Lindsey Graham Wants To Remind You Judge Brett Kavanough Is Not Bill Cosby

J udge Brett Kavanaugh  and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford   were testifying Thursday about sexual assault accusations against the potential next Supreme Court justice. Ford claimed he assaulted her in the summer of 1982. Kavanaugh denied all of the allegations and said the hearing was a “national disgrace.” The ugly episode on Capitol Hill prompted South Carolina  Sen. Lindsey Graham  to have a temper tantrum and twice reference fallen television icon Bill Cosby . God, I hope you never get it. I hope the American people can see through this sham, that you knew about it and you held it. You had no intention to protect Dr. Ford. She is as much a victim as you are.” Pivoting to Kavanaugh, he continued: “If you’re looking for a fair process, you came to the wrong town at the wrong time, my friend! Do you say you have been through hell?” Kavanaugh whined, “I have been through hell and then some.” “This is not a job interview; this is hell!?’ Graham yelled, “This is going to destroy the ability of good people to come forward, because of this crap.” He added, “You’re supposed to be  Bill Cosby   when you’re a junior and senior in high school and then, all of a sudden, you got over it?!” See the foolishness below: What an awful reference. On Tuesday, Bill Cosby was  sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison months after being found guilty on three counts of aggravated incident assault. All The Details About Bill Cosby’s Life In A ‘State-Of-The Art’ Prison

F allen television icon Bill Cosby is in prison after being sentenced to 3 to 10 years for three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault. He is housed at Pennsylvania’s newest and most expensive prison, the State Correctional Institution Phoenix in Collegeville. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction He is in a single cell unit “adjacent to the infirmary,” according to NBC News . “The 3,830-bed facility has more than 30 classrooms and offers basic education and vocational classes including computer skills, carpentry, and finances,” the report said. “The facility also has a gym, barber shop, mural arts program and a non-denominational chapel.” His first meal was a dinner of baked meatballs with rice and gravy, whipped potatoes and green beans, NBC News also reported. This jail sentence doesn’t sound like hard-time for a man (inmate number NN7687) who reportedly raped and drugged women for decades. “We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” Corrections secretary John Wetzel said to NBC News. “The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.” Cosby’s legal team have already filed an appeal — a move suggesting that they saw prison time coming. In addition, his spokespeople have passionately defended him.  Andrew Wyatt , his publicist, even compared Cosby to Kavanaugh. “What is going on in Washington today with Judge Kavanaugh is part of that sex war that Judge [Steven] O’Neill and his wife are a part of,” Wyatt  said outside of court  on Tuesday. Wyatt  also likened Bill Cosby to Jesus, saying “They persecuted Jesus and look what happened.” With a team like this, Cosby will be in jail for many years. A reddit user by the name of Laika_cat posted a redacted screencap of a truly ridiculous email. In the email, which was allegedly written by a wedding coordinator, guests are givena  list of demands. A few of them are totally normal — don't wear white, please let us know if you're bringing a plus one. That's all fine and not what has everyone so bewildered. No, the bride is demanding that anyone invited bring a gift of sufficient value if they want to be admitted. And she's also laying down the law about what guests can do, from social media activity to what they drink to how they can do their hair and makeup. Technically, the email is purportedly from the wedding coordinator, but a number of clues make people believe that the bride wrote it herself. Take a look at what true absurdity looks like and ask yourself if you would even bother attending. 1. It starts off normally enough Like we said, it is widely doubted that the wedding coordinator came up with this list — or even wrote it. 2. This question is reasonable This matters for seating layouts and for food preparation. But this question comes before the list. 3. Oh boy, here we go Asking people to show up early is fine. And avoiding white or anything close is considered polite. 4. This is where it gets controlling Now this person is telling people how to wear their own hair and how to do their makeup? It sounds like the bride is terrified of being outshone. 5. She doesn’t just want to control your looks, but your behavior That … is not how you spell ceremony. And while including a tag for an event is standard, the demand that people not check in on social media is weird. 6. This is our favorite one What does this mean? Do not speak to the bride? Bill Cosby: Headed to Prison For 10 YEARS Following Rape Conviction?

It’s been five months since Bill Cosby was found guilty of raping Andrea Constand in 2004. Today, a sentencing hearing for the disgraced comedy legend began, and while it looks increasingly likely that Cosby will  go to prison for his crimes, many feel that the 81-year-old will likely escape with a much lighter sentence than he deserves. In a Pennsylvania courtroom today, prosecutor Kevin Steele implored a sentencing judge to throw the book at Cosby with 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for the crime of drugging and sexually assaulting Constand. “This is about a person who put himself in a situation of being a mentor,” Steele told the court. “We know he had other intentions right from the beginning: What he saw in Andrea the first time he laid eyes on her, what his plan was,” he continued. “He used his fame. He doesn’t recognize that it’s wrong to drug somebody and sexually assault them.” Those present in the courtroom described Steele as “very emotional” noting that the prosecutor was “almost crying” during his closing statements. Cosby’s victim also addressed the court, providing a brief statement in what one observer described as a clear, unemotional voice: “I have testified, I have given you my victim impact statement. You heard me, the jury heard me and Mr. Cosby heard me,” Constand said. “All I’m asking for is justice as the court sees fit.” Sentencing has been delayed until at least Tuesday due to the absence of a defense witness who was unable to testify today, but we already have a rough idea of what’s in store for Cosby. While the TV personality who was once dubbed “America’s dad” could face up to 30 years in prison, the judge in his case informed the courtroom today that Cosby will not serve a sentence of longer than three years. Sources connected to the case are said to be outraged by the judge’s determination and believe it to be the result of the defense’s assertion that Cosby is too old and infirm to represent a threat to the public. Teen Mom OGs vs. The Newbies: Are They Getting Along?

We just heard what Farrah Abraham thinks of her replacements. In an extended interview, the former Teen Mom OG star has some harsh words for Bristol Palin and Cheyenne Floyd . But Abraham hasn't actually shot any scenes with these Season 8 additions. We don't think she's even met them. Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood, on the other hand, have already starting filming upcoming episodes of the MTV hit with Palin and Floyd, meaning they can provide some actual insight into the fresh faces. What has filming been like so far? How do the three OGs feel about the two newbies? Maci, Catelynn and Amber spoke to Us Weekly about Palin and Floyd, giving fans an update on how everything is going on the series, which returns to MTV on Monday, October 1. Javi Marroquin may finally have had it with Kailyn Lowry. The MTV veteran sounds like he's sick and tired and truly done with his ex-wife. What has prompted Javi to arrive at this point? Why does he sound angrier than ever at the woman with whom he shares a son named Lincoln? Marroquion is more than happy to explain down below, as both he and The Hollywood Gossip give readers some background on why the exes are – yes, once again – at major odds… 1. A Letter of Love? More like excerpts of hate! This is what Marroquin thinks of Kailyn’s new book, the cover of which we’ve posted above. He has Tweeted his response to a few passages in it. 2. Wait, What is This Book About? “The book was an apology letter to [third son] Lux for basically the mess he was born into and how bad I feel,” the mother-of-three told Radar Online in January, adding of her other sons and motivation in general: “But now it’s to all three of them. I feel bad and I’m nervous about how a lot of my decisions will impact them or affect them. So I’m apologizing to all of them and I want them to know how much I love them and I’m working now to pick up the pieces.” 3. Okay, Fair Enough. What Does This Have to Do with Javi? A lot, considering he’s the father of Lincoln. The couple was married from September of 2012 through December of 2015, having been through many ups and downs in their marriage and then afterwards as well. 4. But Weren’t They on Pretty Good Terms of Late? It seemed that way. Heck, they even HOOKED UP earlier this year! 5. So, Why Are They Feuding Now? Lowry writes in her new book that she knew her marriage to Javi was doomed from the start, saying at one point: “I knew going into the marriage with Javi that I would regret it.” Harsh, right? Also: pretty stunning. 6. What Else Did She Write? “We were fighting constantly and not even sleeping in the same bed. I was overcome and filled with doubt at all times.
