It seems that Mr. Schuester, played by Matt Morrison, is about to find love with none other than Broadway star Idina Menzel. Wicked! “I’m trying to heat things up,” Menzel teased to MTV News at the spring premiere party for “Glee” on Monday in Los Angeles. “Her name’s Shelby. She’s a coach of the opposing team, Vocal Adrenaline.” And Shelby not only gets her vocal adrenaline rushing, she apparently has quite the effect on Morrison’s character. “She kind of has a romantic interlude with Matt Morrison’s character and she has a lot of secrets. That’s all I can really say,” she revealed. “And I can say that I eventually will sing on the show as well. She’s gonna be interesting, but I’m really bound to not be able to tell too much. But I’ve had the best time and she’s really fun. She’s really ambitious. She’s got a lot of layers … so exciting.” Previously, “Glee” cast members promised fans that when the show kicks into high gear, there’s going to be a lot of surprising makeups, breakups and shakeups. “You’re gonna see people you never thought would hook up, hook up. Songs you never thought you’d hear, you’re gonna hear. Dance moves you never thought you’d see, [you’ll see]. It’s like ‘Glee’ 3.0,” actor Dijon Talton said. “Everybody’s relationships when we come back are just really different,” Dianna Agron added. “Different than what you expect.” What did you think of the “Glee” premiere?
