If at first you don’t succeed, try again. That’s true for everything, including breakups. Musical power couple Katy Perry and John Mayer first broke up last August, but the breakup didn’t take, and they got right back together again a month later. Psh, quitters. But after months of enduring a failed breakup, they decided to give splitting one more try. Who knows if this time they’ll get it right. Mayer, for his part, is a notoriously excellent breakup artist. He’s had some high-profile splits with the likes of Jennifer Aniston , Jessica Simpson, and Jennifer Love Hewitt. For someone so well-versed in calling it quits, it’s a wonder he needed two tries to end it with Katy. And Katy! She had a major breakup just last year with famous Pirate Clown Russell Brand . And they were married! Aw well, some people just aren’t good at breaking up. Do you think this one will stuck? Or would you rather see John and Katy go through a second failed breakup and get back together again? Should Katy and John Break up For Good? Say Goodbye For Good! Kiss and Make Up! Jason Terry was killed last night … in a manner of speaking. LeBron James’ unreal dunk over the hapless Boston Celtics guard was an absolute soul-crusher. Some Miami Heat-backing pranksters took that sentiment a step further, however, LITERALLY killing the 35-year-old NBA veteran on his Wikipedia page. Cause of death: Being viciously dunked on. LeBron James Alley-Oop A similar Wiki-murder was ascribed, briefly, to Brandon Knight, who was victimized by a similarly vicious DeAndre Jordan dunk earlier this month. Ironically, by virtue of their participation in these epic moments, both Knight and Terry will be immortalized … in posters of DeAndre and LeBron.
In the pending case brought by NBA star Tony Parker against owners of W.i.P. nightclub in NYC, the The owners of the nightclub want Chris Brown and Drake to fork over the money and pay…
Troubled star Lindsay Lohan missed her scheduled flight to Los Angeles last night, despite a court date she is required to attend looming Monday a.m. She must be there in person or a bench warrant will be issued. The actress was supposed to fly back at 9 p.m. EST last night but skipped it, opting to stay at a club in New York to see a band called City of the Sun. She is now scrambling to get a flight to L.A. later today. Let’s just say that her track record with flights is about as good as her history behind the wheel, or with guys, or with movies ever since Mean Girls . It’s not a sign of her taking the court date seriously, even as she faces eight months in jail at least if convicted of lying to police and/or violating probation. Then again, would you expect anything better with her?
The owners of the New York nightclub where Chris Brown and Drake threw down last year are adamant that the two music stars should pay any damages. This is an issue because NBA star Tony Parker is suing the club for $20 million, claiming W.i.P. is liable for even letting Brown in the door that night. Parker contends that Chris Brown is a thug with a history of violent behavior and that W.i.P. should know better. The club says it’s all the stars’ fault. The W.i.P. owners (who are facing several lawsuits) filed court documents last week reiterating that Tony Parker’s beef should be with Breezy and Drizzy. According to the club, Drake and Chris “contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged” in the melee … and they’re not exactly Biggie and 2Pac. The club wants any and all damages awarded to Parker to come from Brown and Drake … who are also suing each other in a bid to deny responsibility. All over Rihanna too, supposedly. Boys will be boys … The case is still pending, and should be for awhile.

The former New York Knicks and Denver Nuggets player has also been slapped with a fine of 250,000 Philippine pesos ($6,100) over the incident, Philippine Basketball Association commissioner Chito Salud said in a statement on Monday. Balkman, who was playing for the Petron Blaze Boosters against the Philippines-based Alaska Aces, assaulted Arwind Santos while his team mate tried to stop him from venting his frustration at a referee’s decision. GTFOHWTBS! Haven’t you embarrassed yourself AND black people enough with your antics?! Dennis Rodman Shows Up In Vatican City To Promote Gambling Websites Via CBSNews Ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman has been turning up in the strangest places. On the heels of a tour of the North Korean capital Pyongyang, where he professed his friendship to leader and U.S. top-antagonist Kim Jong Un, CBS News caught up with the flamboyant basketball player in Vatican City, in his new capacity as a front-man for the Irish gambling company Paddy Power. The online betting behemoth chose Rodman to help promote its offered odds on who will be chosen by the Catholic cardinals as the next pope. Though he insists he doesn’t gamble, “on stuff like that,” Rodman wasn’t shy about telling CBS News who he thought the next pontiff would be. “Today we always want to see something different, and this is going to be different. He will be black, he will be black,” professed the former all-star forward. He suggested Ghana’s Cardinal Peter Kodwo Appiah Turkson was the man to win it. Turkson has been named as a contender in the conclave, should the cardinals decide to elect their first pontiff in modern times from outside of Europe. Paddy Power, incidentally, has Italian Cardinal Angelo Scola as a clear front-runner, at least in terms of betting odds. Rodman said he hoped to meet the new pope while in Rome, whoever he may be. We don’t make it habit of hating people, but we might hate Dennis Rodman. Somebody get this ignorant a$$ ni**a a seat and STRAP HIM TO IT! Image via AP
