Serena Williams Forced To Withdraw From Rogers Cup Tournament [VIDEO]

During her match against Bianca Andreescu, a back injury got the best of her and prevented her from finishing the match. Andreescu is now the first Canadian to win the Rogers Cup in 50 years. “It started yesterday in my match. For years and years, the people who have known of Jenelle Evans have hoped and prayed that one day, against all odds, she might develop a tiny bit of self awareness. But we didn't want it to happen like this. As you probably know, Jenelle hasn't had an easy go of it this year. We've learned more and more about just how abusive and awful David is, and of course she lost custody of her kids for a few weeks there. And if she was almost anybody else, she'd take everything that's happened as a huge wake-up call and get to changing her life. As it were, she's Jenelle. And … well, let's just get into her latest nonsense. 1. Hard Times Yeah, so 2019 hasn’t been the best year for Jenelle, huh? 2. A Whirlwind of Horrors Just in the past few months, her life pretty much fell apart, and it started when David, her allegedly (do we even have to say “allegedly” anymore after hearing her 911 calls?) abusive husband murdered her dog. 3. RIP Nugget Nugget was a tiny little French bulldog, and it didn’t seem like they ever bothered to try to train her or to try to teach the kids how to interact with her, but when she nipped at Ensley, David thought an appropriate reaction would be to throw her outside and shoot her with a shotgun. 4. Not So Much As it turned out, it was not an appropriate reaction. 5. Send Help Teen Mom fans who watched things play out on social media were absolutely livid about what had happened to poor Nugget, and before too long, MTV announced that they were no longer filming Jenelle’s story. 6. According to WSB-TV , in 2018 Kevon Watkins, who was 16 at the time, was charged with the death of Alexus Watkins when he strangled her after he was confronted for changing the password to the Wifi in his home. See, he was upset that too many people were using the network, which was slowing down his Xbox connection. Apparently, his mother tried to remove the Xbox from his room, but when his sister confronted him, he put her in a chokehold for 10 minutes, only letting go when the police arrived on the scene, according to witness testimony at his murder trial. Alexus was pronounced dead from asphyxiation at the Medical Center, Navicent Health, early the next morning. Earlier this week, Kevon was recently found guilty of felony murder and aggravated assault. He was spend the rest of his life in prison. Watkin’s lawyer asked for a bench trial, one where the judge makes the decision about the plantiff’s innocence, not a jury of one’s peers. Bibb County Superior Court Judge Verda Colvin told the court that she nixed manslaughter charges for felony murder because his brother tried to stop him and he kept choking his sister. “Even under the best estimation, by the time [a sheriff’s deputy] got there …. It had been at least 11 minutes that the defendant had to have been choking his sister,” Colvin said, adding, “In those 10 minutes, she had to have stopped moving. Perhaps that wasn’t noticed by the defendant because he was still angry.” Hearing sentence, Watkins and as he left the courtroom, he sobbed, muttering, “I’m sorry,” WSB noted. Taylor Swift recently concluded her feud with Katy Perry in very memorable fashion: The latter dressed as a hamburger and appeared in the former's latest music video. And yet while this long-lasting hatchet was buried over the summer, we somehow doubt Kim Kardashian will be donning any food-themed attire for any Taylor Swift project int he near future. Why not? Because these two are STILL  going at it! Three years after their rivalry kicked off, Swift spoke to Vogue magazine and once again rehashed what happened and how it made her feel, trying to once again come out on top of Kim as though she were Ray J or something. Take a deep breath and scroll down for the latest… 1. Can You Recap the Basis for This Feud Again? Yes: Way back in July of 2016, Kardashian posted Snapchat videos of Swift talking with Kanye West about his song “Famous,” which featured the lyrics: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.” 2. So What? Well, Swift had previously slammed Kanye for this song, making it sound as if she had no idea she would be referenced in such a negative manner. 3. She Was Therefore Exposed? Yes, exactly. The conversation between Kanye and Swift that Kim made public featured Taylor being told about West’s lyrics and giving her approval. 4. Take THIS! Swift fired back at Kimye on Instagram three years back, saying memorably on her page: “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009.” (That’s a reference to when Kanye interruped her speech at the MTV VMAs.) 5. She’s a Cold-Hearted Snake Kim proceeded to trash Swift as a snake on multiple occasions. 6. Did This Have an Effect on Swift’s Career? We’re pretty sure it did.
