo Escobar’s brother, Roberto “El Osito” Escobar, is a man of the people–so, naturally, he launched a GoFundMe campaign in an attempt to impeach Donald Trump . According to the people over at TMZ , he’s hoping to raise a humble $50 million for his company Escobar Inc., though it’s not entirely clear what Roberto’s plans for the money are. On the GoFundMe page, which has since been removed from the platform, Roberto claimed that he has a lot of information that could harm Trump and his career as president. “I am the brother of a Latino hero, I have eliminated many people from power. … Trump will be impeached,” he wrote. The money raised would reportedly be used to finance “intelligence research, lobby firms and lawyers” to assist in getting Trump out of office. According to the plan with the questionable plan, he has information that Robert Mueller would want to hear, whatever that means. “We, the people will impeach Donald Trump with Pablo Escobar’s family holding dirty secrets of President Trump, his family and associates,” the promo image for the page promised once it went up. As previously stated, the fundraiser has since been shut down by GoFundMe–even though the We The People Will Fund The Wall page with a $1 billion goal is still up and running.

Assemblywoman Angela McKnight and financial educator Tiffany “The Budgetnista” Aliche worked together to draft and advocate a financial literacy bill that would give kids a fighting chance at the future. A1414, wil l instruct the State Board of Education to require school districts to incorporate financial literacy instruction into curriculums for enrolled students in grades 6 through 8. Many young people go into adulthood knowing little about finances, and end up making decisions that cost them in the long run.” She added, “Teaching our kids early about the importance of managing their money and making sound financial decisions can prevent them from making costly mistakes and set them on the right financial path.” Hopefully, this bill will spread to multiple states. Gwinnett County police say someone is using real Gwinnett police names and badge numbers to threaten people with arrest if they don’t pay a ransom in bitcoin. A victim called 911 in a panic telling the dispatcher her friend received a threaten call from supposed police officer saying if she didn’t pay a fine she would be arrested by Gwinnett County Police Sargent Jake Smith. Sgt. Smith said he isn’t happy with criminals using his name to try to extort money from people and they are doing everything possible to find the scammer. Houston is still reeling after a 7-year-old girl was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting on Sunday. Now a journalist and civil rights attorney are teaming up to offer a reward for her killer. Journalist Shaun King and civil rights attorney Lee Merritt have come together to offer a $35,000 reward to find the man who shot and killed Jazmine Barnes Sunday. Barnes was with her mother and siblings on Sunday when her mother, LaPortia Washington , had taken them to the store to get coffee when a man in a 4-door red pickup truck pulled alongside them and opened fire. Barnes died at the scene. Her mother has been hospitalized since the shooting. The shooter is described as a white male in his 40s, with a beard. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. One father went the extra mile(s) this Christmas , booking six different flights to spend the holiday with his daughter, who works as a flight attendant. Delta Airlines attendant Pierce Vaughan wasn’t able to take the day off for Christmas Eve or Christmas day, so her father Hal decided to join her. He used his accrued miles and points to spend the holidays with her in the sky as she completed her job for the rest of the Christmas travelers on board. Their absolutely adorable story went viral after one passenger shared it on Facebook , after sitting next to Hal on the plane and realizing exactly what was going on. “I had the pleasure of sitting next to Hal on my flight back home. His daughter Pierce was our flight attendant who had to work over Christmas,” Mike Levy wrote on his Facebook with a selfie of himself next to Hal. “Hal decided he would spend the holiday with her. So, he is flying on each of her flights today and tomorrow around the country to spend time with his daughter for Christmas. What a fantastic father! Wish you both a very Merry Christmas!” What a fantastic father, indeed. And as you could probably imagine, people on Twitter ran with this story and everyone agrees: this is the most wholesome thing ever. One Twitter user got emotional, mentioning the fact that her father–who passed away almost a decade ago–would have done something exactly like this. According to Lira, her baby girl was made out of love and she waited to make the announcement to “protect the energy” surrounding her seed. Jenelle Evans … Well, bless her heart, she isn’t the brightest crayon in the box, is she? She makes terrible decisions almost exclusively, and no one on earth has time to do a complete rundown of those. But recently, she’s been reigniting her feud with Kailyn Lowry … literally, even. We’ll get into the fire stuff in a minute, but just for fun, let’s review how we got to this point, OK? See, Jenelle and Kailyn used to be friends back in the early days of Teen Mom 2. That ended several years ago when Kailyn bailed Jenelle out of jail — Jenelle promised she’d pay her back, and she never did. This was when they weren’t making much at all on the show, so the money Kailyn spent was a pretty big deal. In a recent interview, Kail revealed that she was there for her former friend in many ways back then, and that once she even cared for her when she was “strung out.” She also said that Jenelle blames her for not being close with the rest of the cast, when in fact she isolated herself from everyone. It’s definitely a complicated situation, and it only got more complicated when Kailyn expressed concern after Jenelle’s 911 call in which she claimed David had abused her. Since then, Jenelle has been especially cruel, even saying that perhaps they have problems getting along because Kailyn is “confused about her sexuality.” Earlier this month, Kailyn tried to smooth things over by sending Jenelle a PR package of her new haircare line , Pothead Haircare. Jenelle did not appreciate the gesture. Yesterday, she shared a video on Instagram that showed her pouring gasoline all over the products and setting them on fire . “Hey Kail,” she said, standing in her yard and holding a propane torch. “This is to your peace offering.” It was all very embarrassing. In her caption, she wrote that Kailyn has been “super jealous and envious of all us girls on the show,” and that she’s been “a mean ass person” towards her. “You apologize on/off, claim I need to be apologizing sometimes, then talk sh-t constantly about me and my husband to the tabloids?!” “THEN you had the balls to send me a PEACE GATHERING GIFT?!” she asked, ensuring that “peace gathering gift” will be a beloved phrase in the Teen Mom lexicon for years to come. “Don’t send me gifts and then go talk sh-t AGAIN!!!” she told her. “Wow, you’re an idiot cuz this is what I do for gifts sent from fake ass bitches like you.” She finished with “Stay out of my life, go worry about your own.” It’s like she really thought this would make her seem cool and edgy when really it’s just immature and sad. Kailyn even benefited from it by announcing a flash sale — 15% off orders if you used the code “LIT” — and she sold tons and tons of products. And she may be benefiting even more, if she’s a fan of karma. Because according to Jenelle’s local police officials, what she did was illegal . As North Carolina law states, “it is always illegal to burn trash and other non-vegetative materials.” Meanwhile, leaves, branches, and things like that can be burned “under certain conditions.” While the whole selling point of Kailyn’s products is that they contain hemp, we doubt Jenelle could use that to get out of trouble with this one. And what’s the penalty for burning things you’re not allowed to burn? Fines up to $25,000. For some reason, Jenelle and David both seem to think that since they own their property, laws don’t apply to them there. That they can do anything they want with no repercussions as long as it’s on their land. It’s a really weird outlook to have, and obviously that’s not the way the law works. Of course, Jenelle has managed to be Jenelle for years and years without experiencing any real consequences, so it seems unlikely that anything will come of her latest dumb move.
