Flavor Flav needs to cough up $111,186 in child support payments to the mother of three of his seven kids or face jail time, news sources say. “It was declared a willful violation,” an official said of his failure to pay child support … which can’t be good. He faces up to 180 days behind bars. The rapper didn’t show up for a hearing last week, so an Albany, N.Y. magistrate recommended his driver’s license and passport be revoked. While Flav, 53, is required to pony up $837.72 a week to baby-mama Angie Parker for child support … he clearly hasn’t done so in some time. This isn’t the first time the outspoken, likely insane rapper has slipped up on child support payments. Parker sued Flav in 2010 for $63,458. Before his second career as a ridiculous VH1 reality show star, Flav was a member of Public Enemy. He served 90 days in jail in 1993 for shooting at his neighbor. Stop attacking Jeremiah Wright .” The mayor was referring to the multi-pronged campaign the Obama camp launched last week, attacking Romney’s record as the head of Bain Capital. Their message: The private equity firm Romney founded qualifies him to be a heartless corporate titan and job destroyer, not an economic steward. The Obama team just released the second ad in its anti-Bain campaign, attacking Romney and Bain for laying off workers at an Indiana office supply factory. Booker seemingly equated the Obama attacks with a proposed ad campaign that would have hit Obama for his ties to controversial Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Republicans, including Mitt Romney himself, quickly denounced the proposed ad campaign after it was revealed in a New York Times reports.

The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports Monday that 21-year-old Charles Michael Bourdon is under arrest on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Lt. Eric Dickson says the shooting took place shortly before 10 p.m. on Thursday, when the neighbor came outside to stop Bourdon from urinating in the shrubbery. Authorities allege Bourdon pulled a semi-automatic handgun and fired two rounds at the neighbor’s home. Police were called and arrested Bourdon. Crazy: MILWAUKEE, March 26 (Reuters) – The clearing of a homeowner who shot dead an unarmed African-American man in a small Wisconsin town three weeks ago has drawn scrutiny for the state’s new castle doctrine law and comparisons to the Trayvon Martin shooting in Florida. Authorities ruled the killing of Bo Morrison, 20, by a Slinger, Wisconsin, homeowner on his porch justifiable in possibly the first such case under an expanded castle doctrine law enacted late last year, prosecutors said. The law allows homeowners facing imminent danger to their lives to protect themselves using deadly force if necessary. About 150 people protested Sunday at the Washington County Courthouse in nearby West Bend, Wisconsin. A rally also was planned Tuesday in Madison for Morrison and Martin, 17, who was shot dead by a neighborhood watch volunteer, who has claimed self-defense and has not been charged in that case. “Under a reasonable view of the evidence the homeowner acted reasonably in his use of force based on the facts and circumstances,” county District Attorney Mark Bensen said. According to Bensen’s report clearing homeowner Adam Kind, Morrison attended a party in a garage adjacent to Kind’s house with about 20 young adults the night of the shooting. Kind, 35, called police at about 1 a.m. March 3 complaining of loud music coming from a car parked in his neighbor’s driveway, pounded on the window of the car and asked a woman inside to turn down the music. She refused, the report said. Police contacted the mother of the girls who were hosting the party. The mother was working but called her husband, who had been sleeping. He kicked in the garage door and told everyone to leave, the report said. Morrison, who had previous run-ins with the police and had a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit for driving in Wisconsin, was among those to flee. Kind, who said his concern was elevated because his wife, two children and a child guest were in the house, retrieved a handgun after he heard noises on his porch, the report said. Kind loaded the handgun, went to the porch and confronted Morrison, who was wearing dark clothing, the report said. Kind fired one shot as Morrison walked toward him, then yelled for his wife to call 911, the report said. An attorney representing Kind said the shooting of Morrison in the enclosed porch would have been considered justifiable under Wisconsin’s prior law as well. “All the factors to prove self defense under the old law were present,” lawyer Craig Mastantuono said. Morrison’s mother, Lauri Morrison, said he was trying to hide because he had previous tickets for underage drinking. “He executed my son,” Morrison said. “This cannot happen to another kid.” Morrison’s sister, Kayla Morrison, said the former high school athlete had gotten in with the wrong crowd for a while, “But he was not a criminal. According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Pinal County residents Shane Walker and Sarah Dae Walker and Gilbert resident Robert Aucker Monday night. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the trio used the popular Craigslist classified ads website to find a dog to take part in the act. Sarah, 34, intended to have sex with a male golden shepherd mix while her 39-year-old husband and Aucker, 30, watched, Arpaio explained in a news release. This has not the first time Arpaio and his office have been confronted with an animal sex case in which the suspects used Craigslist to find participants. Deputies made arrests in two similar incidents almost exactly a year ago. Last summer, an unemployed handyman was sentenced to two years’ probation after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit a sex act with an animal. About a month later, a former school teacher pleaded not guilty to one misdemeanor count and was sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Arrested in late February 2011, the perpetrators in both cases used Craigslist to find dogs. In the wake of those arrests, Arpaio wrote to Craigslist CEO Jim Buckmaster and asked him to consider implementing better monitoring on the site to prevent these kinds of solicitation ads. MCSO said Buckmaster never responded. “I remain extremely disappointed in the leadership at Craigslist.com for refusing to do what they can to stop this,” Arpaio said in a news release Tuesday. “While they aren’t doing anything to stop it, I will continue to enforce all animal cruelty laws.” Shane Walker is a flight attendant while his wife is a self-employed photographer. Aucker is a car salesman. MCSO said the trio admitted their plans to detectives during interviews. According to Arpaio, the Walkers describe themselves as “swingers” and have what they call and “open marriage.” Aucker says he and Sarah have been involved in a relationship for about a month. Arpaio said Aucker told detectives Sarah had shared with him her desire to have sex with a dog. According to court documents, the Walkers planned for three weeks, emailing back and forth with the dog’s owner. Investigators said the Walkers and Aucker drove to the arranged location for the express purpose of engaging in sex with the dog. MCSO said the trio offered the dog’s owner, an undercover detective, the opportunity to take part. While the trio state their intent for Sarah to have intercourse with the dog, deputies arrested them before anything happened. “People who do this for enjoyment are a different breed, that’s for certain,” Arpaio said. The Walkers and Aucker made their initial court appearances Tuesday. They were released but are subject to electronic monitoring and are not allowed to leave the state. Both the couple and Aucker also were ordered to give up their dogs. Sex with animals, which is legal in some states, was made a class 6 felony in Arizona in 2006. That law was proposed and passed after Leroy Johnson, a deputy fire chief for Mesa, was arrested in March 2006. Accused of having sex with his neighbor’s lamb, Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing and public sexual indecency — all misdemeanor counts. Then-Gov. Janet Napolitano signed the law making intercourse with an animal a felony less than three months later. Conspiracy to commit the act is a misdemeanor. Just disgusting. The study, “The Relationship Between Religious Attendance and Blood Pressure: The Hunt Study,” was conducted by researchers from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. “It is a lot more complex of a relationship than simply going to church and your blood pressure decreasing,” insists co-author Dr. Harold G. Koenig. “If going to church leads you to a deeper relationship with God, as a result a deeper sense of peace and a more loving relationship with your neighbor, then it could indeed affect blood pressure.” Critics (and atheists) however aren’t buying it. “Of course, when people regularly participate in a community, be it church, synagogue, or an atheist club, they are going to be healthier because they have more human interaction and a social support network,” says American Humanist Association executive director of the Roy Speckhardt to the Christian Post. “To measure whether or not churches provide a benefit that atheist clubs do not, a study would have to compare attendance to both instead of just looking at frequency of church attendance.” Authors of the study want to expand their research into other religions including Islam and Judaism.
