Source: ALEX EDELMAN / Getty Former Walmart Santa And 4 Others Charged With Murder A Georgia dad–who formerly worked as a Walmart Santa–is now facing murder charges along with four other people in the death of his 14-year-old daughter after her body was found buried in her father’s backyard back in December. Mary Crocker was last seen in October while her 14-year-old brother, Elwyn Crocker Jr., was last seen in November of 2016, according to the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office. Neither children were reported missing, but the remains of both were discovered in the yard outside the home of their father, Elwyn Crocker Sr., on December 20, 2018. Authorities initially announced charges for concealing the death of another and first-degree cruelty to children against Crocker, the teen’s stepmom Candice Crocker, their step-grandma Kim Wright, and Wright’s boyfriend, Roy Anthony Prater. Similar charges later were filed against Candice Crocker’s brother, Mark Anthony Wright. On Monday the charges against all five were upgraded to felony murder for the death of Mary Crocker, the spokesman for the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, told PEOPLE . Charges have not been brought in the death of Mary’s brother because “the last time he was seen was in November 2016,” Sullivan says. “We believe that his death was about two years ago, so finding evidence linked to his death was a little more challenging.” Authorities have not revealed a motive or a cause of death and say the investigation is ongoing. Sullivan says the suspects remain jailed without bond in separate facilities in Effingham County and neighboring counties.

Source: Towfiqu Photography / Getty 58-year old Duane Johnson has been arrested and charged with felony criminal neglect in the death of his wife, Debra Lynn Johnson, who was found dead inside her Searles home Thursday morning, Duane called the police himself after realizing his wife had finally died. According to court documents , The first Brown County sheriff’s deputy on scene observed the words “Death Parde God Hell” written in red spray paint on the front door. Duane Johnson came out naked, yelled that his wife was dead, and ran back inside. The deputy found him in a bathtub and he said he was trying to cleanse little white and black “things” from his skin. Debra Johnson’s body was wrapped in a sheet at the top of the stairs. Johnson told police that removed his wife from a nursing home at her request and took her home to die. He also admitted to taking methamphetamine with her during their “death party” in which they listened to rock music for days. The 58-year old has been hit with two felony charges, including criminal neglect and receiving stolen property after cops found hundreds of rounds of ammunition and some shotguns.

It was very early Sunday morning, and the married 90 Day Fiance couple had just had a fight. 2. Leida accused Eric of domestic violence In a series of “leaked” messages, Leida claimed that Eric had pulled her hair painfully — and that wasn’t the most upsetting part. 3. Source: Scott Olson / Getty Jason Van Dyke Sentenced To Six Years For Laquan McDonald Shooting Chicago Police officer Jason Van Dyke has been sentenced to 81 months, (6 years and 9 months) in prison and two years of mandatory supervised release for the murder of 17-year old Laquan McDonald . Van Dyke was convicted in October of second-degree murder and 16 counts of aggravated battery, one for each shot Van Dyke fired that struck McDonald. Back in 2014, the officer shot Laquan 16 times after responding to police calls for assistance. Van Dyke claimed that he fired after McDonald failed to comply with demands to drop a knife he was holding and made a threatening move toward police. USA Today reports: Prosecutors had asked Judge Vincent Gaughan to sentence Van Dyke to a prison term of 18 to 20 years. His defense team had asked that he be released on probation Illinois state law requires he serve at least 50 percent of the sentence. He’s already served about three months as he awaited sentencing, so Van Dyke could be out of prison in a little more than three years. Since the fatal shooting, all Chicago officers are required to wear body cameras and the three officers who allegedly “covered up” his actions have been acquitted . Prosecutors suggested up to 96 years for his crime. Before the sentencing, a judge received 200 letters begging for leniency for Van Dyke and his wife emotionally read one asking that he be set free. According to her he “paid the ultimate price.” “He has paid the ultimate price. He will no longer be a police officer. His life is over,” said the wife in court. “He has paid the ultimate price. He will no longer be a police officer. His life is over” – Jason Van Dyke’s wife pleads with court to let her husband come home. Source: Barbara Macdonald / EyeEm / Getty Florida Man Shoots Wife & Her Parents After Finding Her Sextape With His Bestfrind According to the NY Post William Brian Stillwell, 39, was arrested following a New Year’s Day triple-shooting after police say he shot his wife and parents-in-law after finding a sex tape of his spouse with his best friend. Stillwell reportedly showed up at a backyard party and opened fire using a 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Allegedly there were many children in attendance. In a call to 911, Stillwell allegedly could be overheard in the background accusing his wife of cheating while his son and daughter begged him to stop shooting.The children at the party escaped unharmed and the three injured adults were rushed to the hospital and are now in stable condition. The Stillwell wife and mother-in-law were set to undergo surgery while the father-in-law has been released. He allegedly told detectives that he saw a video on his wife’s phone of her having sex with his best friend before he gunned down her family. Kelly is threatening to sue Lifetime if the network doesn’t pull the plug on airing its documentary according to a TMZ report. Kelly’s lawyer, Brian Nix, fired off on the network in a legal letter. Nix claims the “Surviving R. Kelly” documentary is packed with lies. Nix threatens to file a federal lawsuit today if the network doesn’t relent. Kelly’s camp is alleging that the women featured on the show made false allegations to become famous. To back up claims, Kelly says he has 2 audio recordings — 5 minutes in duration — that show Lifetime knew “some of the girls are lying, but that the budget was too high to turn back now.” The show is set to air TONIGHT. As far as we know, Lifetime plans to air 6-part documentary in full. The show will feature people from Kelly’s inner circle coming forward with new allegations that Kelly has sexually, mentally and physically abused women. Some of them speak for the first time ever on the subject. As we previously reported, a backup singer for Kelly tells her account of how she witnesses R.
