Steven Seagal Sex Case Dismissed

The Los Angeles court has dismissed a $1 million lawsuit filed against Steven Seagal by a former assistant who claimed that her employer had sexually harassed her on repeated occasions. Seagal’s attorneys had reportedly been trying to resolve the case out of court — maybe because of the incriminating interview Jenny McCarthy gave to Movieline in 1998 about Seagal’s ungentlemanly casting couch conduct. No word yet on whether A&E will order more episodes of Steven Seagal Lawman , which was pulled off the air shortly after the allegations were made. [ Yahoo! ]
