Elsa Pataky is pregnant with twins. But instead of acting shy or embarrassed about her miraculous state at the Academy Awards Sunday night, she wore a dress that accentuated her baby bump. Fun and admirable right? Nope, grotesque and inappropriate, according to E!’s Fashion Police, who stooped to the low of deriding a pregnant woman this week. “The last thing I wanna do is rip on a pregnant woman…” said stylist George Kotsiopoulos before ripping on a pregnant woman, while Kelly Osbourne said it this was not an “appropriate dress to wear if you are pregnant.” Note: Kelly Osbourne has purple hair. Amber Portwood: Jenelle Evans is Headed Toward Rock Bottom!

Amber Portwood is out of jail, on the straight and narrow and speaking out about her experiences, as well as other Teen Mom alumni she feels are headed for trouble. COUGH … Jenelle. Cough . Jenelle Evans. Cough, cough! In an interview with In Touch , Amber shared her advice for Jenelle, whom she fears might follow in her dark footsteps and wind up in a very bad place. She hasn’t hit rock bottom … yet. But she’s at risk. “She went down the exact path I did: unplanned pregnancy, addiction, bad relationships, having custody taken away,” Amber says of Jenelle Evans . “But it’s never too late for Jenelle to turn her life around. Jenelle hasn’t hit rock bottom yet. But if her rock bottom is lower than mine, that makes me scared for her.” Amber Portwood , for all she’s done very, very wrong, seems to own it 100 percent these days, openly acknowledging the myriad mistakes she’s made. It’s obvious that she hates herself for everything she did and genuinely does not want to see another young mother face the same kind of awful consequences. You might say it’s not Amber’s place to counsel Jenelle, but in truth, she’s not really judging her as much as she is observing and expressing concern. If anything, she recognizes the signs that pointing toward the worst, unlike Jenelle, who thinks she has it together … and is quick to chastise Farrah Abraham . In fact, just this week, Jenelle re-tweeted a fan’s message saying hopefully someday, Farrah will get her act in gear, like Jenelle has. A tad presumptuous, no? Clearly, Amber makes a point, even if the truth hurts. Especially with a new baby on the way, Jenelle might want to take heed. She seems to be in a better place lately, but we all know that’s tenuous at best. One slip-up can spell disaster, and she’s nothing if not unstable emotionally. We’re not dissing her, it’s just the truth. No one can dispute that as a fact. So listen to someone who’s been there, J, if you know what’s good for you. Justin Bieber Urine Test: Caught on Camera!

At some point in the near future, based on a judge’s recent decree, we will see  Justin Bieber’s penis . According to a Miami court, footage of Bieber peeing while behind bars will be released to the public, with the legal system acknowledging it contains “genitalia” that will be blurred out. In the meantime, the police department has put more surveillance footage from the night of Bieber’s DUI arrest online. We only see a glimpse of the singer in this case, but we do bear witness to an officer holding a cup of his urine after Bieber took a urinalysis test that ended up being positive for Xanax and marijuana. Many celebrities have been arrested for drunk driving. But can you name another who has been subjected to thes kinds of videos? It’s a bit strange. Yes, according to the new issue of In Touch Weekly, Kylie Jenner may have undergone plastic surgery. The tabloid quotes a plastic surgeon – WHO HAS NEVER TREATED KYLIE – as saying about the reality star: “Her face has changed. Considering the work her sisters have had, I wouldn’t be surprised if she got an early start.” Hear that, folks? An anonymous doctor who has never seen Kylie Jenner would not be surprised if she went under the knife at some point. Case. Closed. You see when you get some buzz, you need to keep up momentum so people keep talking about it… I hate the family and what they represent in their attention seeking.. Controversial Teen Mom cast member turned adult film star Farrah Abraham is being wooed by ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, reports indicate. The official cast announcement is scheduled for early month, and an insider listed Farrah as one of many celebs producers are trying to score. We thought this was a fake, albeit hilarious report at first, but it looks like they’ve at least made overtures. Whether she accepts is another story. It’s hard to imagine Farrah Abraham of all people turning DWTS down, too. Especially with the “millionaire” begging for gifts on Amazon now. Others reportedly being asked to do the show this fall: John Stamos Jason Varitek Paula Deen Tan Mom Bella Thorne Seth MacFarlane “They are hoping for confirmations soon, but it’s coming down to the last minute,” says an insider, adding that “none of these people are definites.” “They have been asked and it’s in their hands,” however. In Farrah Abraham’s case, participating in DWTS would be an understandable career move – good money, better PR – and maybe even a humbling one. Can you imagine pairing her up with Maksim Chmerkovskiy and some of the heated arguments that would result from the very first rehearsal? Ratings. Gold.
