The two-time NBA All-Star initially attempted to unload the 10,000-square-foot home for $3.5 million after signing with the Heat in 2014. Deng’s home didn’t score with home buyers last year, and now it’s rebounded onto the market at a reduced price of $2.8 million. Actor Jean-Claude Van Damme Selling California Home For $9.99 Million ‘Member this guy ? Well, he’s not broke, not on drugs and his house is REALLY nice. Via Realtor Ridiculously bendable action movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme is splitting with his home in Marina del Rey, CA. The Muscles From Brussels actor just roundhouse-kicked the house onto the market for $9.99 million, according to Curbed. The three-story, 7,574-square-foot house might be worth a death fight with Bolo Yeung for the rooftop deck alone, which offers ocean views and a fireplace with a built-in, flat-screen TV above it. An elevator whisks guests from floor to floor, so you can zip from the rooftop down to the wine cellar and back without missing a beat. And while there are several televisions located throughout the house, you should opt to watch the latest releases—or maybe “Bloodsport” for the umpteenth time—in the plush home theater. The six-bedroom home was custom built in 2011 for a buyer who didn’t play Guile in “Street Fighter: The Movie.” When Van Damme acquired it in 2012, he gave the home a distinctive Eastern feel with Asian sculptures and paintings throughout. This “teacher” looks freaky, but now has been captured and put on blast: A California high school teacher is under investigation after her arrest on charges that she allegedly had sex with a student. Megan Denman, 29, a social sciences teacher at Fresno’s Hoover High School, was arrested Monday on one count of sex with a minor and two counts of oral copulation with a person under 18, according to the Fresno Police Department and the Fresno United School District. The investigation is ongoing, and no evidence has emerged that other students were involved or that any illegal activity took place on school property. Denman was released from Fresno County Jail Tuesday evening, according to ABC News affiliate KFSN. “As we all know, there have been incidents throughout the state of teachers taking advantage of the student-teacher relationship,” said Fresno Unified Superintendant Michael Hanson said in a news release. “Unfortunately, we have learned of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a teacher and student in our own district. Words cannot describe my deep disappointment in this alleged breach of teacher-student relationship. ” Denman has been placed on paid administrative leave. Turn the page for the “Freaky” video.

Public records indicate that George and his wife, Tamara, have owned the property since 2007.
