Ariana Grande hasn’t just spoken out once again in response to the bombing that killed 22 of her fans this past Monday night . She’s spoken out in defiance . In brave, admirable, impressive defiance. Shortly after the mass murder in Manchester this week, Grande took to Twitter and simply wrote that she was “broken.” She sent her apologies to all affected by the heinous terrorist act, but, really, what else could she say at that time? Nothing. Not really. Not anything that could be of any real use or assistance or comfort to families that lost their children at her concert. Now, however, the 23-year old star has issued her longest and most heartfelt response yet to the unimaginable event. As you’ve likely read all about by now, a suicide bomber (with alleged ties to ISIS ) detonated a nail bomb around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, targeting attendees as they left Grande’s show. The dead ranged in age from 8 to 50, with Grande canceling upcoming European tour dates in response and asking everyone to keep these victims in their thoughts and prayers. Again, what else could she really say? After a few days home with her boyfriend and her family, however, Grande has formulated somewhat of a plan. She has once again extended her condolences to everyone impacted by this massacre, but she’s also stood strong in the face of such terrorist actions. And she’s made it clear that she won’t let hate defeat love. “My heart, prayers and deepest condolences or with the victims of the Manchester Attack and their loved ones,” Grande writes to open her new message, adding: “There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better. “However, I extend my hand and heart and everything I possibly can give to you and yours, should you want or need my help in any way.” Grande goes on to explain her plans, saying she’ll return to Manchester at some point down the line and she will once again perform in this beloved city. She’ll raise money for the families of the victims and she will try as hard as she can to serve as a positive role model in these trying times. I have been thinking of my fans, and of all of you, nonstop over the past week. The way you have handled all of this has been more inspiring and made me more proud than you’ll ever know. The compassion, kindness, love, strength and oneness that you’ve shown one another this past week is the exact opposite of the heinous intentions it must take to pull off something as evil as what happened on Monday. YOU are the opposite. I am sorry for the pain and fear that you must be feeling and for the trauma that you, too, must be experiencing. We will never be able to understand why events like this take place because it is not in our nature, which is why we shouldn’t recoil. We will not quit or operate in fear. We won’t let this divide us. We won’t let hate win. I don’t want to go the rest of the year without being able to see and hold and uplift my fans, the same way they continue to uplift me. Our response to this violence must be to come closer together, to help each other, to love more, to sing louder and to live more kindly and generously then we did before. I’ll be returning to the incredibly brave city of Manchester to spend time with my fans and to have a benefit concert in honor of and to raise money for the victims and their families. Tahiry Jose Defended Herself From Attack By Woman She Had Sheltered Model and actress Tahiry Jose was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning after spending Friday celebrating her birthday and Cinco de Mayo . https://instagram.com/p/BT2o27KgiVO/?taken-by=therealtahiry TMZ reported that the former “Love & Hip Hop New York” star was booked for assault after an altercation in her New Jersey home. But BOSSIP spoke with Jose and sources familiar with the incident who tell us that she was not at fault, she was defending herself. Tahiry had allowed a young woman to stay with her for 30 days to help get herself together after the woman was kicked out by a former boyfriend. Tahiry had only been housing the woman for around ten days, but she had gone above and beyond to help her, even driving the woman to her former residence to retrieve several boxes of her belongings. Tahiry even went so far as to help the young woman secure a job interview with 50 Cent’s company. “It’s not the first time that I opend my door to someone and it all blew up in my face,” Jose told BOSSIP. “I told my friend, here I go again!” Still, Jose definitely didn’t plan for things to go so left. She tells BOSSIP the evening started on a good note, but she’s not even sure what set off her houseguest in the first place. “My birthday ended off with some bullsh**,” Jose says. “I was the birthday girl so I had to be the host. I don’t even know what went wrong, she (the girl involved in the fight) got into it with one of the other people at the party and she stormed off.” Another friend of Tahiry’s tells BOSSIP the party continued without her upset friend, moving to another venue before the group ended their night at a diner. When Tahiry arrived at her home after 5 AM, several of her neighbors had been awakened by her houseguest, screaming and throwing things around in Tahiry’s home. Accompanied by two concerned friends, she entered the apartment and was greeted by her screaming houseguest. Things had been broken in the home. Tahiry began pushing her guest’s boxes out of the home, that’s when she was attacked. “She was screaming ‘It’s all about you, all the time, you old a**! I got something for that a**,” an insider close to Tahiry tells BOSSIP. “Tahiry called the cops, but by that time the neighbors had already called the cops.” When the police arrived, Tahiry told them she wanted to press charges because she had to defend herself in her own home. Her houseguest did not want to press charges but because the guest was bruised and Tahiry was not, she was told she would have to go with the police. Tahiry’s friend tells BOSSIP she questioned the police’s logic: “Tahiry asked them, so I have to go in because she’s bruised? If she comes home and blows my brains out, that’s when you’re going to arrest her?” “That’s when they told her to turn around,” Jose’s friend tells BOSSIP. Since being released, Tahiry says she’s learned a valuable lesson. “As long as you can wake up with you, you’re good. I got a mugshot for being attacked in my own home. I help people, but people mistake your kindness for weakness. Feeling like it’s been a Westerosi winter since the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale ? Wondering how you’ll survive once the show wraps up after just 13 more episodes? Well, if you’re jonesing for more GoT to the point that you’re looking into direwolf adoption and considering moving to the Mexican border just to be near a giant wall, then have we got good news for you. HBO announced today that it’s exploring four different options in terms of Westeros-based spinoffs. The network hasn’t revealed how many of the four premises will be picked up, but considering the massive budget required to produce shows like GoT, execs will probably only green light one at a time. Still, Game of Thrones junkies (or Throners, as we like to call them) are holding out hope that there might be multiple spinoffs on the way. The announcement marks the first time that HBO has pursued a follow-up to one of its series. According to Entertainment Weekly, the network will evaluate four scripts by four different writers: Stories by Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Fox’s Minority Report); Jane Goldman (Kingsman: The Secret Service, X-Men: First Class); Brian Helgeland (A Knight’s Tale, L.A. Confidential); and Carly Wray (Mad Men) have already been commissioned. Goldman and Wray will both be working in tandem with George R.R. Martin, which will likely put them at an advantage. Network execs assure fans that no matter which direction they choose, Martin and current showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will all be involved in some capacity. “Weiss and Benioff continue to work on finishing up the seventh season and are already in the midst of writing and preparing for the eighth and final season,” HBO said in a statement. “We have kept them up to date on our plans and they will be attached, along with George R. R. Martin, as executive producers on all projects. We will support them as they take a much-deserved break from writing about Westeros once the final season is complete.” HBO has offered few details about the nature of the projects except to say that each will “explore different time periods of George R. R. Martin’s vast and rich universe.” Hopefully, they’ll soon issue another statement to quash those rumors about a Game of Thrones-Westworld crossover . As much as we love both series, there’s pretty much no way than could not be corny. United Airlines is under investigation for the mysterious death of an especially large rabbit. Yes, you read that sentence correctly. Just a few weeks removed from the enormous public relations disaster of calling on the cops to drag away a customer who refused to leave his seat on an overbooked flight, the company is now under investigation again. This time, over the passing of an animal named Simon. Simon was a 10-month-old, three-foot long Continental Giant rabbit who was being transported in the cargo hold of a Boeing 767 while traveling from his breeder’s home in Great Britain to O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. He was on his way to The Windy City to go to live with a new owner. However, when a United handler went to fetch Simon upon landing, the animal – whose 4’3″ father actually holds the Guinness World Record for longest rabbit – was unresponsive. He was dead. It was expected that Simon would outgrow his famous parent and eventually be crowned the new Longest Rabbit on the Planet. He had been sold to Bryan Bergdale, a farmland investment manager, who says he purchased the rabbit for his boss, Steve Bruere, who hoped to show it at the Iowa State Fair. “We’d built a pen and had toys all ready. It’s sort of a sad deal,” Bergdale told reporters. “We’re still in the mourning process. We’re not quite sure what we’re going to do.” Bergdale added that he paid $530 for the rabbit, along with $1,800 in shipping costs. According to Annette Edwards, a former Playboy model who lives and breeds these large animals in Worcestershire, Simon had been labeled fit to fly, with vets declaring him “in good physical condition” the day his plane took to the air. “Simon had a vet’s check-up three hours before the flight and was fit as a fiddle,” Edwards told U.K.’s The Sun newspaper yesterday, adding in confusion and anger: “Something very strange has happened and I want to know what. I’ve sent rabbits all around the world and nothing like this has happened before.” Across the globe, airlines require rabbits and most other caged pets to travel in a plane’s cargo holds. Here, the air pressure and temperature are supposed to be the same as they are in the cabin. Many companies also demand animals arrive with letters from a vet or certificates assuring they are healthy to travel. It’s unclear at this time whether or not Edwards provided documents of this nature. As previously cited, this is an especially bad time for United to be at the center of another scandal. It will likely shell out millions to Dr. David Dao for his horrendous mistreatment on board an oversold flight earlier this month. The passenger, who was sitting in a seat he purchased fairly and legally, was ordered to disembark so that United could fit four employees on board his plane. When Dao refused, he was physically yanked off board against his will, resulting in a concussion and multiple broken bones. And now USA Today reports that more than one-third of all 136 animals who died on passenger flights during the last five years passed away on United planes. What gives?!? That’s what PETA wants to know. “This rabbit was failed first by the breeder – who churns out and sells baby bunnies when animal shelters and rescue groups are full of homeless rabbits – and then by United Airlines, which shipped him off in a cargo hold like an old suitcase,” PETA President Ingrid Newkirk said in a statement to E! News. But a spokesman has issued the following statement in the wake of this tragedy: “The safety and well-being of all the animals that travel with us is of the utmost importance to United Airlines and our PetSafe team. “We have been in contact with our customer and have offered assistance. Fortunately, they picked some of the most bonkers reality stars in the business, so we're not complaining. Farrah Abraham, Kendra Wilkinson, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson all apparently has serious beefs with their families, and they've confusingly come to the Marriage Boot Camp house to work things out. Yes, it's Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition, aka Marriage Boot Camp: Let's Be Honest, We Weren't Fixing Any Marriages Anyway. We figured the show had peaked with Tara Reid's drunken antics last year, but it turns out you can always ramp up the crazy by simply adding Farrah to the mix. “You're a stupid, dumb bitch,” Farrah yells at Debra Danielsen during one particularly therapeutic scene. The Farrah-Debra relationship has always been a toxic one, but the upside of that is they can usually be counted on to be the most batsh-t reality stars on any show about batsh-t reality stars. This time, however, it looks like Kendra and Patti may be able to give them a run for their money. “No mother wants their mother to be a whore,” Kendra's mother tells her in a scene that reminds us we're watching a serious show about serious therapy. Every cast member on Teen Mom 2 has been on the receiving end of some harsh criticism from fans. But perhaps no one has taken as much flak (or clapped back as savagely) as Jenelle Evans. In the past, Jenelle, like her co-stars, has blamed MTV editors for her plight, complaining that TM2 producers go out of their way to make her look like a negligent and unfit mother. In some cases, however, Jenelle can’t point the finger at the show, as fans often draw their conclusions from the information that she provides about her personal life. Like the rest of the moms, Jenelle is something of a social media junkie. Unlike the other ladies, however, Jenelle has an arrest record a mile long, a history of violent behavior, and her mother has custody of her eldest son. Needless to say, she makes for an easy target, and her tendency to over-share on Instagram, on Twitter, and in interviews doesn’t do much to help her case. Her latest conflict with fans started last week, when Jenelle announced that she would be appearing on the Teen Mom 2 live after-show. The scheduled appearance required her to travel to Los Angeles, which wouldn’t be a big deal, were it not for the fact that Jenelle just gave birth to her third child in January. Jenelle was slammed by fans for leaving her daughter (who was then just a month old) in order to fly across the country for a television show. To make matters worse, Jenelle missed her appearance and decided to stay in LA an extra week to appear on this Monday’s episode of the after-show. Needless to say, the decision didn’t sit well with fans, many of whom speculated that Jenelle missed Monday’s show because she’d lapsed back into substance abuse. Now, in a new interview with Radar Online, Jenelle is explaining herself in a way that probably won’t satisfy her many haters: “I didn’t want to come on this trip to LA, but I had to because of work,” Evans tells the site. “I put up a big fight for a week and they told me it was a huge deal for me to go. The producer was even calling my phone asking me to go.” She added: “After finding out I could have stayed home like Chelsea [Houska], I have changed my flight instead of staying for this upcoming live show. MTV has still asked me to stay, but I told them I’m leaving no matter what I’m told.” Not surprisingly, the explanation didn’t win Jenelle many converts especially after Chelsea Houska contradicted Evans and pointed out that MTV would never force a new mom to travel against her will. “I’m sure MTV would FORCE a 5-week postpartum mom to do an after show,” tweeted one user. “I hear Jenelle is staying in Cali until the next after show… 10 consecutive days away from baby.
