After rumors swirled that Mac’s overdose played a part in her breakup with Pete Davidson (he’s publicly stated he smokes weed to deal with his mental issues), Ariana took to IG to post a video of her and Miller during better days. In the video the “Sweetner” singer posted recently we see Mac Miller getting dipped for The Oscars the couple attended with the help his mother Joan and grandmother, Nonna. Unfortunately, that was the last time the couple had a public outing as they broke up a few months later in May of 2017. Obviously, Mac still holds a special place in Ariana Grande’s heart. Due to the cancer’s return, Reigns has been forced to relinquish the WWE Universal Title he won at Summerslam this past August. RELATED: Roman Reigns Comments on Fan Attack Reigns was originally diagnosed when he was 22 years old. The disease had been in remission since 2008 but has since returned. Reigns vowed that this wasn’t a retirement speech and plans to return to the ring once his latest battle with cancer is over. The 1978 film is returning to theaters and Blumhouse as well as Universal are advertising the movie all over. The Hollywood Reporter states that Sabo decided to change the advertisement after Waters in June told a crowd to make things uncomfortable for Donald Trump as well as his Cabinet members. First off, the “Love & Hip Hop” star stressed that she isn’t worried about how the world sees her. “I use to care what people thought about me, until one Day I tried to pay bills with their opinions.” Then this is where it went off the rails. See, someone commented saying, “Katt said you are getting s****d on in Dubai..those are terrible allegations. Maybe you should clear the air.” This is when Hazel unleashed about her ex-boyfriend: “Only if he stays out of jails for 72 hrs…I ain’t going back and forth with no Bigg I haven’t seen or spoken to since August of 2016 when he ran off with my money.,,the had the fbi come to my house and my mothers house looking for his unpaid taxes…tink tink better take his meds and relax.” Well…. As we previously reported , the Emmy winner recently spilled some serious tea about Hazel claiming that she is an atheist and ugly, didn’t like being Black and allegedly dated a murderer. As Billboard points out, Patton made the announcement on Saturday (Oct. 20) at Woodward Academy, near Georgia, while rocking his no. 18 high school jersey. “I just want to thank my family: mom and my dad, coach Davis, my football team…I want to thank [everyone] for making me the man that I am today,” said Cross, in a clip shared on Instagram by his dad. “With that being said, I want to announce that I committed to the University of Oregon.” Although Patton received scholarship offers, he will join the Oregon Ducks as a walk-on. Jenelle Evans would like to set the record straight. The Teen Mom 2 star was rushed to the hospital a few days ago after getting into some kind of altercation with husband David Eason. This much is not up for debate. But what actually transpired between the couple? Did Eason really attack Evans, as Jenelle herself seemed to admit to on a 911 call ? Evans has spoken to E! News about the incident and done the best she can to explain where things stand between her and Eason. Scroll down to see what she has to say.. 1. How Did This Latest Controversy Start? On Saturday, October 13, Jenelle was taken to the hospital. This is not in dispute. The chief of 911 operations for Columbus County, North Carolina has said two police officers responded to a 911 call placed from the home of Evans and her husband David Eason. 2. What Else Do We Know About This Call? It was placed by a female just before 10 p.m. and was “called in as an assault,” the chief said for the record. An ambulance was also requested but later canceled. 3. Was Eason Involved? No, not according to a rep for Evans, who told People Magazine that the veteran MTV star “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property. Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.” 4. Oh… Really?!? This story seemed fishy from the beginning. To pretty much everyone. 5. Nothing to See Here… Except Hotness! Eason shared this photo of Jenelle shortly after the incident, including with it a tawdry caption and making it seem like all was fine between the couple. 6. But Here’s the Thing: Jenelle called 911. And the desire to be cuddled up, spending time with the one you like is at an all time high. In millennial lingo, we summarize all those feels with one term: Cuffing Season. It feels like we were just flipping burgers on the grill for Labor Day — now folks are scanning their recent dating rosters to see who’s good enough to spend the majority of their time with for the next eight months or so. One Twitter user joked , “It’s cuffing season baby. time to lose ur sense of self and merge identities w another person bc it’s cold outside.” While some folks are scrambling to decide between their top three eligible candidates — some of us are just fine staying aboard the “single and lovin’ it” train. Bustle recently did an article on why Cuffing Season is an awesome time to be single, and it brought up many valid points. Heather Ebert , a dating and relationship expert at WhatsYourPrice.com, told the site, “Cuffing season is, in part, a result of societal pressure dating. A lot of it has to do with singles not wanting to show up alone when they go home for the holidays. Some people want to be showered with gifts … others just want to cuddle up next to someone to stay warm.” She added, “It’s easy to get caught up in the hype of cuffing season and rush to settle down for the winter. But those romances are unlikely to outlast the cold because they’re rushed and usually not met with intentions of lasting any longer. Instead of focusing on settling down for the last part of the year, spend some time on yourself and with your family.” It’s not just the experts who say Cuffing Season is nothing but hype. Shy_Charles recently tweeted, “Not being funny but cuffing season isn’t really a thing, is it? Like yeah the nights draw in and it’s Christmas and that but you’ve got Valentine’s straight after and then summer romances after that! Every season is cuffing season, let’s just be serious.” Let’s do something a little different this go round, and celebrate the uncoupled and uncuffed this year with seriously Anti-Cuffing Season songs. Why commemorate on October 17th ? According to sources, Jupiter Hammon, the first published black poet in the United States, was born in Long Island, New York, on October 17, 1711. In honor of Hammon’s birth, we celebrate the contributions of all African Americans to the world of poetry. Although he was a slave, Hammon was purportedly allowed access to the manor library and was educated with the estate owner’s children, even working with Henry Lloyd in his business ventures. But he was far from being the only former slave to have a notable writing career. Phyllis Wheatley was also an African slave — however, as her works spread throughout town, she became the abolitionists’ illustrative testimony that blacks could be both artistic and intellectual. Her name was a household word among literate colonists and her achievements a catalyst for the fledgling antislavery movement. Poetry has certainly transformed over the years, especially with the rise of social media and the impact Hip Hop now has on the mainstream. Most people don’t realize that Hip Hop is a form of poetry with a sick beat behind it. Just ask rap’s go-to poet, Wale . The DC native once said of poetry: “The ability to make somebody feel something: that’s art. However you look at it, whether you’re an author, a painter, a singer, a rapper, a spoken-word artist – art. I feel like I’m one of the more creative artists in the game. I think I’m going to be here for a while.” In honor of Black Poetry Day, we’ve highlighted some of our favorite young stars who’ve changed the poetry game for us millennials. Welcoming fall is supposed to be a joyous occasion , a gradual introduction to crisp winds and the occasional dip in temperatures—but last week it was 80 degrees and now it’s brick azz. We need answers. New Yorkers have been left feeling—and looking —hella confused, as we try to find the middle ground between staying warm and not looking like straight up winter. These months before the holiday season are supposed to be our time to break out our flyest sweatsuits, constructs, Nike Techs…wash and sets that actually last. But like your boy Lenny Kravitz in the photo up top, we really don’t know what season we’re in. Do we put away all of our summer clothes even though temperatures could shoot up again? Do we take out our winter coats? Is it okay to wear a scarf yet? Or, do we just accept that we might catch a little ‘monia in the days to come? And someone tell us, what’s the consensus on Uggs? Trump, bless his heart, seems to think even though “something” is wrong, it’ll reverse itself. He told 60 Minutes this week, “Something’s changing and it’ll change back again.” Um…WHAT?! While 45 is acting like he couldn’t care less, NYers are super annoyed.
