Gabriel Aubry Arrested After Brawl with Olivier Martinez

Due to his fowl behavior, this is anything but a pleasant Thanksgiving for Gabriel Aubry, as Halle Berry’s ex got into it this morning with Halle Berry’s fiance, actor Olivier Martinez . According to TMZ sources, Aubry arrived at Berry’s residence to drop off the couple’s daughter, Nahla, and simply “went nuts.” It’s unclear what preceded the fisticuffs, but Aubry got into a brawl with Martinez and ended up in the hospital. He was later arrested for battery. Berry and others were allegedly present for the fight, which Martinez appeared to win. How do we know? He didn’t go to the hospital. Aubry and Berry battled in court for many months because the latter wanted to move to France with Martinez and Nahla . The judge’s response? NON ! So at least Aubry came out on top of one battle between these turkeys. UPDATE : Insiders now tell TMZ that Martinez KNOCKED AUBRY UNCONSCIOUS and that Berry will likely seek a protective order against her ex, in relation to herself, Olivier and Nahla.

Is Halle Berry Having Another Baby?

More swirly babies for Halle Berry ? If Nahla has her way the answer is YES. Via People : “Every night, we do our prayers,” Berry says Thursday on The Wendy Williams Show, of herself and 4½-year-old Nahla Ariela. “We pray to God, so sweet. She says, ‘God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.’ And I say, ‘I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we’ve got to keep praying on.’ What do you say to her when she wants that and can’t understand why God’s taken so long?” Berry, who doesn’t elaborate on whether or not she plans to have more children, says she’s grateful she had Nahla at a later stage in life. “I’m a much better mother at 46 — or 41, when I had her — than if I were like 21 or 25,” she explains. “I mean I was just a little baby just trying to figure it out — trying to figure out who I was, let alone having the responsibility of trying to help another little soul develop and grow. I’m so glad I waited.” Berry acknowledges that the career she signed up for involves being scrutinized by the media, but she doesn’t believe Nahla should be affected by it. “She’s just a little kid, and I just want her to be a little kid, and have normalcy and be like everybody else,” Berry says. “As her mom, that’s my job — to provide her with that, you know? It’s frustrating when you feel like you can’t.” At 46, we’d be kind of surprised if Halle had another kid, but who knows — she is planning another marriage and maybe Olivier wants a little one. The nanny done made him lose his mind, up in here, up in here! According to TMZ reports: Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery — over an incident involving his and Halle’s child … TMZ has learned. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter Nahla in her arms. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel was supposed to take 3-year-old Nahla to school Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead. The nanny — who worked for both Gabriel and Halle — went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show. According to the report, the nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. According to the report, that’s when Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage — claiming, “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Law enforcement sources tell us … police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. The report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources tell us they are “definitely investigating child endangerment.” In addition, we’re told child protective services has launched a parallel child endangerment investigation. Halle’s reps have no comment. Dude, seriously??? WTF is wrong with you? Ok, maybe the nanny is a nobody but cotdamn you gotta push her out the door while you’re holding the kid! Halle Berry Wants Nahla To Be Proud Of Her

Some morning preciousness: In the middle in a custody tangle with her ex, Halle Berry makes clear her focus is on raising her daughter. “It is just joy, it’s joy,” Berry, 44, said Friday night at the 42nd NAACP Image Awards. “I wouldn’t say it’s the hardest work I do, I would say it’s the best work I do.” Berry, who won for outstanding actress for Frankie & Alice, says she hopes Nahla, who is nearly 3, is inspired by her mom someday. “I hope she’s proud of me,” says Berry. “I’m sure she won’t like everything I’ve done, but I hope she will appreciate that I dared to be myself and always did what I believed in. I hope those are qualities that I pass on to her.” Source

Halle Berry Wins First Round of Custody Battle

Halle Berry 1, Gabriel Aubry 0. So reads the custody scoreboard between this former couple, after a judge ruled in the actress’ favor today and said she could take daughter Nahla to New York for a movie shoot. Sources confirm to TMZ that these two started to fight over their child when Aubry attempted to block Berry from taking the two-year with her across the country to film New Year’s Eve . With the Oscar winner in attendance, a Los Angeles judge gave her the green light bring Nahla along for the duration of her time on set. “We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue,” Berry’s attorney, Neal Hersh, said. “The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue.” Man. All this over the sequel to Valentine’s Day ?!? Perhaps if Berry and Aubry watched that atrocious romantic comedy, the entire hullabaloo could have been avoided.
