According to a new tabloid report, Khloe Kardashian is done with her marriage. And now we may know why. The latest issue of Star doesn’t merely allege that Lamar Odom had an affair with Jennifer Richardson… it states the mistress possesses proof! Richardson supposedly has saved plane tickets, basketball game ticket stubs and invoices from her year-plus relationship with Odom , with a friend saying the star flew Jennifer “first class” every time she came out to Los Angeles. Lamar also put Richardson up in five-star hotels, the publication adds, coming to the obvious conclusion that this was no mere booty call for the one-time first round draft pick. “Between games, she would just go home and repack for her next trip with Lamar,” a friend says. “She didn’t do this for fame. She did this because they had a connection. They shared all their secrets with each other. Lamar fell for her, and she fell for him.” But will Star readers fall for this story? Cote de Pablo, who has been with the series since Season 3, announced this afternoon that she will leave the character of Ziva David behind this fall. Referencing her co-stars and colleagues, de Pablo said in a statement that she will appear on the NCIS Season 11 premiere to give Ziva a proper goodbye . “I’ve had eight great years with NCIS and Ziva David. I have huge respect and affection for Mark, Gary, Michael, David, Rocky, Pauley, Brian, Sean, all of the team and CBS. I look forward to finishing Ziva’s story.” Cote de Pablo’s contract expired after Season 10, though executive producer Gary Glasberg had expressed confidence in his star re-signing. Alas, she has decided to move on. “We respect Cote’s decision, thank her for being an important part of the NCIS team, and for eight terrific years playing Ziva David,” said CBS in a statement. “Cote and CBS share a great respect for the NCIS audience, and we look forward to working with her and the producers on appropriate closure in this chapter of Ziva’s story.” Production on NCIS Season 11 gets underway shortly.

Justice Anthony Kennedy rejected the appeal with no additional comment. Dozens of same-sex weddings have taken place in the state since Friday, following the Supreme Court’s decision last week to dismiss Proposition 8 . Prop 8 controversially banned gay marriage in the state in 2008, only to be thrown out by appellate courts on grounds that such a ban is unconstitutional. The SCOTUS, which also struck down DOMA , determined that the Prop 8 petitioners lacked sufficient grounds to appeal the lower courts’ decision. As a formality, the high court said it would not make the Prop 8 judgment final until after a 25-day window in which supporters could request a re-hearing. Which they did, but the SCOTUS was apparently eager to move on from this much-watched case, as Kennedy turned down the appeal almost immediately. California thus becomes the 13th state in the nation with full marriage equality, with new licenses already being issued throughout the Golden State. Hooray for same-sex marriage . Same-Sex Marriage To Resume In California According to CNN The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday that same-sex marriages can resume in California, a move that the Supreme Court paved the way for on Wednesday. Three judges on the appeals court made it possible for local governments to issue marriage certificates for gay and lesbian couples with a few words: “The stay in the above matter is dissolved effective immediately.” Very soon after, California Attorney General Kamala Harris was already at San Francisco’s city hall marrying couples, according to her office. “I am thrilled that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted its stay to allow same-sex couples to legally marry in California,” Harris said in a statement. “Gay and lesbian couples have waited so long for this day and for their fundamental right to marry. Finally, their loving relationships are as legitimate and legal as any other.” California’s Supreme Court struck down the state’s ban on same-sex marriage in May 2008, ruling that the state’s constitution gives “this basic civil right to (marry to) all Californians, whether gay or heterosexual, and to same-sex couples as well as to opposite-sex couples.” But months later, 52% of voters backed Proposition 8 to once again restrict marriages so that they can only be between a man and a woman. The measure put gay and lesbian marriages on hold in the state, but a federal appeals court later rule Proposition 8 was unconstitutional. In a 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed an appeal of that federal court ruling on jurisdictional grounds. That meant that Friday’s news — and the resumption of same-sex marriages in the Golden State — was expected, even if the timing wasn’t fully known. This is great news, but more needs to be done for gay people’s rights in this country. Gay rights are civil rights.
Lil Wayne stomped on an American flag over the weekend. He’s filming a music video for “God Bless Amerika” in his hometown of New Orleans, and it all started off harmlessly enough, with Weezy rapping in front of the flag. Old Glory is then released to the ground – already a big no-no, as we learned on Flag Day – at which point Wayne continues to rap, while stomping on it. Tamra Barney is a married woman! The Real Housewives of Orange County star wed Eddie Judge Saturday after more than three years as a couple. “I am so lucky to be sharing my life with Eddie,” the reality star said. “I have never been so in love! This is the beginning of the best part of my life.” The day was a memorable one for Barney, 45, and Judge, 40. The couple got hitched at St. Regis Monarch Beach in California, and it was all filmed for her upcoming Bravo spinoff show, Tamra’s OC Wedding . She wore custom-made dresses during the day and evening. The pair, who got engaged in February, celebrated a joint bachelor and bachelorette party in Las Vegas May 18 … on top of that whole Mexico fiasco . Tamra Barney is thrilled to share her wedding with her fans. “They watched every transition I’ve made and am happy to sharing our wedding, too,” she said. “I couldn’t be happier and am thankful to have found Eddie!” It’s the third marriage for the mother of four. Safe to say she succeeded. Wiebe halted traffic while a horde of screaming bridesmaids and groomsmen ran for their lives down a Toronto street in order to get this shot. “Our philosophy as photographers is to keep true to our couples,” Tony and Danielle Lombardo of Little Blue Lemon photography told Mashable. “To get to know them so that we can shoot their wedding in a way that is unique to them … I don’t think you could do this shot for just anyone.” “For this shot, all the ingredients were there to make it awesome.
