Edita Vilkeviciute Naked for Numero of the Day

I did a post on this Edita Vilkeviciute Topless in a Magazine last week. I had never heard of her or her stupid last name before that and that’s unfortunate, because if I did, maybe she would be getting naked for me as my mail order bride, instead of for some big modeling agency she got signed to that is totally ruining the underground sex trade by recruiting the hot ones to America before the perverts who have been saving up their allowance the last decade can get at them, leaving the perverts with a shitty talent pool to choose from, while giving us girls willing to get naked cuz it’s better than their poverty and it doesn’t even seem sleazy cuz it’s for fashion, even though getting paid to get naked is getting paid to get naked, there’s no more respectable way to do it, it’s all pretty much the same, and I doubt this bitch really cares, she’s too busy counting moeny she never thought she’d have, making this some heartfelt immigrant in America success story that works for me, thanks to the nipples. Next time, let’s hope for more vagina lip.

Gift Guide: Essential Reading for Cinephiles and Aspiring Filmmakers

The autobiographies of Samuel Fuller and Nicholas Ray are two of the most passionate, heartbreaking and instructive books about filmmaking ever written. Ray is best known for directing James Dean’s iconic performance in Rebel Without a Cause . Fuller made some of the greatest genre movies of the ’50s and ’60s including The Naked Kiss and Shock Corridor . Both novels are compulsively readable, with enough filmmaking advice to replace an entire year of film school and enough insight into both filmmakers’ lives and struggles to captivate even the most casual cinephile.

Did Funny or Die Steal a Sketch from Saturday Night Live?

On Saturday night, SNL aired a Nasim Pedrad starring sketch called “Camel Tame,” a parody commercial on a more effective way to hide unsightly camel toe. Well, touché, SNL , because here comes Funny or Die’s “Cameltoe Shows,” starring Kelly Brook, which takes the SNL idea and stands it on its head. Instead of hiding cameltoe, the Funny or Die version celebrates it — makes it more sightly. But wait, aren’t these pretty much the same sketches? Did one outlet get the idea from the other?

The USDA and DOJ May Finally Address Obvious Livestock Industry Monopolies

photo: S. Novak Last week the USDA and DOJ met to discuss the current face of the livestock industry. The picture is grim. Let go of any false visions of idyllic farm animals grazing on the pasture and replace that image with the massive corporations that currently monopolize the industry. An overstatement it is not–currently, four companies process 80 percent of U.S. beef–that’s 4 out of every 5 beef cattle . Pork is much the same with 66 percent of all pigs coming from four companies. Last week, 500 ranchers, farmers, and industry wo… Read the full story on TreeHugger

Weekday Vegetarian: Fingerling Potato Salad with Green Chili-Cilantro Salsa

Photo: Kelly Rossiter When I was a kid potato salad was a fixture at every barbeque, picnic and family party. It was all pretty much the same stuff, lots of mayonnaise and green onions. Believe it or not, at a party of the extended family, there might be three or four bowls of potato salad on offer. The burning question was always whether I was going to be forced into eating my aunt’s potato salad that had hard boiled egg in it, or get to eat my mom’s which did not, but had a daring dash of paprika on top. … Read the full story on TreeHugger

Blake Lively Gets Me Going… Down There

Blake Lively and I must have something really special going on because I’m willing to put pictures of her up on my site even when she’s not really doing anything and she’s willing to look hot. Here she is on the set of Gossip Girl standing around doing nothing but look sexy and give me strange and wonderful feelings in my no-no spot. Although, it doesn’t really take much to get those feelings going, a nice pair of short shorts or a bumpy ride on the bus have pretty much the same effect on me. It can be quite awkward. Enjoy.

Kristen Stewart, Stars Come Out for Premiere of The Runaways

The Runaways premiered in Los Angeles last night. Focusing on the formation and development of a band led by Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, The Runaways has been well-received by critics. The singers are played by Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, respectively. They posed together on the red carpet of the premiere, as Stewart even managed to crack a smile: In a recent interview with SPIN magazine, Kristen talked about this role, compared to Bella in the Twilight Saga: “I was terrified. I was going, ‘Oh my God, why the f-ck am I here?’ This was the coolest job I’d had – it was something different during a long stint of something very much the same. I knew I needed to cut off Bella’s long hair. I needed to be able to throw my head around and feel the sweat dripping.” Will you be seeing The Runaways ? Below, we’ve posted more photos from the premiere, including an appearance by Taylor Lautner … [Photos: Splash News]
