Oops! Ted Cruz's bad! The 2016 Presidential hopeful was speaking at an event in Howell, Michigan on Wednesday night when he made a very poorly-timed joke about Joe Biden. “Vice President Joe Biden. You know the nice thing?” Cruz said. “You don't need a punchline. I promise you it works. “The next party you're at, just walk up to someone and say, 'Vice President Joe Biden' and just close your mouth. They will crack up laughing.” It's not a terrible line, but the timing could not have been worse: Beau Biden , Joe Bien's 46-year old son, died from a brain tumor last week. The Vice President also lost his young daughter Naomi and his first wife, Neilia Hunter, in a tragic car accident in 1972. Beau's funeral is set for Saturday. “It was a mistake to use an old joke about Joe Biden during his time of grief, and I sincerely apologize,” Cruz wrote on Facebook in response. “The loss of his son is heartbreaking and tragic, and our prayers are very much with the Vice President and his family.”

Usually, when a celebrity does a Playboy pictorial, most of the press coverage is about the photos themselves. That’s not the case with Azealia Banks, whose most noteworthy body part will always be her mouth. We first learned that Azealia would pose nude for Playboy last month, when the outspoken rapper broke the news on Twitter. While the first photos have yet to be revealed, we get the feeling Banks’ comments in her interview will get more scrutiny than her photo spread (in which she reportedly bares all, BTW). In her most extensive Q&A to date, Banks opens up about everything from her feud with Iggy Azalea to her controversial views on race: On America: “I hate everything about this country. Like, I hate fat white Americans. All the people who are crunched into the middle of America, the real fat and meat of America, are these racist conservative white people who live on their farms.” On Race and Twitter: “It’s always about race. Lorde can run her mouth and talk sh-t about all these other bitches, but y’all aren’t saying she’s angry. If I have something to say, I get pushed into the corner..y’all mother–kers still owe me reparations!
