In attendance were the Myx Fusions brass as well as many of your favorite reality TV cast members. Yandy Smith, Jennifer Williams, Tahiry José, Rich Dollaz, and Hot 97′s Ebro Darden all came to show their support in addition to hip-hop royalty like Busta Rhymes and journalist Shaheem Reid. Of course, whenever you see Onika Maraj you can be sure that her omnipresent “BFF” Scaff Breezy is in tow. In a tender moment during the festivites, Nicki presented her leather-clad lover homie with a birthday cake as the fireworks lit up the sky in the background. We bet this dirty dog will be teaching them co-eds a thing or two… Via NYDailyNews reports : City university will pay $150,000 to former CIA Director David Petraeus to teach two classes in the next school year, a CUNY official said Monday. The salary is substantially higher than most visiting professors, but it will be covered through private fund-raising, not taxpayer dollars, CUNY spokesman Michael Arena said. Petraeus, who resigned from the CIA last year after admitting an affair with his biographer, will be a visiting public policy professor at CUNY’s Macaulay Honors College. CUNY announced the appointment in April but did not disclose his salary, which was reported by Gawker.com. “He’s teaching two courses . . . and giving some public lectures,” Arena said. Before leading the CIA, Petraeus was a four-star general who commanded the coalition forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. SMH. Must be nice. Had it been a black man — nevermind. Just sayin’ though. The 48-year-old actor recently listed his Beverly Hills mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms for sale after previously renting out the 15,000-square-foot property. The Hollywood star was seeking $200,000 per month to stay in his mansion. The estate served as the site of Martin’s wedding in 2010 to Shamicka Gibbs that was attended by 120 guests, including Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington. Martin and Shamicka were together for 15 years before their wedding. The couple announced their split in April 2012 and Martin quickly filed for divorce citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’ The Beverly Hills mansion boasts a wonderfully grand marble entry with stunning stained glass skylights that lead to the formal living room, wine and dining room, grand family room, game room and huge eat-in kitchen. The estate also features a top-notch home theatre that includes a concession stand and advanced sound system. The fancy mansion sits on a generous 2.2 acres with perfectly manicured grounds, lush landscaping and outdoor kitchen. There also is a sunken tennis court, a large cobblestone motor court and ample parking on the grounds. NYC Lawmakers Considering Voting Rights For Illegal Immigrants Lawmakers in NYC are slated to begin discussing the approval of legislation that would give illegal immigrants the right to vote. via Fox News Hundreds of thousands of New York City immigrants could get the right to vote in local elections under a proposal before lawmakers. A City Council hearing is scheduled for Thursday on a plan to allow people who are in the country legally, but aren’t citizens, to vote. Advocates estimate that could be more than 800,000 people. Many U.S. states once let noncitizens vote, though policies changed by the 1930s. Some Maryland cities now allow it, and the idea has been floated in New York’s City Council for years. Supporters say immigrants who pay taxes deserve to decide who spends them. Opponents say voting should be reserved for citizens. New York state election law prohibits immigrants from voting, but supporters say the city has the right to set its own policies for local elections. What’s your stance on this, Bossip fam? The Sun reports that the superstar singer treated her crew to the celebratory bash to mark the end of the London leg of her tour. Beyoncé splashed out $26,000 on alcohol in a Champagne bar at an East London hotel following the last of her six shows at the capital’s O2 Arena. “Beyonce wanted to say thanks to all of the backing dancers, crew and everyone else involved with putting on the six shows,” a source told the newspaper. “Between the lot of them they managed to drink their way through more than $26,000 worth of booze in just a few hours.” Her dancers clearly enjoyed letting their hair down at Beyoncé’s bash, although the tour still has some way to go. The Mrs Carter World Tour. will end in August taking in a total of 65 dates including 35 in Europe. “They got stuck in as they knew they had a few days off afterwards,” the insider recalled. “They were still in there at closing time at 4am. “They are only part-way through her tour, but the pressure was on in London and she was chuffed they all helped her put on a good show.” Beyoncé still has three gigs to play in Manchester, before jetting off to Dublin and Belgium.
