Jay Z Gives $50,000 Bonus To Employees We would love to be an employee at Roc Nation. $50,000 could buy us one of those dirt cheap houses in Detroit and feed a small African village. According to Showbiz Spy Rapper Jay-Z is one generous dude. The star — who recently released his 12th solo album, Magna Carta… Holy Grail, gave all of his employees a $50,000 bonus. “Earlier this year he handed out $50,000 bonuses to everyone in his company, which includes assistants and very low-level people,” a Jay-Z employee tells Star. “He even promised another bonus for Christmas. “He’s extremely generous — most celebrities are supercheap when it comes to running their businesses. “He knows if his employees are happy, it will benefit him in the long run. His only demand was for everyone to have fun with the money.” Christmas came early at Roc Nation.

Save The Swirl! Khloe and Lamar took a romantic getaway to save their infidelity torn matrimony-dom and guess what? It worked! Via RadarOnline reports : In a Hail Mary attempt to save the marriage, Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom went on a “secret getaway” this summer with designs on rebuilding the relationship, in the wake of news breaking that Lamar allegedly cheated on the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters with a 29-year-old woman named Jennifer Richardson. “They were barely speaking” at the time they left on the trip, but when they got into the swing of things, “there were lots of kisses and tears,” a family insider told US Weekly. A source told the magazine the summer sojourn “was a really good time for them to spend time together and focus on each other,” and according to their sources, it was a success. “They’re focused on the marriage, they’re committed to the relationship [and] they adore each other,” a source told the magazine. A separate source told the magazine that the marriage’s rough spots could be attributed to Lamar’s edginess under the white hot Kardashian spotlight; and professional frustration as his hoops career game seems to be in a state of slow decline as he enters his mid-30s. “Lamar goes through mood swings and depression,” the source said, adding his trade away from the Los Angeles Lakers in late-2011 “ruined his Mojo” for some time. Smh… Miami Heat Player Buys $3.2 Million Plantation Style Home Via Realtor This sharp-shooter may have listed his home in Coconut Grove earlier this month, but the Miami Heat forward isn’t leaving South Beach anytime soon. That’s because he recently purchased a plantation-style home in Coral Gables. The Sun Sentinel reports that he and his wife, Heidi, recently paid out $3.22 million for the five-bedroom, 6,550-square-foot colonial. His new home is one of the original five Florida pioneer village homes, according to the listing. Built in 1926, the home is near the 15th hole at the Riviera Country Club and features a chef’s kitchen, wraparound balconies and a prime outdoor entertaining area with a black-bottom pool, cabana and gardens. Also found on the premises of his new baller crib is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house. Previously in July, the hooper, whose contract is set to expire after the 2013-2014 season, hoisted his South Beach residence on the market with an asking price of $1.895 million. The listing came roughly one year after the small forward purchased the Mediterranean-style home for $1.6 million. Any idea who it is???
