Two blogs posted images of a three-year-old video showing the longtime NFL star all kinds of up in some heavily-tattooed female on Christmas Day. Nice stocking stuffer. They caved quickly to legal pressure, TMZ reports. After receiving a pissed off letter from his lawyer claiming the Chad Johnson sex tape was stolen property they did not have the right to publish, the video was yanked. Score one for the former Mr. Evelyn Lozada. The former Ochocinco contacted the FBI because he believes the tape was hacked from his phone and was absolutely 100 percent not behind the leaked tape. Controversy has arisen in Warsaw, Poland as a result of a piece by Maurizio Cattelan. The Italian artist has created a statue of Adolf Hitler praying and placed it in the former Warsaw Ghetto, a location that saw numerous Jews killed by the dictator during his regime. It is titled “HIM,” is only visible from a long distance and is meant to force a contemplation on the nature of evil, according to organizers. However, Jewish advocacy group the Simon Wiesenthal Center doesn’t see it that way. The organization says the placement of the artwork represents “a senseless provocation, which insults the memory of the Nazis’ Jewish victims.” Adds the group’s director, Efraim Zuroff: “As far as the Jews were concerned, Hitler’s only ‘prayer’ was that they be wiped off the face of the earth.” The Nazis sealed off the Ghetto soon after conquering Poland. They forced Jews to live there in awful conditions, many passing away, while they awaited transportation to death camps. Fabio Cavallucci, director of the Center for Contemporary Art, which oversees the exhibit, says: “There is no intention from the side of the artist or the center to insult Jewish memory. This guy is as gross as they get: A local elementary school teacher was arrested Friday morning on felony charges involving allegedly luring children online. Suspect John Kinloch, 41, is a first grade teacher at Wolf Canyon Elementary in Chula Vista. He’s been teaching for the past 14 years. Federal agents believe the veteran teacher lured children online in order to obtain nude pictures of minors. Kinloch is now being held at San Diego Central Jail on three felonies involving minors. On Friday, the Chula Vista Elementary School District handed out 900 letters informing parents of Kinloch’s arrest. The letter reassured parents that none of their students were targeted and none of the alleged crimes were committed on campus. The news left both the school district and parents in disbelief. “It hurts me that the kids have established a relationship with this teacher, so I’m really going to be asking some questions,” said Wolf Canyon parent Denise Roldan. “My kids [have] only mentioned him a couple of times. They say he was a cool teacher; kids were really happy with him.” Anthony Millican of the Chula Vista Elementary School District said Kinloch’s arrest came as a complete surprise, especially since there were never any red flags concerning the teacher. “There’s nothing in the individual’s file to indicate anything of this nature, thus [we’re feeling] a sense of surprise and concern and shock,” said Millican. The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force says Kinloch posed as a 13-year-old girl online. He has allegedly been in contact with boys between the ages of 12 and 16, getting them to send him nude photographs and videos. In addition, Kinloch is accused of selling or sending the obscene materials. Now, the well-liked teacher is under investigation and on administrative leave from his position. “Anyone who harms children isn’t someone we want in our system,” said Millican. Kinloch’s neighbors say the teacher was not married, lived at home with his mother and generally kept to himself. He’s scheduled to appear in court and face a judge on Dec. 7. youtube ABC7

News today clarifying the move and who was behind it. “I chose to seek treatment after consulting with my manager regarding my recent use of Xanax, which was prescribed by my physician for panic attacks,” Suleman said . “There were no other people involved with me entering treatment other than my manager and myself. “There was no intervention that took place. I am working in therapy every day with my doctors and therapists regarding the origin of these attacks so as not to have to rely on medications to handle it. I am paying for my own treatment; I am finding my voice here.” Let’s hope so. The woman does have 14 kids to take care of.

Oliver Stone has set his sights on both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. The award-winning director spoke to HuffPost Live yesterday and expressed extreme dismay that neither candidate has really addressed the topic of climate change in his campaign for the Presidency. “I was a little disappointed at the third debate when neither of them talked about climate control and the nature of the situation on earth,” Stone said, adding of Hurricane Sandy and its immense damage: “I think there’s a kind of a weird statement coming right after it. This is a punishment. Mother Nature cannot be ignored.” Of course, this “storm will pass” and “the campaign will pass,” Stone said. “But unfortunately the nature of this present world situation will not.” Stone, who just released “The Untold History of the United States,” has been very critical of the current administration’s continuation of many George W.
