A necklace… James Packer Gives Mariah Carey A $500,000 Necklace Billionaire James Packer is apparently enamored with Mariah Carey, so much so that he gifted his songstress girlfriend with a $500,00 necklace. The Daily Mail reports: The 45-year-old singer once again wore the half-million dollar yellow diamond heart pendant gifted to her by her billionaire boyfriend James Packer. Mariah doesn’t not seem to have stopped smiling since she first hooked up with the Australian businessman. And on Thursday her grin certainly didn’t dissipate when she posted a picture of herself to Instagram wearing the 18-karat bling. The 47-year-old gave it to her just before she took to the stage for her performance at Caesars Palace Colosseum on Wednesday night. She was so delighted she even dedicated her hit song Hero to her beau during the gig. ‘I have a new heart tonight,’ she told the crowd as they whooped and cheered. ‘James is in my heart tonight.’ On Saturday night the diva hit the Disick-hosted party at 1OAK without her man – but with his gift still holding pride of place very close to her heart. The Muscles From Brussels actor just roundhouse-kicked the house onto the market for $9.99 million, according to Curbed. The three-story, 7,574-square-foot house might be worth a death fight with Bolo Yeung for the rooftop deck alone, which offers ocean views and a fireplace with a built-in, flat-screen TV above it. An elevator whisks guests from floor to floor, so you can zip from the rooftop down to the wine cellar and back without missing a beat. And while there are several televisions located throughout the house, you should opt to watch the latest releases—or maybe “Bloodsport” for the umpteenth time—in the plush home theater. Son Of Zimbabwe’s First Lady Receives No Jail Time For Killing Man With Car It’s no secret that the rich and powerful get away with murder… Or in this case, manslaughter. According to NY Daily News The eldest son of Zimbabwe’s First Lady has been fined $800 after being convicted of manslaughter. Russell Goreraza, the stepson of long-time leader Robert Mugabe, knocked down and killed a man in Harare, the country’s capital, reports the BBC . The judge said he had decided against jailing the 31-year-old — and taking away his license — because of the defendant’s remorse. Goreraza was also a first-time offender. “I regret and want to apologise for the incident,” he said in court. The BBC claims the lenient sentence has shocked many in Zimbabwe. Berry Gordy’s Detroit Home Has Been Restored And Selling For $1.3 Million Via Realtor We heard it through the grapevine: The Motown Mansion is on the market. The Detroit, MI, home is named for legendary Motown Records founder Berry Gordy Jr. The music producer lived in the 10,500-square-foot manse from 1967 to 1969, but he owned it until 2001, according to listing agent Deborah Smith. Built in 1917 in the Boston-Edison historic district, the 10-bedroom home has had only four owners. It was in serious need of TLC when current owner Cynthia Reaves moved in in 2002. “After Gordy moved to L.A., it fell into disrepair. The original structure has a lot of marble, a lot of woodwork, and some of those things had to be restored,” Smith says. Reaves restored the mansion to its former glory, says Smith. She even won a historic preservation award in Michigan for the house rehab. The house is listed for $1,295,000, and Smith says some prospective buyers already think the home is some kind of wonderful. The new owner must maintain the integrity of the home’s historic structure, Smith says. According to TMZ reports: Amber Rose will score more than a million bucks from Wiz Khalifa … based on a long prenup she demanded before getting married … TMZ has learned. Sources connected with both Amber and Wiz tell TMZ … Amber made numerous demands in the prenup … which is more than 8 pages long. TMZ broke the divorce story … including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We’re told it’s because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup. She does have a problem. According to her legal docs, Amber wants spousal support in addition to her million bucks. Our sources say the prenup specifically denies her the right to spousal support, in return for getting the 1-time payout.
