Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon List Bel Air Mansion For $13 Million Via The Celebrity Cafe reports: Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey have put their Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles on the market for $12.995 million. This is more than double what they originally bought it for, back in 2009. According to Life and Style, the listing describes the home as a “magical property with views to the Stone Canyon Reservoir, the city and beyond.” The house is 11,750 square feet and consists of seven bedrooms, nine baths, a movie theater, basketball court, gym, pool and mini-golf course. There is parking space for over 20 cars and double gates for added privacy. According to Redfin, “the home features high ceilings and amazing public spaces. Property is drenched in sunlight. Grand, formal entry. Every inch of this magical estate has been seamlessly and flawlessly renovated to perfection.” The TV personality and self-proclaimed diva have been married for five years and welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan to their family in 2011. The couple recently graced the cover of February’s issue of Ebony Magazine.

If you got a enough money, you can get busy in Janet Jackson’s bedroom… Janet Jackson Puts Trump Plaza Condo Up For Rent Via RealtyToday Janet Jackson is looking to rent out her 2,093-square-foot New York City apartment, The Real Deal reported. The 1 Central Park West three-bedroom apartment located in Trump International Hotel & Tower comes with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park, three and a half bathrooms and a master suite complete with a walk-in closet and marble bath – all for $35,000 per month, according to StreetEasy. Residents will also have access to Trump International hotel services. Maid service, 24-hour room service, a health club complete with a pool and spa, and valet parking are among the many perks of calling 1 Central Park West home. The apartment, listed Feb. 3 by Kyle W. Blackmon and John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens, was bought in 1998 by Jackson’s Puffy Trust, although it’s unclear how much the singer paid for it, The Real Deal reported. Other active rentals listed for Trump International include a five-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot apartment for $19,900 a month, a two-bedroom for $16,900 a month and a one-bedroom for $8,900 a month, among others. There are currently seven active sales, including a 2,255-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment for just under $9 million and a 450-square-foot, one-bedroom for $949,000. Both are musicians at the top of their games, with multiple hits under their belts. Knowles, who took a short break when her daughter Blue Ivy was born in January last year, was back with a vengeance this year with her Mrs. Carter world tour, which grossed an average $2 million per night. He sold his stake in the team and now has to dump his share in the arena, too, because he’s started his own sports agency: Roc Nation Sports, which represents star athletes like Kevin Durant and Victor Cruz. So you do the next best thing: You create a private resort for your family, complete with a water park. The singer’s Jupiter Island estate, sitting on nearly 6 acres with more than 400 linear feet of waterfront, is truly a vacation oasis, designed by the singer for her family and friends. And it’s for sale, recently listed for $72.5 million. The Grammy Award-winning singer, and now Las Vegas staple, bought the estate’s two homes for just $12.5 million and $7 million each back in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Increasing home values — even Jupiter Island’s median home value, which currently is rising 13.3 percent year-over-year — don’t account for the large price tag. But the two homes, three pools and water park, as well as the prime oceanfront, do. “It really is a true water park,” explained listing agent Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec, who shares the listing with Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach. “It has slides and a lazy river at the bottom of it. It has a foot bridge at the bottom of it where kids can play. What does that say about these broke hoes? German Study Shows Correlation Between Sex And Wages Earned Via Philly Having sex often not only impacts your personal life, but your work life as well. A new report found that employees who have sex frequently have significantly higher salaries than those who don’t. The study, done by the Institute for the Study of Labor in Germany, concluded that people who have sex more than four times a week have a 3.2 percent higher paycheck than those who have sex once a week. The link between sexual activity and wages is the highest among employees between the ages of 26 and 50. The report analyzed data was from about 7,500 households in Germany. Participants were asked how often they had sex, how much they make, their age, sexual orientation, if they have any health problems, and about their religion. People who have sex often seem to be happier and healthier, too. “Sexual activity allows distinct predictions to be made regarding labor market success, since economists consider health status, mental health, and dietary habits/obesity to be crucial variables that influence employees’ wages,” the report said. Personality traits also seem to influence salary. “Wages are higher for those with extraversion and openness traits who are sexually active,” the study found.
