Photo courtesy of WSB-TV For the first time since settling sex abuse lawsuits with Bishop Eddie Long, two of his accusers are speaking out about the case in an exclusive interview with WSB-TV . By speaking out about their alleged relationship with Long, Jamal Parris and Spencer LeGrande risk losing the unspecified money they were awarded in the settlement. The young men told WSB-TV that it was never about money and was always about the truth, and they feel like their whole story still hasn’t been told. The two said they are planning on writing a book about their ordeal. The men spoke to WSB-TV for several hours, about their relationships with Bishop Eddie Long, what they went through during the settlement talks, and how they’re doing now. Spencer and LeGrande also described how they felt watching Long deny the allegations to his New Birth Missionary Baptist Church congregation last September. Read the full story here. In an intimate interview with Frequency TV , Interscope emcee Game says the past 12 months have been life changing due to his reflections on hip hop today. Game went on to relate with a quote by Nas saying “I don’t have the hunger to be the best anymore.” Explaining that hip hop isn’t what it used to be, Game said it forced him not to care about the chains, cars and materialistic things, “It makes me want to buy a Prius.” Game also spoke about not liking Pharrell in the past but states that he is the main person in hip hop who has helped him through the last year. During his syndicated radio show on our sister station Majic 107.5 / 97.5, Steve Harvey called out Cornel West and Tavis Smiley for their poverty bus tour, while defending President Barack Obama. After a listener sent an email about the duo’s tour being a hustle , Harvey didn’t shy away for offering his own opinion — accusing West and Smiley for using personal vendettas to damage Obama’s name. “I was a huge fan of Cornel West,” he said. “[But] Tavis, I seen him coming a mile away. His anger started when he had a town hall meeting, President Obama couldn’t come because of the campaign trail and he sent Mrs. Obama.
