Christina Milian Covers Rolling Out Magazine Christina Milian is covering the latest issue of Rolling Out and inside dishing on her breakup with Lil Wayne. Tina Turn Up first dished on her baaaawdy and divulged secrets to staying in shape. I just try not to overthink it. What I tend to do when I’m ready to get back in shape and tighten up is to cut the carbs. French fries and rice are two of my weaknesses, so when those things start kicking in, your stomach makes space for more food. When I cut those things out, my appetite goes down, I listen to my stomach: if it says I’m full, I’m full. When you can fit in a workout, do it … even if it’s outdoors. I like to go hiking in the hills, just any kind of movement. I like to do a good 20-30 minutes of cardio and sit-ups (do them until you’re tired). I used to do like 100 a day. …and she also added in this tidbit about listening to songs she recorded with Lil Wayne after their breakup. Well, I love the songs. They all describe moments, [and] every time I listen to them, I think of something that happened in that moment, and what inspired those songs. The four songs that I wrote and are on the EP were at the time about my relationship with Wayne. I was far more descriptive in my writing this time around. It was a really fun and inspirational time. Everything inspires me, but when it comes to chemistry and when it comes to the ups and downs of relationships, that’s what’s real for people. People want to feel something. Dirty dog diaries… Model Annalu Cardoso Says She’s Been Sleeping With Tyga If you believe the tabloids, Tyga’s not only been outed for texting a 14-year-old teen behind Kylie’s back… but for secretly smashing a 23-year-old Brazilian model for well over a year. US Magazine reports: Brazilian bombshell. Tyga cheated on Kylie Jenner with Annalu Cardoso, the Brazilian model confirms exclusively to Us Weekly. A source tells Us that the “Stimulated” rapper, 26, met Cardoso, 23, on one of his video shoots, and she later appeared on an episode of his MTV2 show, Kingin’ with Tyga. The entertainer “hit on” Cardoso but made sure to cover his tracks, the insider says. “Tyga is very careful and waits until Kylie is out of the country,” the source tells Us. (Last November, Jenner posted a funny meme alluding that she checks Tyga’s text messages.) The hip-hop star and Kris Jenner’s youngest child first sparked dating rumors back in July 2014. Tyga threw Jenner a 17th birthday bash in August 2014, and the couple officially went public with their relationship when the reality star turned 18 the following summer. The insider tells Us, however, that he and Cardoso began texting around December 2014. (Tyga and Jenner briefly split last November.) “He would text her and ask how she was doing, casual conversation. According to Tamar at one time she tried to tell her baby daddy [Vincent Herbert] “to give her her baby” and got shut down. She then called out her “homegirl” for trying to do the same and noted that the friend had been called out her name and added, “Yes I told yo business.” Future recently called Ciara a “controlling b***” for keeping their son baby Future from him.
