June Shannon to TLC: Bring Honey Boo Boo Back or PAY UP!

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star June Shannon wants her show gracing your TVs again, and says she plans to sue the pants off TLC if it’s not. The simple reason: June says TLC treated her more harshly than the Duggar family in the wake of the shows’ respective child molester scandals. Because obviously, two of the network’s top-rated, popular programs featured high profile scandals involving child molesters within the past year. Absurd as this seems, apparently Shannon is serious . Her attorney gave the network her official legal demand, claiming her rights were violated. If you recall, TLC pulled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo just a few hours after a photo of June with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel surfaced. McDaniel did hard time in prison for child molestation, one of his victims was June’s daughter, and he reportedly dated June. Not cringe-worthy at all. Still, June believes the Josh Duggar molestation scandal – he was accused and investigated for abusing five underage girls as a teen – was far worse. With fewer consequences, to boot. Josh’s alleged victims included his own sisters and 19 Kids and Counting co-stars, making the situation all the more appalling for everyone involved. Shannon is just furious, though. View Slideshow: Josh and Anna Duggar Photos: Through the Years June wanted and needed the money from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo , and suffice it to say, she was not happy when TLC pulled the plug last year. She says her whole family is willing to work for the same terms as before and they are all on board as soon as the network green lights the show again. Her attorney says if he doesn’t receive a response within the next week he will take TLC to court and believes June can earn a $1 million judgment. Of course, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo had already been on the decline, whereas 19 Kids and Counting is the network’s flagship show at this point. From a business standpoint, it’s not shocking that execs wouldn’t reach the decision to cancel 19 Kids and Counting and/or fire Josh Duggar lightly. We don’t think June has a case, but it’ll be fascinating to see if TLC tries to run damage control and somehow shoehorn the Duggars back on the air. View Slideshow: 21 Biggest Duggar Family Scandals

20 Reality TV Scandals: Does It Get Worse Than Josh Duggar?

Just when you think it can't get any worse than Kenya Moore going off on Porsha Williams, along comes Juan Pablo Galavis. And then just when you think the lowest rung of the reality TV ladder has been reached due to the outright racism of the Big Brother 15 cast, along comes Teresa Giudice actually going to jail due to financial fraud. And then just when you're willing to write these examples off as exceptions and embrace reality television again, along comes Josh Duggar confessing to sexual molestation and… well… … it doesn't get any more grotesque than that. Here is a look at 20 scandals that have absolutely rocked the world of reality television. 1. Josh Duggar Admits to Sexual Molestation That title says it all, doesn’t it? In the spring of 2015, Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame apologized for molesting multiple young girls when he was a teenager. 2. TLC Cancels Here Comes Honey Boo Boo Give the network credit. It pulled the plug as soon as rumors spread of June Shannon dating her daughter’s former molester. EWWWWW! 3. Kenya Moore vs. Porsha Williams! This capped off the reunion special to end all reunion specials. When Kenda accused her Real Housewives of Atlanta colleague of infidelity, Porsha… went… OFF! 4. Big Brother 15 Just the entire season, really. These homophobic and racist cast members caused us to lose faith in pretty much all of humanity. 5. Everyone Hates Juan Pablo Galavis Juan Pablo Galavis was asked about a potentially gay Bachelor and responded: “I respect [gay people], but I honestly don’t think it is a good example for kids to watch that on TV.” He then went out and sounded like an even bigger moron during the actual season. 6. Duck Dynasty Debate Phil Robertson also got in trouble for making homophobic remarks to GQ. He then issued a statement that read: “My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and mean are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me.” View Slideshow

The Poster For Karrueche Tran’s First Feature Film Is Here, And It’s…

Karrueche Tran To Star In SyFy Network Movie Remember a few months back when Karrueche was dipping on and off set for a secret movie project ? The aspiring actress has been hinting towards an upcoming acting role, even posting pics with her costars while keeping hush on what it is she was actually filming. Well now, we finally know what her potential break-out role will be. The Asylum, the production team responsible for some of the SyFy Network’s bigger hits, including the Sharknado franchise and MegaShark , has given Karrueche a starring role in the sequel to their 2012 flick 2-Headed Shark Attack . This one, of course, is aptly titled 3-Headed Shark Attack . We’re unclear on why this shark keeps growing heads, but here is the poster that wiggled its way onto the internet earlier today: “More heads, more deads,” though. Of course these films are silly and over-the-top…but that’s the point, right? This could be a good look for Karrueche spring-boarding her movie career. What do you think??? Instagram / Twitter
