Source: Fresno Police / Fresno Police Man Beaten And Arrested After Running Over Baby Niece With Truck A 33-year-old man from Fresno, California most likely received the beat down of his life after he seemed to accidentally hit his niece with his truck and kept driving. According to reports by The Daily Mail, 23-month-old Zayliah Medina was seen walking in front of the truck before he uncle, 33-year-old Eddie Alvarado, rolled over here, crushing her. In a weird twist, her uncle keeps driving and family members start to chase him. It was all caught on camera. Zayliah has been left with head trauma, spinal trauma, injuries to her organs and broken bones as a result. Alvarado sustained his own injuries after being assaulted in retaliation to hurting his niece according to Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer. The man didn’t snitch of who exactly assaulted him. I’m SO blessed and happy that I can write you my first Bieber Experience! Well, here it is! My name is Kristen, I’m 16 years old, and from San Diego, California. I bought my Believe Tour tickets in May for the Fresno show, and was blessed to have gotten VIP tickets, but not meet and greet. As thrilled as I was to have those amazing seats, I was still disappointed in not getting meet and greet because it’s been my dream to meet him for the past 2 years. I waited all summer and a few more months until October 5th, the day of the show was almost here! I have a BieberFever account and entered the M&G contest by sending them a picture of all of my Justin merch. I prayed every night and wished on every 11:11 that I would win that contest, as it was my last chance to meet Justin since he won’t be back in California for a long time. It was Thursday, October 4th, and I was at a tennis lesson, when I checked my phone and saw I had an email. I opened it and saw it was from Bieber Fever saying I had won the contest! I’ve never cried so hard in my life. It was the happiest moment of my entire life because I knew I was finally going to meet my idol. The next day, my best friend, my mom, and I drove 5 and half hours to Fresno for the concert! The whole time we spent in the car I couldn’t stop thinking about what I was going to say to Justin and how great it would feel to finally hug him. The hours past, and we arrived at the arena for the M&G. There were SO many people and line took over an hour but while I was in line, I met Scooter, Allison, and Fredo , and I hadn’t even met Justin yet! I was freaking out so much and couldn’t believe it was all happening. F inally, our time came to meet Justin and we were sent in groups of 6 , and I was the back of the group. We entered the room and my heart stopped as I saw Justin. He hugged the other girls, but didn’t have a chance to hug me because they told us to hurry up and take the photo. He noticed that I didn’t get a hug though and leaned over to me and said, “Hi! How are you?” I couldn’t believe he talked to me. I responded with a simply “Good, thanks!” After the photo was taken, I went up to him and asked for hug and he said “Of course!” In that moment, my world stopped. It was just me and Justin hugging. It was the best moment of my life. After that I couldn’t stop crying but we still the had concert to look forward to! The Believe Tour show was the BEST show I’ve ever seen in my life. This “teacher” looks freaky, but now has been captured and put on blast: A California high school teacher is under investigation after her arrest on charges that she allegedly had sex with a student. Megan Denman, 29, a social sciences teacher at Fresno’s Hoover High School, was arrested Monday on one count of sex with a minor and two counts of oral copulation with a person under 18, according to the Fresno Police Department and the Fresno United School District. The investigation is ongoing, and no evidence has emerged that other students were involved or that any illegal activity took place on school property. Denman was released from Fresno County Jail Tuesday evening, according to ABC News affiliate KFSN. “As we all know, there have been incidents throughout the state of teachers taking advantage of the student-teacher relationship,” said Fresno Unified Superintendant Michael Hanson said in a news release. “Unfortunately, we have learned of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a teacher and student in our own district. But earlier this month, a mom noticed that her daughter wasn’t on the playground having PE with the other kids. When she asked about it, her daughter said she’d been playing “the lollipop game” alone in the classroom with her teacher, in which he blindfolded her and let her taste different lollipops. Based on her description, authorities were worried abuse was involved, so they searched Yang’s classroom — and found cell phone photos and video of the girl “working her jaws” on Yang on several occasions dating back to Jan. 3. Yang’s now in jail awaiting a hearing — he could be charged with child molestation, sexual abuse of a child, and possession of obscene materials, and get up to 30 years in prison. As often (and disturbingly) happens, Yang was a trusted teacher before the arrest. And the abuse has shaken his community for reasons beyond the obvious: says one parent, “I’m Hmong, he’s a Hmong teacher. It’s a setback for us.” A Facebook commenter also called Yang a “disgrace to the Hmong community.” Nearby Fresno, CA has one of the biggest Hmong populations in the country, but Clovis is overwhelmingly white — and for a relatively small minority, a sexual abuse case centering on one of their own is doubly upsetting. Ultimately, though, everyone’s trust has been shaken. Says mom Natalie Torres: “I couldn’t believe they said that ‘everyone on staff can be trusted’ after this. That trust issue will be in the back of my mind, no matter what school my son goes to.” Which is a reminder that child abuse harms not just the victims themselves, but everyone around them, who will now have to worry about teachers playing the “lollipop game” — or something similarly awful — with their kids.
