Chris Brown and Drake are both off the hook for the brawl they started last summer, meaning they now have more in common than just seeing Rihanna naked . The stars were sued for $16 million by Entertainment Enterprises, the parent company that represents the interests of Greenhouse nightclub in NYC. Greenhouse is adjacent to W.i.P nightclub, where Chris Brown and Drake ‘s entourages got into a HUGE bottle-throwing brawl over Rihanna last June. EE said its reputation sustained major damage following the ordeal because of its proximity to the rumble, and claims it cost them a lot of money. Drake responded to the lawsuit, saying it isn’t his problem because he can’t control how the media reports the incident, and he didn’t start it anyway. In fact, some reports said it was Meek Mill, not Drake, in the middle of it. A judge in the case took his side, saying that Drake (and Chris Brown) had no duty to the club to behave a certain way, and that brawls aren’t uncommon. EE can’t just sue whomever whenever a fight happens, basically. Others are still suing the club, however, for negligently allowing the fight to happen by merely letting Chris Brown and his violent streak inside the building. NBA star Tony Parker was one of those injured.
