Kim And Kanye Sue Youtube Co-Founder For Leaking Proposal Video Via RadarOnline reports: Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, accusing the YouTube co-founder of leaking Kanye West‘s wedding proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. Hurley filmed a behind-the-scenes video of West’s over-the-top proposal to Kim on her 33rd birthday, Oct. 21. In the clip, a 50-piece orchestra is playing Lana Del Ray‘s “Young and Beautiful” before the rapper, in a dark suit, bends down on one knee and proposes to the reality TV star, in a short white dress, with a 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond stunner. But Kardashian was seeing red after the video appeared online, because in the lawsuit, she alleges that Hurley signed a confidentiality agreement. The docs state, “Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself broadcasting the images he knew were the property rights of someone else.” The irony is that cameras for Keeping Up With The Kardashians were present and filming the entire proposal, which will air, although West will have the final approval of it. Eff a drug dealin’ thug ! Karma finally caught up to this guy in the form of some costumed clown thugs. Via NY Post reports : Gunmen dressed as clowns have shot dead one of Mexico’s most powerful former drug lords while he was attending a children’s party. Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix, 63, was at the party during family celebrations in Cabo San Lucas, a major tourist resort in the Baja California peninsula of Mexico, AP reports. Gunmen dressed in costumes which included a wig and a round red nose entered the party which was being held in the luxurious Casa Oceano tourist area. Arellano Felix was hit at point blank range “by two bullets, one in the thorax and one in the head,” state special investigations prosecutor Isai Arias told AP. The “clowns” then fled the crime scene and a massive police operation failed to find them. Farncisco Rafael was the oldest of seven Arellano Felix brothers, who once dominated drug trafficking between Mexico and California through their brutal cartel, inspiring characters in the Steven Soderbergh film, “Traffic.” The Tijuana cartel was one of Mexico’s three largest drug outfits, but most of the brothers have been either killed or arrested, leaving rival groups to take over the trade. The cartel made headlines in 2006, when it was discovered they had dug trafficking tunnels from Tijuana through to California. Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix was arrested in 1980 in San Diego, California, for selling drugs and returned to Mexico upon his release on bail. In 1993, he was arrested in Mexico and jailed on drug charges. He was extradited to the United States in 2006 and was sentenced to six years in prison after confessing to selling drugs to an undercover agent. He was released in 2008, winning time off his sentence for good behavior, and repatriated to Mexico, according to his attorney at the time. Police killed another brother, Ramon, in a shootout in 2002. Three other brothers are in US prisons, including Eduardo, who was sentenced to 15 years by a California court in August for money laundering. Security experts believe the cartel is now run by the brothers’ sister Enedina and her son Fernando, known as “The Engineer.” SMH. This isn’t helping clowns much with their already shady reps. Anonymous Vows Action in Daisy Coleman Rape Case “There’s a multitude of anons and angry people planning a course of action as we speak for Maryville,” said Deric Lostutter, aka RealKYAnonymous. If the Maryville authorities won’t “do their jobs,” the hacktivist’s boldly declares on behalf of one young victim, “we will have to stand for them.” “We demand an immediate investigation into the handling by local authorities of Daisy’s case,” his statement reads, referring to Daisy Coleman. Just 14 at the time, she was drunk when high school football player Matthew Barnett, then 17, allegedly sexually assaulted her last year at a house party. Lostutter, who played instrumental role in Anonymous’ crusade in the much-publicized Steubenville rape case , added, “We are watching. Always.” The saga began in January, when Barnett told police he had sex with Coleman, whom witnesses described as incoherent, local station KCUR writes. Barnett said the sex was consensual, but Coleman’s blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.13 seven hours after she had reportedly had her last drink. Coleman was then reportedly abandoned in the front yard of her home, where she passed out for three hours in sub-freezing winter temperatures. After Coleman’s mother found her and called 911, the girl was brought to St. Francis Hospital, where doctors discovered vaginal tears, reports indicate. Barnett was initially charged with felony sexual assault, but that charge was later dropped by Nodaway County Prosecutor Robert Rice, who cited a “lack of proof.” Coleman was subsequently bullied at school, and her mother lost her job, prompting the family to move to a new town 40 miles away for a fresh start. Still, Coleman is reportedly scarred by what happened: She has attempted suicide and spent three months living at a home for troubled teens. Anonymous got involved after The Kansas City Star published a 4,000-word report on how Barnett and a friend had sex with two underage girls. The report, which stemmed from seven months of investigating, shot to the top of Reddit on Sunday, where readers across the country weighed in. Lostutter, who is under federal investigation for his alleged role in hacking the Steubenville football team’s website, posted a call to action on Facebook. On Monday, YourAnonNews – one of the most influential Anonymous Twitter accounts – began publicizing the issue to the collective’s 1.1 million followers. Lostutter said Anonymous is planning protests and a “media storm” to publicize the issue. They are already pushing #OpMaryville and #Justice4Daisy. Last year, Anonymous obtained and published a small trove of photos, videos and messages that helped convict football players in a similar case in Steubenville, Ohio. Whether they are successful in achieving their stated goals in this case – and the lengths they will go to in order to do so – remains to be seen.

Poor dog ! Man Punches Police Dog Via CBS12 reports: A Delray Beach man hit a police dog in the jaw while trying to escape from authorities Saturday night, city police said. Jerome Friedman, 24, is now behind bars on multiple charges, including injuring a police dog. The dog, Benny, is doing well, according to police. Officers first began searching for Friedman around 9:40 p.m., after getting a call from the valet company, according to his arrest report. Brian Young, who worked at the valet lot in the parking lot of 55 SE 2nd Ave., said he told Friedman to leave after seeing him riding a bike around the private lot. Young left the lot and returned to find him sitting behind the wheel of a Cadillac Escalade, “rummaging through” the car. “I don’t think that’s your car, Bro,” Young said, according to the report. Friedman took off running, losing both his shoes along the way. Also left behind was his bike, which stood near hedges in the parking lot. Shortly after, another valet employee saw a suspicious person matching the thief’s description behind the market at Southeast Second Avenue and Second Street. Police headed to the area and spotted Friedman, who ran away despite an officer’s shouts of “Stop, police!” The dog and an officer began tracking him and found him inside a Dumpster between Southeast Third and Fourth avenues, the report states. An officer pointed a handgun at Friedman and told him to get out of the trash and raise his hands. He refused to move, so the officer warned him the police dog would be released if he didn’t comply. After being told to get out of the Dumpster two more times, Friedman “hesitatingly” climbed out, then looked side to side and started to reach toward his waistband, according to the report. The officer released the dog, which headed for Friedman. That’s when he grabbed it by the jaws and tried to pull it off him, the report states. An officer used a Taser on Friedman, who was then arrested. Officers found a passport, and nothing else, on him. Friedman later told an investigator he got in the Escalade to “look cool” and hit on women. “I’m not a bad guy,” he said. What type of scumbag hit a dog?? You are a bad guy!
